Carvel is everyones favorite soft serve ice cream.The young lady that served us was curt and rushed (I understand people want to be served but customer service should still mean something)The container for sundaes (medium in this case) wasnt even filled to me it feels like they try to get over on you. You decide.Not the worse experience but I was expecting better frim a chain

The selections are nice, however the owner needs to take a class in Common Courtesy when running a Business. Some of her employees are no better, but I dont blame them because they watch their bosses callous additude and then they follow suit. Who rolls their eyes at customers when they walk in to pick up a Special Order Ice Cream Cake? The owner at this Carvel Location does. Thats who. Then the girl rushes you out like you are some type of nuisance. Some guy was in the back when I went to pick up my cake, who did not work there while the owner was making a cake. I guess it was for him, but why couldnt he wait in front like a regular customer? How sanitary is that? Health Department take notice. I think I will just get my next cake from the frozen section in Shop rite and be done. The attitude of these people sends out a bad energy that I dont need in my cakes or my life.

I have such happy memories of going to Carvel growing up in NY, and rarely get to have it so naturally, I HAD to stop once I saw the huge sign out front facing the street. There was once catch, Im Vegan so Im always reluctant to go to places that dont have vegan options. Thankfully, they did have a few to choose from.I chose the raspberry sorbet, in a cup with 2 scoops.. and it tasted like heaven. I wish it were the vanilla soft serve that I had as a child, but they didnt have that dairy free so I had to go with the sorbet. It was a good alternative but I am hopeful they will come up with dairy free soft serve soon.

It was good. Its overpriced though. Wednesdays buy one Sunday and get one. However, you pay $7.50 for one. So, therefore you really pay for both. If you really look at it. Thats what you should pay for 2.

Boo!!! Get rid of your ads all over the place!! No one cares!! Sick and tired of seeing your horrendous ads all over Middletown and bloomingburg. Literally nobody cares that there is a carvel around. The stupid car that drives around and the trailer. Stop!

I have grown up enjoying Carvel Ice cream and absolutely love it. However since the new owner took over the Middletown store last year I have avoided going in as much as possible. In fact I have pulled up, looked through the window and saw she was there and left. For the owner of a business not only is she nasty and rude but she doesn’t seem to know how to prepare any of the items on the menu properly. On several occasions I’ve received the wrong order or was over charged, Oh and if you try to bring it to her attention she will catch an attitude. It’s really sad that customers who are giving their money to an establishment are treated so poorly.The only thing saving this store is the employees. All of the employees are polite and provide professional service. Now if only the owner would learn something from them.

Visited the carvel store on June 24th and I was very surprised that the store was not practicing strict hand hygiene. The cashier handled money with her bare hands, no gloves. She did not wash her hands with soap and water or used hand sanitizer before serving the next customer. I noticed another worker was icing cake without gloves, answered the phone, wrote orders on her board all without washing her hands or wearing gloves. She just went back to icing. Very unsanitary!! Wash your hands people!!

Disgusting I just left the place here in Folsom ave the cashier was sweeping and i had to wait for to finish maneger and another young saw there like 7 min and the young lady sweeping came ask us wat we needed I asked her if she was gonna washed her hands or put on gloaves she stariggt foward said she doesnt why she should put them on disgustin

I haven’t been to carvel in years and won’t be back anytime soon. The same two customers were being worked on when I got there and 10 minutes later when I decided to walk out. Customers seemed to be unhappy and so was I waiting so long without even a hi. Went to Dairy Queen instead where I was helped right away

Always get my cakes from them.. .this time was horrible... a long piece of hair in the cake.. disgusting.
