Went into this store to mail an overnight package after USPS took over a week to deliver the last overnight package I sent for my company. This place is great. If you are wondering if the UPS store on Main is better, they are not. If you need a printout at Mail express, they charge for the printout. If you need a single page printout at UPS in Middletown, you get charged $5 just for them to load it using a computer. Mail Express if the most pleasant place to take care of your mailing needs. The staff is super friendly. Dont bother going anywhere else in the area.

I just moved to the area and I’m happy there is a place like this nearby. Very friendly and helpful. I’ll only be going here for shipping from now on.

The customer service at Mail Express in Middletown is excellent! I am not a tech savvy person and the personnel are a pleasure to do business with. Great customer service, mailboxes, if you are from out of state and paying taxes and shipping galore you need to use this service, because it will give you a physical location. . Wonderful customer service and print quality. I called Mail Express about 20 minutes before closing on Friday evening with an urgent printing request. The man who helped me was very kind, very patient, and made my project happen. (I had actually tried to work with UPS first, which failed unexpectedly; hence the last-minute nature of things at Mail Express. The contrast in their customer service attitude was remarkable). Much appreciation to Mail Express!

I’m new to Delaware from New Jersey and this place is like God sent! I went to UPS first, but their prices do not compare to this place at all! I will never go anywhere else for my printing, faxing, or mailing needs.

I always have pleasant experiences here, and it is so wonderful to have so many carrier services all in one location! Owner is very kind.
