Gibbons was great. Hes been here about 9yrs ago and he remembered me. He fixed my issues. So vry polite, courteous and vry professional. Felt vry safe with him alone with me in my home. If I ever have any other problems with my cable, I will ask for him!!!

Service is terrible, you cannot talk to any customer service people, their cable service is awful. They constantly take away shows or sporting events at will, & raise their rates while giving you less channels. I want to get rid of there service! & Im suggesting that this cable co.should not exist. Get out of the cable business!

I will say this review would have been a lot lower (no stars) BUT recently Atlantic BB took take of me and offered me a promotional package with discounted monthly service for the next 24 months, so I have to give them credit where credit is due. I have been gripping with them for years about all of the discounts and incentives they offer NEW customers, while seemingly forgetting about their existing LOYAL customers. This time they made right by it, but it took me over an hour on the phone and several transfers up the ladder to get it accomplished.

Bill raised this month $32.65, with no prior notice, or explanation. Sat on hold 36 minutes before reaching anyone at customer service. Theyve now transferred me to their customer loyalty department and Im back on hold. (The first customer rep finally told me that my discount plan has expired) Many, many times Ive simply given up because I didnt have the time to wait for them. Worst waits for customer service Ive ever experienced in my 59 years. I understand perfectly how cable package plans and their discounts work, but if they expect there to be any customer loyalty, theyll need to treat their current customers, as good as their new customers. All weve seen to this point is a decrease in channels we did watch, an addition of lousy programming in its place and poor service, with the TiVo box constantly rebooting, and a price that is now nearly 200% increased, from where it started 3 years ago. Finally reached customer loyalty and they offered a substantial monthly discount do-over. Raising the stars from 1 to 3. I hate to be the squeaky wheel. Stop all of the discounts and sales and store card BS corporate retail America. It is just making us angry. Most of us are not getting real raises at work, to offset your raises.

What I like about ABB-I get Philly and Baltimore stations. I really like this option.Miss Patty, the Middletown customer service employee. She has ALWAYS been very helpful and friendly to me.What I dont like-They dont offer option to buy their equipment (but you can buy your own).Equipment rental fees add up quick.

Can’t say anything good. A “price lock” 2 years bill for $90 perfect. A couple of months later it go’s up to $120 still fine. And then it go’s $140. I don’t think so. Try to call them no answer they said leave your number will call you back later. Never calls back. Also the internet will randomly go out in the morning. Talk about annoying.

Glad to see I am not alone. We have used them for 17 years sad to say. No other company out here. We are going to go to Dish I think. I also work form home and they have the slowest speed for internet you could imagine. Cuts in and out all the time. When you type there is a huge lag. Even when we upgraded it not only wasnt better it was worse. We also ended up having to pay an extra like $15 a month just to get one channel back they dropped. I think we are finally done with them

They are the worst. In 2 years, I have never been able to access my account online. I have contacted them repeatedly. I am kept on terminal hold. But if you are a new customer, they pick the phone right up. They overcharged me for 2 years after I cancelled my modem rental. The internet cuts off regularly at 4 am when I need it for work. They are, by far, the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am looking for a new provider. Seriously if you have any other options besides this company, take them.

This company is horrible. The address that they have listed is incorrect. It should say OLD Summit Bridge Road. The website however send you to a non-existent place. When you call customer service expect at any given time to be on hold for at least average 45 minutes and upwards to 1.5 hours. To suspend service, you have to return equipment, although all is disconnected and you have a better service. So goodness forbid you work and cant return equipment immediately. So sad they still exist.

Poor quality, poor service, high prices. I have no options-they are the only provider in my area. They have been charging me $7/month for a modem that their tech, Ryan, retrieved years ago. Their system confirms this, yet they refuse to remove the monthly charge. If I had anywhere else to switch to, I would. I would recommend not using Atlantic Broadband if you can avoid it.

Worse SERVICE I have ever experienced. I work from home and rely on the Internet. It cuts in and out ALL day!!! Dont bother calling them because they put you on hold for hours!!!!! If you get someone, they say there is nothing they can do!?!?!? Seriously!?!?! I wish Verizon FIOS were here, I would jump ship to them in a second!!!!!

Customer for 9 years, overpriced, horrible customer service. I have a business account and needed help over the labor day weekend. Called twice and left my phone number for support to call back. Never heard from anyone. Now that the holiday is over I just waiting to speak with someone, average wait time 15 mins they tell me. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE.

The worst company EVER! i had my modem replaced because every time my power would go out my wired internet would come back but my wifi would not. Big surprise! they gave me a new modem and it does the same thing!!! so now i have to call them almost every day to fix my wifi!!! avoid this company at all cost its a waste of money!!!!!

Just terrible. Bill went from $120 for triple play bundle and all movie channels 2 boxes- to $230, lost movie channels, phone line, scaled back channels all within 2 years. The internet goes out constantly, cable goes out constantly, on demand rarely works and has pathetic content. Customer service is unbearable, but they all are. Sooo glad I finally have another provider in area. Their service is as advanced as Comcast was 15 years ago, which is what their interface looks like.

