The food is delicious! So far we have tried the Baked Ziti, Cheesesteak, Broccoli Bites, Breaded mushrooms, sampler, old bay fries,and chicken fingers. Next thing is the Pizza. Not one bad thing among them. The Cheesesteak could have used more cheese but that is my preference. Very nice place. The only problem we had was that we ordered at 4:17p on a Sunday and was told 20-25 minutes. I got there at about 4:40 and food wasnt ready. I finally got it at 5:20. The place was slammed though. I just wish they told me the right time so I would have come later.

We went out of our way to try this Pizza based upon Google Reviews for the Pizza Hunters App to consider for Delaware Pizza. This was a very big mistake. First, the customer service was below average. The woman at the counter was not very pleasant and did not like pictures or videos being taken in the Pizzeria. Upon getting the Pizza, I can understand why. This is not Good Pizza. No Sauce. Claim they use Grande Cheese, which is a lie and the crust was not good..Would say a full your belly Pizza, but even that is a no go because this did not sit well in our stomachs. Stay Away.. Glad we dont live in Delaware.

Forced to give this a single star. The greeting we got by the woman behind the counter was less than pleasant. She repeatedly interrupted taking our order to answer the phone, but did not allow her co-workers to either take our order or answer the phone. (This led to our slices being too hot when we specifically asked for them to be just warmed up.) The people making the pizzas appeared to be working hard, but the customer-facing service was not good. I saw a review that praised their buffalo chicken, so I ordered a slice of that. I was sadly disappointed. The amount of chicken on there was far too little for what I was charged. There just was not enough sauce and the little that was on there would not classify as buffalo chicken sauce - there needs to be at least a little kick to buffalo chicken, this had none. The crust was thin and just bland; there was no flavor to it and it ended up basically being dry. The cheese was not a very high quality, and there wasnt much of it on my buffalo chicken slice.My friend ordered the plain slice and there was little to no sauce on there, either. He was unhappy with his cheese and he said the crust was unremarkable. He said the tomato sauce that was on there was overwhelmed by the processed cheese flavor I tasted a bit of it, and found there to be NO spices added to what was an underwhelming slice.Combine the poor attitude as you walk in the door with a less than stellar taste experience, and I cant honestly recommend this to anyone.There is room for improvement - put more sauce on your slice. Put a few spices (oregano, garlic salt, dried basil, something!) into your sauce to make it distinctive. Upgrade your cheese - and dont be afraid to drizzle a little quality olive oil on there as it goes in the oven. Maybe use a little corn meal on your stone - do something to add character to your pizza. Finally, trust ALL your employees to interact with the customers.

Pizza is very tasty! The garlic knots are amazing! The buffalo & bbq wings are very good too! Staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable. Love this place.

Long time customer of DiNapoli. Just brought our order home and we are thoroughly enjoying the Bianca pizza. REALLY good! We also love their Cobb salad, the marinated chicken on it is amazing. As an added touch, the owner recognized me, asked about the family, etc. Great local place with great food!

It tasted like they threw an unseasoned burger on the grill with bland, straight from the can marinara. No flavor at allTo the comment above about the owner. I have personally spoke to HIM and he is an awesome guy, but that burger was a hard bo for me

Being from North Jersey, the pizza is pretty spot on.The owners are awesome, and I even had themcater our wedding back in June . My family from North Jersey were impressed as well. Friendly service and always a pleasure to order from.

I moved into the area in August. It is now October. I checked my phone log and Ive ordered from Di Napoli 19 times includingtoday. The food is always delicious and the customer service is awesome. Ive never had an issue. I would definitely recommend Di Napoli

Horrible customer service! Don’t care if they have you as a customers, food is okay at best but getting it is a joke. Half the time they forget something or write it in wrong on the ticket. The last three times I’ve ordered, the food was very late about hour to two hours past it usually window of 45-60 minutes. On top of that the driver had to come out multiple times because they forgot things on the order. The manager team is rude and inconsiderate of anyone’s feelings or time. They don’t make it up to there customers, just blame staff members on there team. The owners should really look into whom they are hiring for the manger role. Highly underrated and incompetent staff. Never will eat there again. Recommend staying away unless you’d like long wait times and messed up orders.

The owner of this establishment is dishonest so I will no longer be giving them any business. We have been loyal customers placing large orders from here several times a week for quite a while now. Recently (last Thursday) there was an incident where our food arrived about 2 hours 10 minutes after placing the order & was freezing cold, every item. We had called twice to check on the status (as we had a kid to get to bed by 8pm) and kept being told that it would be there any minute and was with the delivery driver. Once the cold food (& soggy salad) finally arrived, we called back to inform them. The owner got on the phone, apologized, and said that a delivery driver had gotten a flat tire and they didnt realize our food was left in that vehicle. For the inconvenience, she offered to give us a credit in the full amount of our order ($37 or so) and would put it on the account associated with our address. Less than a week later I go to place an order & I am told that the owner never offered this credit and only offered to give a discount on the next order. First I was offered $5 off and then $10 off. Which one is it?? These are two very different conversations that could not be easily mistaken. Both my husband and I were present for this conversation and understood she was offering a credit. They are now lying about this...and the $37 isnt much but at this point, its just bad business. Dont offer something to a customer if youre not going to follow through.

This place is amazing. Everything Ive had here is amazing. Their bruschetta is the best Ive had since my grandmothers. All their sauces are made from scratch and you can taste the great quality. Definitely the best Italian food around and great staff to top it off.

We got a large cheese pizza and it was good but we noticed that the sauce seemed a little sweeter than what were used to.

Im extremely happy i decided to give Di Napoli a chance the pizza is excellent the place is extremely clean and they are by far the friendliest and most respectful people Ive ever dealt with and that in its self makes it worth the stop when Im in Middletown Im most definitely going to be visiting again

Food and dessert was amazing!! Hot, fresh, and fast, especially since the had a 10 top there!! Service was amazing and fabulous!! I will be back!! And the best part is they had some excellent tiramisu too!!

With my experience being a manager at a pizza place where I live now, there a four wows to a good restaurant. 1) good food 2) good prices to match good food 3) good service 3) good atmosphere . Pizza DiNapolis in Middletown meets all 4 wows. Excellent food, very excited to have some when I come home. My only suggestion would be to maybe add some true Neapolitan pizza to the restaurant’s menu.

We come here regularly for Penne Vodka and Fetuccini Alfredo. Both are delicious! Many menu items are fantastic, beating out other Italian places in town. Service is very good. Ive not dined in, but it looks like a cozy dining room for those who want a romantic date night dinner without breaking the bank.

The pizza is excellent, but the pasta dishes are very rich or buttery / greasy. There was so much ricotta or parmesan cheese in the baked ziti that there was hardly any sauce. The pasta dishes were so thick it was almost like eating mashed potatoes. The side salad that came with the entrees was amazing. I would stick to pizza and salad at this joint.

Great pizza, good sauce, and overall one of the better places in Middletown for pizza. I definitely would recommend getting pizza here to anyone in the area. If you havent had pizza from there yet, you should try it.
