I ordered flowers online for my mom’s birthday since I live out of town. I was happy they were delivered pretty early in the morning. The Lily didn’t bloom until the next day but my mom was pretty happy and the flowers have lasted.

They were incredibly helpful and have reasonable prices. This is now my go to store for flowers in Midland.

Having seen them yet but hope theyll be beautiful, for friend I, watch grow up, he was like family to me, my son & him was best from through School thank you for your services !

Horrible experience. I called 2 days ago to order a bouquet for prom pictures. The woman on the phone told me to just come in the day you need it and someone will put it together. I reminded her that it would be on prom day and she said no problem.So, I went today. I was VERY rudely told it wasnt possible. I reiterated what I was told. She said ok. She will put one together and quickly charged me $50. The bouquet was ready and sitting on the counter for 30 minutes of my 40 minute visit and not one of the many employees bothered to come to where they KNEW I was sitting to let me know it was ready. They were INCREDIBLY rude and charged me $50 for a tiny 6 rose bouquet. Never again.

The past few times I have gotten flowers from them The staff has been really good about helping me pick the right flower for the right occasion and the over all quality of the flowers were good It’s especially helpful if you need flowers and you go to the grocery store and they don’t have any

I have heard good things about this business over the years I lived in Midland. I recently placed an order online for a Birthday arrangement for my daughter since Im not in the area anymore. Imagine my upset when I got a picture from her of the arrangement that was delivered & it looked barely like the arrangement I ordered! I followed the instructions in my order confirmation email & contacted someone....still no response. My daughter got flowers on her birthday & I hate to go the route of disputing the charge but Im beginning to think that is the only way I will get a solution...

Amazing service!! I was in a rush to get a casket arrangement and the women at Flowerama came in clutch at the last minute!! The arrangement was beautiful and was exactly what I needed! I will be ordering any future arrangements from them from now on.

A friend told me about this place so I tried it out and I am VERY disgusted with the service. The staff is so unprofessional. For obvious reasons, I canceled my request. I HIGHLY recommend anyone using their service to pay a little less and use someone else.

I ordered flowers from out of state for my daughters birthday. She received a beautiful arrangement exactly as I ordered. They were delivered on time and the delivery person even called me to let me know they had been delivered. I received excellent service and would order flowers from them again without hesitation.

Lack of communication when arrangements aren’t not delivered. I ordered in advance and called several times to ensure delivery and Stephanie said they would be delivered only to find out an hour before they close that the arrangement was not delivered! I had been using them for months now and as of today they have lost me as a customer.

While working overseas, I wanted to send my wife flowers leading up to our anniversary and my trip back to West Texas. Due to only being able to order via text (too $$$ to call from Middle East) a minor issue occurred with the flowers I ordered. Things happen and it probably was my fault. but like most all GREAT businesses, Once a manager learned of this issue, it was quickly corrected. Nina sent out another wonderful arrangement, it appears that this one was worth double of what I originally ordered. Yes, things happen, but its how its corrected is what makes companies like this better than all the rest. I will continue to be getting my flowers from Flowerama!

I’m only giving this place 1 star and that’s being nice, I used their website and placed an order for Valentine’s Day, a simple order of flowers and chocolates and they called me 2 days later saying that I couldn’t have the package that I ordered for the price that was listed on their website, they tried to charge me the same amount of money while downgrading my order! Do not use this place unless you want to be scammed out of your money! Unbelievable/typical business here in west Texas

I will never buy flowers from anywhere else but Flowerama of Midland. Ive spent tons of money at Mark Knox and the experience isnt the same. Flowerama creates gorgeous arrangements at amazing prices. The staff is like family and they always have a smile! If you really want to get your moneys worth and impress the recipient of the flowers, use Flowerama.

My twins have recital and they are unwilling to make a bouquet of three roses. Instead I need to purchase a single rose, a dozen roses or flowers with their vases.

I had received two plants in a basket from Flowerama. One plant continued to drop leaves. I called and the manager said to bring the plant in to the store.. I did and they replaced both plants, they were very nice. Good customer service which is very important in business which means I will use them in the future.

I ordered for my granddaughters first recital. I am from new mexico in hopes she would be surprised and not feel bad I couldnt make it...well flowers never made it, no one answered or called me. Then the next day, the florist called me.....they didnt seem sorry enough. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. My surprise for her was ruined.top it off my son n law waited for them and missed the recital.

Flowerama was supposed to deliver a Mother’s Day arrangement on Sunday. They never showed up and had the audacity to say they did and left a door tag. Next time they claim they delivered, they should check for video cameras. Never received flowers or door tag. Do yourself a favor and never order from this florist in Midland Texas.

Very helpful when an employees mother passed away and they delivered to their house on Christmas Eve. That kind of service means so much to me.The person that answered the phone was very nice and patient. Everything handled over the phone.

Ive used them off-and-on for the past few years, and the flowers have always been good, lasted a long time! The service has always been great and the people that work there have always been friendly and helpful!

Flower options and prices are really great! But just keep in mind, they dont deliver to schools, they cant guarantee you an early delivery (they open at 9am but cant guarantee a 9am delivery) or a delivery later than 5pm. So, what other options do you have if you want to surprise your daughter on her 18th birthday when you are miles away on her special day?

DO NOT USE THEM !!!I have been using them for years, I spend a lot here every year, I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines and asked to have them delivered to my wife work, I even asked for them to be delivered on the 13th of February and they took them to my house were no one was home and never tried to contact anyone. I tried and tried to call them no answer ! Drove there only to be told we tried to call you They never tried to call me or my wife ! For the price i paid the flowers looked horrible ! They did not even offer to give me back my delivery fee ! After years and years of using them for every occasion, I am done with Flowerama ! I even talked to the owner. We all mess up, but try to make it right !

A nightmare. Spent hours and multiple phone calls back and forth trying to get pricing and information on a specialty basket to be delivered for my sons birthday. Paid extra for express delivery and when the gift basket didnt arrive, I called to be told that the clerk wrote the date down wrong! When I expressed displeasure, the clerk said, what do you want me to do?Then proceeded to hang up on me!i am not local and depended on this business to deliver a birthday surprise to my son.

I ordered FTD flowers for a family members funeral in Texas (I live in Missouri) through my insurance companys shopping program. They totally dropped the ball and called me the day after the funeral that they were unable to deliver flowers to the funeral home. Needless to say, I felt terrible. I saw the reviews for Flowerama in Midland and called them to see if I could get some flowers delivered to my daughter -in-laws home address today (before she went back to work the next day. I called them at 2:30 and the flowers were delivered before 5:00. My daughter-in-law says they are beautiful. The lady at Flowerama was awesome and saved the day for me.
