I took my computer in to get it checked out. They ended up cleaning my computer out and getting rid of all the viruses for a really good price. They walked me through all their steps and made sure I knew what was going on with my baby. Awesome place. Id give more stars if it was an option

This is by FAR the best computer/electronic repair place in the tri-city! I’ve been to enough to know this is the only place I’ll be visiting anymore! Great customer service, fast repairs, and reasonable prices that beats anyone else’s. Not to mention it’s such a friendly environment, they make everything so easy to understand. This isn’t our typical repair place! I highly recommend!

I brought my tower to store- John explained issues that prevented me from using the computer the way it should be used to work from home if needed. He explained the issues and offered solutions to repair and upgrade if I wanted to. When I picked it up 48 hours later John allowed me check it out prior to leaving the store. I was able log in and sign in to my remote work session!!!! I was very pleased with the service and explanation of what he did! Thank you John!!!!! Now I don’t have to run back to office after hours or on the weekend to help my clients.

Another computer tech company told me the data from my hard drive could not be retrieved....John from Computers to Go made no promises that he could but believed he could...I got my data put on my new laptop approximately 24 hours later.... Excellent job...Economically priced... Friendly....

Crashed Hard drive with a happy ending. These guys installed a new SSD at market prices, loaded Windows (included all the updates), turned on AntiVirus, and recovered the files from the broke hard drive. I was stunned when everything worked perfectly and I learned they had taken care of all the Windows updates. They saved me a lot of time. My 86 year old dad, whos computer it is, is golf league secretary for 2 leagues and 1 bowling league, so the data recovery is tremendously appreciated. they worked fast. The computer was ready in 2-3 days. thats probably a function of how busy they are, but they were great. First experience with them is amazing.

We took our iMac into John, and he determined that our hard drive had failed. John and his staff were able to replace the drive, and salvage the stuff from our failed drive! Very satisfied. Turn around time was about a week.

Ive had these guys and their Saginaw team help me on several tech projects and they have never let me down. Recently, my motherboard shorted out and after charging the initial fee for diagnostics, they didnt charge me again for testing, disassembling my computer, or getting my stuff off my SSD. They are excellent!

Be going here for years never an issue always upfront and honest about services. I just did my first complete build of a computer had an issue that would of took me hours to troubleshoot. They had me in and out with in 15 minutes with a working PC. Very friendly and great service and great pricing on services. I highly recommend computers to go in Midland.

Screw these guys. Drove all the way from Mount Pleasant to Midland after being GUARANTEED they had what I needed in stock. After my arrival, I was informed they did NOT have the item. I was less than enthralled. Do not recommend. Would burn down.

Took my iPhone 6 in for a screen and battery replacement. This thing was jacked up, but they fixed everything they could with what they had in stock and ordered what they didn’t have so they could fix what was left to do. Phone looks almost brand new. Will recommend to friends with phone issues.

This place is great, service is great, helped me look for a laptop to run autocad and sketchup. Taken my phones to get screens fixed with no problems.

Left a large scratch on my MacBook, although they have been very helpful and do anything to make things right.

I have had nothing but great interaction with John and his staff. I got what I wanted, and was given very helpful advice on things was unsure with.To others with bad interaction here: John is a very reasonable and realistic guy. If you come in his store being rude, do you expect him to just sit and take it? Come on now...I will admit, He has hired some younger people that arent as good, but I still dont have any complaints yet. I rarely need computer assistance, but when I do, I dont hesitate to take it to computers to go.

BIG WASTE OF MONEY!!! I have gone there for 5 different occasions and they have never done a signal thing to help! I have taken my Ipod in there to get the screen replaced and sure enough the screen they put on fell off just 3 weeks later. I tried to take it back but they would not except it. I have also taken 2 of my computers in there for many different reasons and I have never gotten any help! the only reason I kept going back is because I was stupid and though well maybe this time will be different NOPE HASNT BEEN. Oh yeah, another story for you... I took one of my computers that I was working on in there because I didnt want to do cable management and asked them to do it for me. They took my 80$ and went right ahead and started working on it. A few days later I got a call from them saying that I could come pick it up again. Ever sense that day I have been having problems with my pc so I finally decided to get it checked somewhere else and guess what. the freaking idiots rewired it wrong and tried to jam one of the cords in a place it shouldnt be going. now I have to spend another freaking 80$ on a stupid motherboard. do yourself a favor and do not take your PC there!
