Prices for items are either over or equal to the their online price. Almost everything is organized. Nice workers. Dont come looking to sell since their system is basically a gamestop but for everything else.

Went to find a book no one else had. Ms. Megan found it on the computer, but it was not where it was suppose to be on the shelf. She searched far, and wide with me so that I could get it. She has to be one of the nicest, and most diligent people in West Texas. Y’all are lucky to have her as a hand. I miss Hastings, but am glad that I can feel some of the old store still.

I am a big game addict but the more past times I keep going in there they have nothing that is like a treasure. Today i found like 3 games that were tempting but they had so many copys I was like not a treasure. Just want more games to start collecting and playing again please. Also dont want to read the used label every time even a black and white picture would be better to get a better idea what the game is. I think i will be skipping for a few months going back.

I didnt know they still made games for the Wii, games like Madden 2010... I was surprised and delighted at the same time.

They have wonderful always ongoing deals and have outstanding prices throughout the store! They primarily focus on book and movie sales but also offer rental options for most of their movie selection and have a good selection of used items across their available catalog. If youre looking for anime, they have the biggest selection in midland/Odessa! EntertainMART also offers a buy back program, they buy games, movies, books, action figures and just about anything in that realm you can imagine. EntertainMART is a one of a kind store unlike any other locally, a one stop shop for anything cool!

Great! It sure does remind me of a certain store (that shall not be named) but what a great second!

So i bought like 7 original xbox games from there. Most were cheap, one was 15 bucks, oh well. Get home and try to test em out, not a single one works. Cant seem to get ahold of the via phone cause the line is busy always.

They may have a fairly decent selection of used items, but it shouldnt look like a trashy goodwill with prices the easy they are.

My family loves going the people are the best my kids love every inch of this place I have never gone in and had a bad experience I will always go here

Besides better customer service on the floor, I love this place! Its exactly like Hastings, but so much better in every way possible! Staff is friendly when checking out and I will continue to be a returning customer.

They have a wide variety of games, movies, cards, and collectibles to choose from that are reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and were able to help me find what I was looking for.

Saw my friends there and was instantly ecstatic with gullible happiness. Bought sleeves for my magic deck. But not enough apparently lol.

Well some of the staff, (jamie) at least is knowledgeable and attentive. Thats why my family and I will be back. Thats a person who is happy to work and what he does .

The vibe was nice. Very friendly staff greetings at the door. Very organized by category. It was nice I could look around and read with out getting asked every five minutes if I was finding everything ok. There are movies and games you could rent. I give them a thumbs up. But they could maybe lower the prices to get more books sold. Thanks.

Entertainmart is such a wonderful replacement for Hastings. Its the only place I go to get my movies, games, and books. I like the fact that they did keep some of the spirit of Hastings but its packaged with better prices and less pop culture clutter of EVERYthing.

Wish I could give no star but unfortunately I have to leave one to leave a review.Im very upset on how they run things, I bought cords and controllers from them a few weeks ago for my WII and they told me I had 30 days to return and get my money back, which is awesome, but then I brought it back today, to get my money back, but because I didnt buy the WII from them they couldnt give me my money back, The manager said it was because the boxes were open and because we didnt purchase the WII from them.I highly disagree with why they couldnt and Im very upset, if you cant return items with opened boxes from what you bought from the store Dont I repeat DONT tell the people they have 30 days to return, it just makes it to where you loose customers.WONT BE GOING BACK.

They still do DVD/blue ray rental! 3.99 for DVDs and 4.99 Blue Rays. Have a wide selection of movies to buy as well as books. They do awesome bag book sales and really good clearance area. They sell gaming consoles and accessories, collectibles, some instruments, and they also sell music. This is my 1st stop shop as I support Local Business! IF they dont have what Im looking for then I try B&N or shopping online. 9 times out of 10 they have it and if not they can also order it for you.

Went here for the first time in this state. And as always, pleasant staff and we find what we are looking for.

