I came here to deliver a load. It always takes a while to unload any trailer that is floor loaded (no pallets) but the wait was not bad and the people were very friendly and polite. Kindness always goes a long way!!

They are doing a remodel/re-set and it looks real good. At the same time, everyone is still being friendly and upbeat!

Big Lots needs to get it together!! The store needs some serious cleaning & some repair in the furniture area where you speak with an employee at the podium. Some of it is broken off & also behind there is dirty with trash on the floor & the employee walked right over the trash & also the clutter on the podium are whatever you want to call it.Im also talking about the shelves are dirty & the outside in the back of the store is filthy! Take pride in the business you own & the business where you work! Stop being so trashy & lazy!!!!!

This my regular shopping store from furniture to whatever. Its two gentlemen that works there and they are the best. One is a cashier and other works in the furniture department. You guys rock!

I understand if you dont want to wear a mask when youre at home or in public when outdoors, but out of respect for others and if theres a sign posted on the door - WEAR A MASK! I was surprised the clerk didnt say anything to people walking into the store. The store was a big mess

Walked in, picked out a box spring, paid in the back, moved truck to front, they loaded it. Perfect shopping experience!

We bought the red outdoor cushions for our patio furniture and I absolutely love them. I don’t have to deal with ties or the cushions sagging or falling down, they are wonderful I would highly recommend these !!

Store nicely stocked and clean. Customer service could use more attention. New cashier was dealing with issues while 3 and sometimes 4 other employees wandered in and out of customer service.

Prices higher than at a regular store. Half the store was Christmas stuff already.

Really like going in here and workers are really friendly. The one problem is that you can’t get down several aisles because of some many boxes. Got very Aggravated that I could not get to what I needed to look at. Need to desperately fix this problem!

If it was more organized is shop more often but they have pretty good deals and Christmas shopping is my favorite there.

Working here is terrible, all you hear is to go faster and faster when you only get 4 hours a day if youre lucky. The DM orders too much overstock theres expired food throughout the store, and $10 an hour is not worth it. The experience working here has made me even contemplate going back to working fast food.

I stood and waited for help no one came. A man at tje back of the store asled do you need help? I said yes so about 3 minutes later someone came. Took my purchase to the cash register and stood there waiting about 5 mins. Started walking around to find a worker amd she was off stocking totally out of view of the registers. That should never happen!! Customers are first stocking later and there should always ne someone visable to the registers so customers dont have to wait.

They have good deals here. Especially for furniture and dvds. The customer service is hit or miss though. This last time we had a girl charge us 2 times for our purchase and was asking us to run our card again. When I told her no and showed her on my bank account that we had already been charged twice she said she couldnt do anything about that and said we would have to dispute it with our bank!! She was insisting we run our card again. We refused and asked for a manger who came and did resolve the issue. But it was a lot more trouble than it was worth.

Store was in disarray, I understand that because of the holiday season this is somewhat expected. I was just really disappointed that there was no sense of urgency to pick up or restock the shelves.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely awful. I wanted to buy a chair and when I asked for help, I was told “sorry, I can’t help you.” Honestly disappointing.

Love shopping here but the customer service sucks. There is never anyone around to help you and theres always only one cashier and a line down the middle of the aisles.

Store was a disaster product all over the floors looked like it hadnt been zoned in months tons of empty shelf and I couldnt find prices on the 3 iteams I did see nothing on shelf or on iteam but a bar code had 2 employees and I think they both were managers 1 had a team leader tag. This was by far the worst store I have ever been in that includes salvation army and goodwill and those can get pretty bad

I moved a month or so ago, but I use to go in here 1-4 times a week. The prices are usually great, the employees are friendly and knew me by name, and overall the cleanliness of the store is great.
