My rheumatologist referred me to this office. I tried to schedule a consultation but the receptionist said she needs to present the referral to the doctor to review & decide if theyre willing to accept me because of my insurance. She also told me to try going to a clinic!! I need a specialist not a walk-in clinic. I need a doctor who can really help me, not deny me because my insurance doesnt pay them enough.

If I could give 0 I would. The receptionist there was so rude. I have a voicemail on my phone stating that my urgent referral doesn’t seem that urgent. They have no respect for anyone. They are unkind and I will never go back. It’s a shame that they have good physicians and awful receptionists.
