Not a good place to make any purchases, online orders, resizing, or anything. They make it seem like you are getting the best, but their service is rude, insensitive, and ineffective. None of the ladies are competent with technology or with communicating with customers. The only star is for reaching out in a prompt manner by phone to get an order that had arrived. Otherwise, they were still rude on the phone. Go to the place near the main entrance, 2nd floor, instead. Lifetime warranty is a joke, and what other actual jewelry places will give you without that upcharge.In addition, they dont have good enough options for people with allergies, or even if you want higher karat for another reason, and show you low karat options first and say there are few higher karat options in store.

Been there more than once, they seem to ignore you maybe based upon the way look or perhaps by race. Very abrupt, snippy customer service. When they realize you’re actually going to buy something and not just window shopping, they change their tune a bit but just a little bit. Even with only 1 other customer in there and 3 sales associates, I was basically ignored for a good 20 min, no hi how are you or anything, just invisible. Never once did I feel like they actually wanted to help me.

Beautiful service, easy for seniors to access with a wheelchair. Very fine jewelry. My friend bought something beautiful for his wife. It made him happy to get this for Christmas for her. Some work needs to be considered about social distancing by the people, not the store. Its called waiting their turn, if you dont know how ask. Its the right thing to do.

Lucky I gave them 1 star. The only reason I did that was because the initial person who sold me the ring was decent. There jewelry repair person takes forever then doesn’t even fix it right 2x they got it wrong and had to send it back I bought a ring that I didn’t even get to see or touch for two months. Then kept messing up the size of the ring as well as when I picked it up it was dirty (it was brand new SHOULDNT be) on top of that they literally gave me no box nothing to put it in and they was fully aware it was a gift for my husband! When you pay good money for something you expect it done right but at the end they still didn’t do it right ring was still to big but I would have had to wait another 3 minutes weeks to get it resized again and they probably would have messed it up. Now knowing they messed up measurements and I had to wait even longer for my ring they didn’t apologize, they didn’t even try and rush the order to get it fixed.. they really need to start doing there job right instead of just worrying about sales you continue to do that and the customers will eventually go somewhere else! It was completely unacceptable! Never again!!

Clean and what you would expect from a jeweler. Options are somewhat limited, though there is variety of sparkles. Definitely pushed to purchase and only given half an effort when the associate realized it was inquisitive window shopping and sizing. They look to make a sale and convince you to love a piece more than you do, which could lead to buyers regret. Be cautious!

Do not buy any kind of ring from this store.... my boyfriend surprised me with a ring last Christmas (not even a year yet) and I’ve had to send the ring back 5 times to get diamonds put back in... and today I will be going back for a 6th time because the same diamond they put back in fell out again(I just got the ring back a week ago after being out for 3 weeks getting fixed) . the ring has been sent back to fix more than I’ve had the ring and it’s very frustrating.... you pay good money for a ring you expect it to last more than a year..

Izina was such a wonderful sales person. She made our experience very stress free. She wasn’t pushy and she accommodate everything that we needed. She really was AMAZING!!! I would recommend her to everyone. We will definitely be going back to her for all our jewelry needs in the future. 10/10 for Izina!!!

Would not go back for anything. Very unhelpful. Older bleach blonde lady. Snippity one word answers. Have $1500 to spend on a ring today from my boyfriend for christmas. Then i needed to pick a couple of engagement rings for him to come in and buy one of them. She basically told me to come back with him. Felt very uncomfortable.

Very disappointed after buying a engagement ring last year and going back to get the wedding band I was in the show room for over 7 mins there were 4 employees there and only 1 other customer other than my self no one asked me if they could help i ended up walking out i will be going to the one in Scranton later this week had the ring cleaned there before and they were super nice and helpful I guess the people in middle town are unprofessional

My husband and I has ordered our wedding bands in April and was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered.When we would ask the store if our order came we would get the same answer not yet.We contacted the head of zales who then contacted the store, only to discover that our rings had been delievered and was in the back for a week.

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR WEDDING RING HERE.... or anything for that matter. I bought my band in October, a diamond fell out shortly after that. By the time I had a chance to go back, was told my warranty was voided because I didn’t do a “semiannual inspection” which I was never told about. The same woman who sold me the ring had the nerve to say I’d have to pay for the missing diamond. Terrible service and unsympathetic staff.

I walked in and all of the reps were busy except for one that was pretending to clean some jewelry, no sort of acknowledgement at all. I understand the reps were busy but a hello or I’ll be with you sortly would’ve been nice. So in the mean time I decided to look around and look at jewelry. About 10 minutes go by no problem. One rep raps up their sale, pretends to walk around and act as if I’m not there and A new customer walks in and she grabs the customers attention by making small talk. I found this extremely rude, so when I actually decided to speak up and say “Am I next orAre you going to continue skipping me” that seems to be the only time I received some sort of acknowledgment. As if I was in the wrong.. the lady that was pretending to clean jewelry happily greeted a new customer while I was standing there unattended as well. Maybe the store should tighten up on their customer service skills.

Had a price on a ring and said it would be going on sale for 30% off the following week. They raised the price $200.00 so it wasn’t really a sale ..... buy from a real jewelry store - not a sketchy chain store.
