We chose Home Pros based on Google reviews to replace deteriorating footings and posts on our patio room, an existing structure from when we purchased our property in 2009. Equine Rescue Inc. had Home Pros out in May this year to fix a horrible leak situation with our 170 year old barn. From the estimate appointment with Joe - to the completion of the job with Miguel and his crew - we could not have been more pleased. Truly, a professional and knowledgeable group of people. When, after completion, we still had a small problem - Miguel spent 3 hours - in the rain - on our roof fixing it!!!! Amazing people!! We are meeting again today to have them out for the entire roof. I had a leak in my roof from melting ice and snow. I called on a Saturday, left a message with the service and someone called me back within 15 minutes. They came to my house a couple of hours later and were, professional, polite and most importantly did the job. They eliminated the ice and snow and stopped my leak. Great experience.

What a difference! Between night and day! My only regret is that I didn’t use Home Pro first. They dismantled and installed a brand new roof in seven hours! I first need to start this off by saying I don’t often leave reviews but the amazing gentlemen that came to re do the windows at my house we’re incredible! I have had a lot of people come do jobs at my house and I never felt as happy as Home Pro made me feel. The men were on time, worked super efficiently and I love that they respected my home and laid down fabric to protect my carpet. They moved all the furniture and cleaned up very nicely when the job was complete. (Addition they were also covid compliant in wearing masks, if that’s a concern of yours). Needless to say I will definitely refer them to anyone I know and will absolutely have them back to do the rest of the windows at my house! Thanks again!

I was told recently I needed a new roof, but was very hesitant about doing it. I had talked with several people and until I met Dan L. from Home Pro, I knew then I had the right one to do the job, he took all the time I needed to explain all that had to be done, and what the price should be, then I was comfortable about it. The crew that did the work were very professional and did a great job, it looks beautiful. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished like they were never there. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend working with Roland Veshi. He promised to make repairs which he never completed. When we asked him to come complete these repairs he ignored us. We now have to pay for legal fees to take this to court or pay out of pocket. Do not get involved with Roland or his business.

Where to begin? well i used Home pro for my mothers house my brother already left a review on here. So i decided to use them for my house. they did a fantastic job they brought up two crews trying to get the work done before a storm came in and they made it with out sacrificing quality. here is where the fun began a week after the install a tree fell and landed on the roof did a bit of damage and after calling my insurance company i called Home pro back Patty in the office was an angel then Dan came out assessed the damage and started the long process of dealing with my insurance company. in the end the crew came out and did another amazing job. I would totally recommend Home Pro to anyone looking to get work done on there home!

Joe was a dream to work with, we needed a new roof . I got 4 proposals from the 4 local roofers, every one was very competitive in pricing. We did get a 5th proposal but they were 7000 higher yes 7000 higher, of course they didnt get the job. I guess theyd rather bid high and do less jobs for more money. So do your homework. Home pro got our job. They came in with the right numbers, gaf certified installers. I needed a new chimney cap, no one else would entertain capping the chimney, they all said call a chimney company. Joe and Bill, owners of home pro did the roof, shed and chimney top. Miguel the job foreman was spot on. He stopped working to answer all our questions. His entire crew were very polite and very efficient, the job was done in one day. Told me 7am start time. Crew was here 645 am and started promptly at 7am. The covering of our house, landscaping and property was covered very well to protect it all. Clean up was top shelf. They under promised and over delivered ! Big in my book. No call went unaswered In under 24 hrs, and all my questions and concerns perfectly responded to. Heres what separates them from the rest. They came when promised, performed wonderfully! They backed their words with action. Heres the final kicker, small deposit, everyone else needed 1/2 down before job. Joe took a small deposit .the balance was due at completion of job and not until we were totally satisfied. Home pro went above and beyond . I will absolutely recommend them and because they do total home repairs and work . our deck and windows are next. Joe and Bill will definitely be our first choice. Check the rest ! Would not try to repair my roof that was leaking. Claimed they could not guarantee their work. Instead they offered to replace the whole roof. Roof is only 5 years old.

