Always helpful, and go out of their way to help get the load hoses we need built quickly. I had a change up of hose style a few months back (Needed a higher PSI rating), and Kayla & Kenny got right on it and made sure they got a reel of that particular hose in stock, and have had it in stock moving forward.

If you are gonna close before 5, let it be know. That way people dont waste their time trying to get to your store before 5.

To start off the company I work for does a lot of business with four star . So I walked in there was only one lady at the counter everyone else was out side with the burrito guy . Then a guy cuts infront of me, because he is privileged to know the lady . I know well she seen me, I am not the highest in my company, but I have pull, and will make sure we don’t do anymore business with these guys .

The lady up front was already saying they didnt carry the hoses I was asking for, just like she did to the customer before me, and me knowing I had gotten those same hoses just last week from here, you can tell when some one is just not going or trying to help!
