Fast, Affordable, very professional . I called them this morning regarding my garage door that needed repair. I wasnt sure exactly what, but had a decent idea. They were very kind on the phone. A tech came out within an hour to review my door, He didnt try to oversell me, he told me what he thought and gave me some information regarding the problems I was having and how to correct them. He had it fixed in about an hour in a half. Was very affordable and was very professional. Highly recommend!

They showed up, looked at the job, solved the problem. No chit chat, no how is the weather. If you want conversation, hire someone else. If you want qualified mechanics hire these guys.

Bad experience. Called Forgatch Tuesday afternoon 4/24/17 and asked them if they sell tension springs for garage doors. I was informed to bring up my current spring and they could easily match it because they have a a large stock of tension springs. I made the 35 minute drive Wednesday afternoon and the woman in the office was clueless. She sold me springs that were not even close to what i needed. I am all about giving my business to the local guy but this was a total waste of my time and money. The pair of springs were much to heavy duty and i was charged $60 for the pair. A total rip off. Educate your office staff please. Springs are based on the weight of the door and nothing else really matters. Home depot knew this why doesnt staff at Forgatch? I had to drive back there on Thursday and return the springs. I went to home depot and purchased a set of $130 lb rated springs for $20.58 for the pair. Installed them in 20 minutes and the door works like new. Get a clue Forgatch. I wanted to give my money to the local guy but it was not possible due to lack on knowledge.

Horrible experience in every way, hostile, lied about the need for electrician need, blew up transformers when connecting a 110V to a 220V original gate operator, then lied saying they told us we needed a electrician up front, hugely expense costs, sloppy installation job...use at your peril