Outstanding! We had dealt with Dan with our other house and we were pleasently surprised when we found out he was with Home Pro when we needed roofing and siding on our new house. Everything was done to perfection; roofing was done within a few days, clean up was great with the crew using a magnetic device to clean up any screws and scrap. HomePro replaced every window in my house this weekend, and installed a new front door, wrapped my sad looking old awning and installed new columns on the front porch. The crew of 5 lead by Roberto their Foreman were on time, fast, precise, neat and above all pleasant.Through two 9-10 hour days they were courteous and professional. My living room window is actually 3 windows separated by framing. The frame settled with the over 45 year-old house. They took the time to gently remove and replicate the framing and trim. The price beat other contractor estimates, even taking into account the additional work items they discovered after diving into a 50year old house. They made sure it got done right, and still within my overall budget.Their skilled crews got the work done quickly, while still making sure the yard was clean and organized by the end of each day.I was also able to work with the foreman throughout the project to raise any concerns Id had due to the condition of the house, or special requests, and he detailed what theyd be doing to handle each issue.

They replaced our roof last summer because of a leak. It seemed like they did a nice job, until 6 months later found a new leak in a different area of the house. Good thing was they were responsive and fixed the new leak, but now 11 months later, the leak is back. Its good they have a long warranty on the roofs, but a shame we have had these issues, thats why Im giving them 3 stars. Please come back and help fix the leak again!

From our initial estimate to the completion of our roof Dan, Bill, and their teams were friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Since our roof was replaced in January, it had snow on it that needed to be shoveled off- I was shocked when the crew then shoveled our sidewalk to clear any snow that fell onto it while they were clearing it off of the roof. The little details like their through cleanup, prompt return of phone calls, and ability to explain the process of the work would make me call them again for any future home improvement projects!

Home Pro Replaced my roof this April and I could not have asked for a better job. I called a few companies and selected Home Pro to do the job. They completed my project in the time frame promised and nothing was missed. The clean up was magnificent. When I got home from work, the only way that I knew anyone was here was because I had a new roof on! Thank you Joe, Dan and Bill.

We had an addition put on our existing deck. Home Pros service was timely and professional. They were flexible with our plans as we made adjustments. The workers were courteous and cleaned up all the debris each day. We are planning on having some windows put in and will hire them again for the job.

A windstorm took our roof and we struggled with our insurance company who were slow to respond. However, I called Home Pro and explained the situation. Kevin came the very next day. They initially said they would not be able to install the new roof till tge following week but once Kevin seen the water damage inside and reported it to Bill, they just changed their schedule around. We were expecting lots of rain and i was a nervous wreck. But Bill intervened with the insurance company, worked hard to get the permit and had tge roof installed before the rain. They saved my home from further damage. They explained the entire process, reassured me, and worked with a difficult insurance company. Best of all per Bill, they have married my roof so that if we have any issues they will repair! Loved Patrick and Pauline too. The entire team was just awesome. Thank you Home Pro of Middletown!

Totally Professional!I couldnt be more pleased with the entire project, from the estimating and contract, the quality of the work, communications and delivering on every promise they made. Cant say enough good things about them.We have a center hall colonial fixer-upper with an attached family room and garage. We replaced the entire roof with new sheathing, soffit, fascia and gutters.Dan made the estimating and planning the job too easy! Took a lot of time to explain the contract, select materials and help with planning the work.Bill and Joes crew was totally amazing. They completely stripped the roof and decking on both halves of the house, redecked and reroofed it in a single day! I thought it would take a couple of days on each half. They even completed most of the fascia. The flashing was done absolutely right and the copper flashing on the chimney was expertly done. They even created a cricket to divert snow and water from the uphill side of the chimney. This was never discussed, but they knew it was the better way to do it and did it on their own. It was a detail that only an experienced professional would know. I was truly impressed.The soffit and gutter crews were there when promised and worked with great attention to detail and totally focused on getting the job done... and done well.We were uncertain if we would be able to match the color on the gutters and downspouts, but they went above and beyond to get it done.They were immaculate! Everything was cleaned by the end of the day.They did everything they promised, and then some. They worked hard to communicate their plans and scheduling. They were courteous in all respects.I just cant say enough good things about them and the entire experience.They stood and delivered!Denis M.
