I purchased a new bearcat 9 inch wood chipper from them and a new Exmark 60 inch zero turn. I live in upstate NY and havent had any problems with either piece of equipment. The quality of the equipment is fantastic. The dealership employees were courteous and very attentive to my needs/requests. Overall just a fantastic experience. I would recommend Woodward for your Stihl chainsaw. I called them about repairing my Stihl chainsaw. Woodward ordered my part and it was there within 4 days and honored the warranty and charged me nothing for it. They even put it on. All this knowing I bought the chainsaw from a different dealer. We also discussed putting a chain on. Guess what, it matters how you put your chain on. The other place said it didnt matter. Thank you Woodward. I will come here for my outdoor equipment needs in the future
