Got me in a door right away and unloaded in a timely fashion even without an appointment and on a Sunday. No complaints.

Stay away all truck driver, I have chk in 7.30am, give dock right away loaded 4 pallets and waiting, when I check with shipper they me load should be ready after 2pm, cancel the load

Appointment was 9.00pm, I showed up earlier at 12.00pm . At 2.00pm was loaded .

I had 10am appointment they gave me dock at 3pm and unloaded at 5pm. Why would you have appointment time if you will take forever. Unorganized. Avoid !

Did delivery . Turn in driveway drive by guard house slow and turn in the parking lot on your right. Take paperwork back to guard. Will give you door number. Appointment 11 AM, arrive 12:30PM, empty 1:30PM . Chock wheels, disconnect red line.

Very nice staff, loading times are very slow but at least you have access to a restroom and microwave. Got in at 9:30am and its currently 1:30pm and im still waiting....

So Ive almost done over 24 hours near this place due to this company not live unloading or even having an empty. I am also waiting for the past 7 almost 8 hours for the load i am supposed to take a load out 3 hours ago... Well guess im getting detention and layover.... Yeah me!

Wow. Arrived at 10:30 am. Appointment at 17:00. Out at 11:30 am.Great people. Very polite and friendly. First time meet such a nice people in 3 years driving.No overnight parking. But there is truck stop near by.

Easy to find, everyone is really polite ( of course you’ll get what you give) my load won’t be ready for at least 3 more days but that’s not their fault, paper work was set correctly but broker promise they were waiting for me today. There is temporary parking so I think you might be able to pull of a full break if you get early. There is also a truck stop right at the corner.

Appointment at 1600 arrived at 0900 was out a 0945 Saturday pickup. Friendly people from guard to shipping office. Even the yard jockeys were extremely helpful. Bravo

Picked up from here. I had an 8pm appointment but I came in after 3pm and was loaded early. Was in and out within an hour. They don’t let you park overnight though. It seems like they are like most Johnson Controls sometimes the load is ready early sometimes not. I just got lucky with this one.

I had an appointment for noon, RUAN Dispatch told me he would call me once a door was available. I watched 2 other trucks arrive after me, get put in doors loaded and left. I went in and inquired and was told they were preloaded. I informed the RUAN Dispatcher that I watched the trucks come in, get loaded, and leave with the same trailer. He just stammered and said they will get to you soon. Two and a half hours later I was finally assigned a door along with another two trucks that had recently arrived. Both of those trucks were loaded before me. All in all 5 trucks arrived, got loaded, and departed before I was ever touched! RUAN is deceitful! Once finally loaded I slid my tandems to check my and observed it was too heavy in the nose. I informed the shipping personnel and they refused to rework the load until I went to a Certified Scale and returned with a ticket to show my weights. I did and it showed I was 220 pounds over legal limit on my drives. No apology was given and they refused to rework the load until the next shift! While waiting 2 other trucks returned for rework because they also were too heavy in the nose. Another driver returned because they put too many pallets in his trailer.Finally reworked and leaving at 7pm.

Appointment for pu at 8pm, arrived at 6pm, dock at 10pm, Out at 12:15am, and they are missing 5 pallets, now 12:30am and I’m at dock again. Very very slow. Never again.

Occasionally loads don’t get produced on time. 301 Plaza 2.5 miles away with scale so you can check your load. Heavy loads occur occasionally. Incorrect pallet tags or pallets rarely. Overall good place to go. Oh. Yeah. It’s also my Ruan home terminal.

Drop and hook mostly(once in awhile your drop can turn into live unload. U wont find that out til u get to guard shack) Heavy loads. Always in and out

So I arrived at 1pm and my appointment was 3pm. I figured I could get loaded early based on the reviews but to no avail I didnt get to a dock until 3pm and they finished loading me after about 30mins. I dont mind coming here again just next time I wont come so early that way I wont burn through my clock.

Only job where they dont work with you but against you I was still in my 90 days when I got let go for being 1min late cause I got stuck at the train one day I couldnt get in touch with anybody from HR to try to save my job smh when I started in November I was working 7 days straight 12 hour shifts and I was always on time and they dont give you enough training time and they expect you to be best at everything there is no real help with learning just have to watch others and try to keep up on the up side there are some great workers here but the higher ups are TRASH and very inconsiderate

They do not respect your appointment time. The only reason I’m giving this place 1 star is the courteous and professional guard that they have, otherwise its a negative 5.

This place is terrible. I came early which was my first mistake and not their fault but damn you still didnt get me in a door til a hour after pickup time Anns Ive been sitting in the door 2 hours and nobody has touched my truck. Well if you expect to get into this place early dont they dont tell anybody that theyre remodeling right now theres no on-site parking but there is a Walmart across the road you cant get ahold of anybody from receiving you cant get ahold of anybody from there I called all their numbers just to talk to somebody nope you could be dead out in their parking lot and try to call somebody youd be dead dont expect any miracles from this place and only reason I gave it one star Id give it no stars... well Im here another day had to call corporate headquarters and b**** to them because this place doesnt care... Corporate had to call them at the same time they didnt like it Im talking about here 50 Patriot Drive Dean the gentleman that came out in the lobby and threatened me told me to go back to my truck when I was on the phone with corporate was shaking so much about fell out of his shorts you will go back to your truck and I told him no not till I figure out whats going on I dont know whos lying if its my broker or if its this place but when I get done there will be no sitting for any trucker This is BS my truck broke down on the 30th I was supposed to be here I got here the 31st at 10:30 they told me no they wont accept no more loans okay no big deal Ill get unloaded tomorrow... Today is the 2nd of August theyre going to unload me at 4 you guys figure it out they dont like anybody here especially people that call corporate... so Dean when somebody else comes in a Lobby dont threaten them .. And for the plant manager whatever her name is she dont like me either but at this point I dont care when corporate gets ahold of them things will change so no driver has to sit here for this long... so drivers dont expect to get in early and definitely dont be late because theyll make you sit here for a long time thank you very much

It is a worst company for downloads, you lose a whole day and the lady who is on the afternoon shift is an arrogant and rude person, we only bring them work and progress for them and they are the worst for the trokero
