My husband ordered me flowers to be a surprise for me which was super thoughtful. He was told his order would be delivered Friday 6/18/21. Yesterday came and went and no flowers. No call or attempt to contact why. It’s mid day Saturday morning and guess what still no flowers. Needless to say my husband was upset for being lied to and I was upset for having to stay home all day for some delivery that never came. Literally thanks for nothing.

Such a sweet little shop. The folks here are so friendly. I happen to stop here last minute before a dance, to get my daughter some flowers. Although they didnt have much since they were almost sold out, they still were able to accommodate me. My daughter was so excited! Thank you. I ordered flowers for a funeral sort of last minute. Jane was able to get the beautiful arrangement there for the viewing and funeral. She is such a great person, super sweet lady. My next flower order as well as any future orders will definitely come from her shop!

I called from out of state to get some flowers delivered to one of my customer who was going through a tough time. I dont buy flower very often and had no idea what I should get or say. I explained to them what was going on, and they said leave it to them and I would not be disappointed.They were right, the Bouquet of flow were absolutely gorgeous, and where able to brighten the day of my customer. I called at 3:40 (they close at 6:00) for a delivery to a friend that was ill and needed a small gesture of happiness to try to brighten up her day! I had told Jane that I completely understood if she didnt have time or couldnt get it out today but - she was WONDERFUL to work with! She let me request my friends favorite color of flowers and offered to get them out after she closed at 6:00 (and even offered for an earlier time if she could get them finished quickly). I LOVE the home town service we can get by just calling a florist. These days people want to do it online and the flowers come in a box and they are generic and nowhere near as beautiful and personal as having the florist take the time and care to get them to someone important. Ill never order flowers online again - she will get my business from this point forward! Thank you Jane!

After reviewing several Florists in town I chose The Flower Shoppe and I am so glad I did. Jane, the owner, was so very nice and took care of my order exactly as I requested, they were delivered exactly on time . My experience with The Flower Shoppe by Jane was truly wonderful! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The final product was absolutely beautiful!! If I lived in or near Midlothian, this would be the florist I would use. My sister was so impressed with their work and demeanor that she says The Flower Shoppe will be her florist of choice, since she does live in Midlothian.