I called ahead asked if they accept VHS mash they said yes asked if they accepted vinyls they said yes after I lug everything in they scan half the mash VHS then tell me they cant accept them then they offer me 55 cents for a big stack of vinyl records like are you serious like they might as well just spit on me they need to freaking tell you before you bring everything in that theyre going to give you a penny a piece and get their act right that theyre not going to accept other things dont say yes and then say no horrible horrible customer service

These guys will price scalp their consoles. $399 for a Animal Crossing Switch?! They’re $299 at Walmart or Best Buy! Some of the employees are pretty rude as well. I only go in to purchase new manga releases. Other than that, don’t spend more than 10 minutes in there. Also, tell the tall dude to wear a damn mask.

Great selection of various products. We came to check out the DVDs and left with several new TV series. They have a huge selection of DVDs to rent too. I enjoyed browsing through the t-shirts and games (board and video). We were surprised to see a display of VHS tapes too. They also have various used electronic devices. Its a great store! Cool place for older gaming consoles.

Ive been going here for years. Only once did I get a bootleg DVD and they were willing to exchange it even after months of me dragging my feet to correct the situation. I still havent though, because I keep forgetting, and for the simple fact that out of around 60+ DVDs that I bought their were top notch quality.

We love this place, reminds us of Hastings. Its a great place to find books, comic books, and lots of movies and memorabilia.

That place is so cool its really rad that it has so much to want if your a movie person or a gamer

Love this place. When Hastings shut down this store took its place and did well. Great place to find that peice of nostalgia your missing. Whether its a movie, game, book, card, or even a toy. Good selection.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Well stocked for west Texas (This isnt Austin for book stores). Things are nicely arranged and easy to find once you know the layout. Wish they had more sifi, but one isle in west Texas is about all you would hope for. They do have a small classics section the is fairly well stocked.

It wasnt as awesome as I expected it to be. However I was surprised to see the sell tarot and oracle cards. They have great bundles of used gaming consoles with games. I think if they spruce the place up a bit. Added a coffee shop some places to sit in the book section, made nicer displays, showed off their sword replicas better. Just all in all tried harder to make the place more appealing that would really set them apart. I kinda felt like I was at a goodwill. That being said you got four stars because you have great potential and are filling a need this city lacks. One last thing the person at the register said you didnt have board games which is mostly true BUT in the D&D section you have Lords of Waterdeep which is in fact a stand alone board game, you also have the expansion to it :)

I always enjoy my visits to your store. I have sold & bought merchandise here, always left happy. I gave a 4 star, because my only critism is when selling items, usually theres only 1 person working on that counter & they can get overwhelmed easily. Its completely understandable, thats a big amount of work for 1 person. My suggestion being, cross train, so anyone thats not busy can help other coworkers that are busy. But, I love this store, yall do a great job.

Just discovered this gem of a place to get my DVDs!!! Its awesome they can even order movies for you if they dont have them in stock...and alot of movies for way cheaper than Walmart.. also they have games and gaming equipment books and posters collectibles and more we were they like 2 hrs and didnt get to see everything and the workers are so friendly and helpful.

Love this place. Selection of older and newer titles is great, and Im really surprised just how many rare and out-of-print items they have. Their Criterion section is a must-see for film buffs, too. Though I would love to see more new vinyl, Im not complaining. Really, I hope this place stays in business for years to come, and honestly, better than Hastings.

They have a really cool program where you can rent any movie (even new!) And return it like a regular rental, but if you wanna keep it theyll sell it to you for the pre owned price. I love the staff. Its clean and well organized.

I was worried when the Hastings name dropped and was replaced with EntertainMart but I can say Im very happy with the change. Minor improvements but still friendly employees and wall-to-wall with interesting finds

This place has just about everything! Movies to rent and buy, games from every console, books, music. Huge selection of everything. Regular sales and prices are good.

Because out of the whole West TX this is the only place around that has better prices and customer service than any of the 3 places in Midland/Odessa,TX area. Perfect place to find what your looking for in entertainment of Blue ray/DVD. Thank you EntertainMART