I called the support number to set up an email address (they require a phone call for initial set up). So far this call is over 60 minutes! I keep hearing it ring into someone, but immediately gets put back on hold I have yet to speak with anyone. How in the world am I supposed to reach a real person.BTW still on hold. This service doesnt even rate 1 star.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Atlantic Broadband is the worst utility company Ive ever experienced in my life. If you have other choices in your area, go elsewhere. Our internet speed is equal to that of dial-up, and were paying for their highest speed. Our internet service goes down multiple times per day, and is completely unreliable. Ive wasted more hours on hold with their customer service than I care to count.

Pretty much a mess from the outset. First they messed up ann address that I entered into their system and once the appointment was scheduled, it was CANCELLED by the installer because he didnt have the right equipment and would not install because it was past his operating hours. After waiting on hold for over an hour and a half and speaking to two supervisors, the installer arrived at ~6PM.A few days later, the internet stopped working and it took an additional hour to schedule a tech to come out to check the system. The network has progressively gone from fair to bad to worse over the last two months. I do not recommend these guys at all....

Every morning I wake up I dont have internet, my internet cuts out during Netflix or watching on demand. I wait over an hour when calling customer service and I went six months with no home phone because I got a faulty box and they told me a technician cant come out unless I pay a $60 fee. Needless to say, the only reason I even have Atlantic Broadband is because there are no other internet providers in my area. Sorry excuse for a cable/internet company. Its a shame to pay to much for cable, internet, and phone, when it only works half the time.

I moved to a location with no cable providers for internet in my area, Atlantic Broadband ended service up my road about a mile, and I was out of luck, I could have direct tv but no internet only Dsl, so I spoke to Kat at AB and she went above and beyond what any normal rep would do for a customer, I now have internet and its great!!!!!I would like to give KAT a big thank you, very nice and special person..Thank You

Since almost everyone writes reviews when they have a bad experience Im going to tell my experience with this company. Weve been customers since a year ago and only one particular day we had an issue with the time I had to spend waiting for someone to answer the phone (45 minutes) but otherwise service itself and customer service have been spotless, our installer was professional and always in a really good mood, we have only internet, no cable or phone and for less than $30 a month its more than good, we use a smart tv with Netflix, two computers and 2 cellphones over wifi sometimes all at the same time and never had an issue. Contrary to big companies my local office is real local and I dont receive monthly marketing calls like with other companies (ehem ehem, no Comcast, for the 6th time, I dont want HBO max), so Im sticking with them as long as I can.

Whatever you do, stay away from them. There customer service is horrible. I have been getting billed for a sports programming surcharge and dont even have T.V. service with them. When calling to correct this problem I have been placed on hold for an hour. The online chat is of no help either.

This is a horrible cable/internet option. Internet service is extremely slow. Service is consistently going in and out. Customer service wait times are unacceptable. If your area provides an option for another provider, proceed in that direction.

I cant even give stars because half of the time my channels didnt work because of outages in our area or down systems, or my dvr didnt work, or the shows I recorded had no sound! In fact, I am pretty sure I could name off every customer service person I talked to. I paid for the Pacquiao/Mayweather fight package until the actual fight started even though I paid for the all day event! Then when I called and complained that I wasnt getting what I paid for they told me that there was no way to refund me the money since I got to watch the actual fight. So not only was in annoying it ruined our party as well. We switched to xfinity and have not had a problem in an entire year! Atlantic Broadband would be the last service I would chose on the planet. I would rather not have tv at all. And dont get me started on the horribly spotty internet service. !!! UGH. HORRIBLE.

We pay obscenely high prices for some of the worst service you can find, Between gas-chamber customer support and indiscriminate throttling, you just might have better luck in india. I visited hell for a short period of time—just visiting a friend—and he had better internet than I did. Combine that with windows 10s mandatory update downloading in the background and other **** like that, and you have given birth to something truly awful.Overall I give a 0.03/8. This rating also doubles as my chrome download speed from 6ish pm to 10ish pm compared to what I pay for. Google must have felt bad for the poor devil, because it rounded up to 1/5.If I remember correctly, google fiber is around $140 a month for tv and 1Gb/s internet ( $45 less than what I get ). Lets be generous and say that in real life google fiber is 13 times slower than advertised. Lets do the math!1000/13=76.9 || 76.9/.03=2563.3That would seem to mean that for less money, I can get 2500 times the connection speed. I would also imagine google would optimize for their own browser, so that would be even better. But lets get even more real. Lets say real life google fiber is 1337 times slower. Lets do it again!1000/1337=.75 || .75/.03=25Okay. If youve read this far, you get the point. DONT MOVE HERE (unless youre a masochist)

Customer service is the worst in the business. Every time you call you are on hold at least 45 minutes or more. There is no access to the local dealer everything goes through corporate. There is no way the CEO has ever tried to call in to see how the customer service end is working. This is a true reflection of no competition.

Billing issues from the start, late fee a week before payment is even due. Hold times are always over an hour to try to get things fixed. I cancelled and they are still billing me after I returned equipment and made a final payment. Stay Clear!!
