Got faulty compressor from them had to pay labor and freon charges 3 times. Dale claims they cant do warranty claims back to supplier. Spend the extra dollar and get better parts and service. They will insult you and no customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I have bought several compressor kits from this shop over the years and have never had a problem.

I purchased a new a/c compressor, evaporator, condensor, dryer and associated parts to retrofit my 89 Ford F250 from R12 to R134a. The prices were incredible, the fit of the parts was precise, the shipping, fast and with a 1/2 days time I have 36 degree air blowing from the registers at 90 degree ambient temperatures. I highly recommend TechChoice Parts!

These guys have great prices on Automotive A/C parts and everything I have ever purchased has been the correct part each time. A simple phone call is all that is needed to locate a part and they have always been professional when looking up parts for me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They have sent me 2 duds and they forgot to mail the second one for over a month, plus they charged me for the shipping ways. This company is a joke, their customer service is a joke and will even insult you on the phone if you call. I would STRONGLY recommend finding a different supplier because they have cost me over $1,000 in shop labor from installing, pressurising, and then removal of the compressor. They are now rectifying the situation by giving me an 8% discount on a new one and leaving me with the old broken compressors. So make sure to ask yourself, is saving $5 worth the pain and headache they will cause you when something goes wrong with their cheap knock off products?

Beware this company employs deceptive business practices. Bait and Switch of generic Chinese part for advertised brand name part from their online store. Refuse to refund shipping costs. This company uses bait and switch techniques in its selling practices. I ordered a brand name Seltec/Valeo automobile air compressor from the companys online store. It was listed on the store as the Japanese manufactured original brand name part. The company, without disclosure or notice, sent a generic Chinese compressor. I returned the part and requested a full refund. Company acknowledged that they sent the generic part while advertising the brand name because they felt it was just as good. They refunded the purchase price but refuse to refund the shipping. My issue is not the cost of shipping, but the deceptive and unethical use of bait and switch advertising.

I bought an AC Condenser for my 1994 Nissan Sentra and when I got it, the connection to the inlet refrigerant valve was wrong. I needed a male connection and it was a female and if anyone knows anything about AC systems, you cant do a female/female connection. So I called Tech Choice and told them the problem and he proceeded to look up other manufacturers condensers and tell me that they were all the same as the one he sold me. In other words, he was saying something was wrong with my car. I shipped the condenser back to Tech Choice and ordered one from AutoZone and guess what? It was the right condenser! How can a business that claims to specialize in AC components not have the right condenser for me?
