There seem to be loads of communication issues with logistics and adhering to schedules. I had a pick up scheduled for over a week and yet it was not done for 48 hours after the scheduled date which caused and issue for myself and my client. There is a lack of reliability and care from customer service to be better because they know they are the only vendor in the area, so there is no competition therefore no drive to exceed expectations. The gear is good and they know it so you get more of a you get what you get, deal with it type of customer service instead of actual sales support. It almost feels like as the customer you are an inconvenience when you ask for anything out side of the bare minimum, or if you have small orders.

They were all very personable and explained how the machine worked very likeable.

Every time that I need a man lift on short notice, UNITED RENTALS have always come through for me. Their staff is friendly and helpful and the equipment has always been in great condition.

This place has never given me an issue, even accommodated me on my last rental when we had an issue being able to return an item the following day. We missed the return date and they adjusted bill accordingly on their own will. Definitely customer service oriented and the staff working there that understand service, that is why they have such great ratings!

Wouldn’t fill Propane BBQ tank on a Friday at 3:45 “Done for the day” when they’re open until 4pm.No problem, wont be coming back.

Very good. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. Lots of equipment available for rent and an easy loading and unloading bay. Called and reserved something and it was ready to pickup the next day. I recommend this place. Just remember to leave room in your vehicle for what you are getting!
