When my kids were growing up, this place use to be fun to bring the kids to. I brought my grandson here to get his first build a bear and it was more like let me fill your bear and check you out. The staff wasnt as fun as they use to be. A good selection of stuff but they really should get back to the things they use to do.

This Build-A-Bear is awesome! So very helpful. We returned with two well loved animals and they replaced the sounds for both. We will absolutely be back.

Very overpriced for a short bear stuffing experience. Associates were good and did their job but the experience is short and the bears and accessories get very expensive. It is now not even 24 hrs since purchasing these overpriced stuffed creations and my kids have lost all interest. Probably gonna try and avoid the place in the future. Just cant afford to go back.

Build-A-Bear is a great way to shop for kids gifts. With the wide array of items, decorations, and accessories its a great way to pick out the perfect gift. It is also a great experience to build your very own bear as well. It gives kids the feeling of excitement and happiness. It is also a good way for your kids to show their creative side when building their bear. Overall I definitely recommend Build-A-Bear to everyone!

Its fun a fun place for kids. You can add a voice affect, name it, add a heart in it, and so much more. You can even pick out clothes for your little friend 😊 😁

Im wondering if the bears are cannables. Take a look at the mural outside by the food court. Its all bears... and a sign selling fresh bear claws...

A fun place to get specialized gifts for people. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. They also host parties and have many gift card options available. They have a lot of options to choose from online to stuff in store as well.

Take your kids, girlfriend, wife or significant other to build a bear at least one time. They have something for everyone.

I called this evening before driving 40 minutes to pay your age event @ Build A Bear and it was a recording stating to expect long lines and to be patient. When I arrived at the Middletown Galleria in NY at 6pm there was a security guard stating that they were not letting anymore people into the event because it was at full capacity. Don’t you think that’s what the recording should have stated? Now I have a hysterical 5 year old because all she wanted to do was build a bear! Not happy...

I enjoy going to Build-A-Bear with my grandkids. The looks on there eyes as they walk in is priceless.

My daughtet got her amy rabbit that she had since she was a baby fixed here. Very amazing service and she had the best time ever. She got a new backpack to carry her freind where ever she goes and she loves all her freinds made here. Will be back very soon and for all repairs. Highly recommend this store for all parents and kids.
