The store layout is not the best, I believe it could be improved and made more shopper friendly. A bit cramped. I found what I needed. I only saw 2 staff for the whole store when I visit, cashier was also doing stocking.

Great place to buy fabric, crafting items and decor! Great prices with coupons and sales always happening. The employees are nice, and whenever I get fabric cut they always ask what Im making and we discuss ideas!

Never fond of the staff here. I find it’s always the same few ladies that are quite rude. They seem to have been there a long time, and maybe feel they run the place... customer service keeps people coming back. If you aren’t good at it, people will shop elsewhere. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Everyone has been very helpful and friendly at this store! I have placed a few curbside orders during the stay at home order to make masks and surgical caps- the service is fast and each order has had extra material thrown in for free. This has been great for making extra masks for others! Thank you!

I love Joanns, but its dangerous to go in there: its so easy to spend a small fortune! This particular store is a little small, but youre likely to find what you want anyway.If you like crafting, this is a great place to go, and I would recommend signing up for at least one method of getting rewards (snail mail, email, text, the app).

I was corralled into shopping here with my wife, so Im a bad one to judge the quality of the store or its products. Now, if they had a hardware section ..... But my mood changed at the register. The cashier was an amazing person who engaged us in conversation and even found extra discounts for us on the stuff we (my wife) were buying. It had a 1-star from me while we were shopping (just trying to stay awake) but I had to give it a 5-star because of our experience at the front counter.

Coupons are usually if no use

Not as big as other Joann stores. Had what I wanted and a few things I didnt know I wanted.

They had a womans group there buying lots of material for a project. Knowing how long the ladies group was going to take, they called another clerk to come and check me out. Great service for all. Friendly service.

Sorry but the fabric is to expensive here for me. I was able to find the exact same stuff I wanted for 20 dollars less a yard online and got free shipping. The only downfall was I had to wait. Plus each time I have gone in the employees have been less then willing to help. Most give me an attitude and want to hurry to go help a femal customer

They have great deals, a large variety of fabric, and Joanns is really good about having good coupons. The Saginaw location is maybe a bit bigger, but the fabric selection here is really good. Definitely beats the Bay City/Essexville location in selection. The line for the cutting counter is usually pretty short too.

Its ok but highly priced. I can find most of the same things at dollar stores but if money is not an issue then so be it.

This store is small, compared to othe Joanns. However my wife always seems to find what she is looking for. Now if they had a waiting room with coffee and a big screen tv, i would take her more often.

They had just I was looking for. Joanna in Bay City didnt but I didnt mind the ride to Midland.

I made my deceased sons baby blanket into a larger blanket for keepsake. The yarn prices were better than the prices at Walmart or Meijer.
