One star because I cant give a negative. This store gives udf a bad rep They need serious customer service/management training. Went to get an ice cream. stood in line for the ice cream then they expected me to stand in line again to pay for it. Ive been going to UDF for 40 + years and always pay for ice cream when they hand it too

I went in on 3rd shift it was pouring rain and storming. I bought what i needed to ask Bill the worker may i stay in here eat and let the storm calm dwn was told no the patron area is closed and you cant just stand in the store so i had to walk 5 blocks in a severe storm home thank you bill and you assistant supervisor

This particular UDF is very busy, especially in the early evening. Even when fully staffed the wait times can be longer than one would expect. The employees are all really nice and helpful though.

I give u.d.f only one star because every time I go in there its something different. My card dose not work at their pump and Ive made them aware. I often go in there and the line is very long and they will have three people serving Ice cream and one person ringing everyone up. Then i went in to get a pack of cigs. And had my internment paper from d.m.v its the paper you get when your waiting on you i.d to be sent in the mail. They refused to sell me cigs. She wouldnt even look at the paper while I was explaining that Im pretty sure she has to. There was no manager there it was 6am. So I left and called H.R and she informed me that the lady was wrong and would let them know. So I waited a few days and went back and talked to the girl and she still had not been informed but this time there was a manger, so while I was standing there the manger looked at the cashier and told her You are right but they just changed it she dident even look at or address me as the customer... I ended up just walking out. I wont be back they are just so rude and not very good at managing their business and employees.

I come here a few times a month. They always have competitive prices and it is easy to get in and out regardless of which direction you are traveling.

Not very happy with the customer service I received in the store today when I am a frequent shopper of this particular udf name of register was Johnathan.. now we come in this store every day for gas and cigarettes so everyone in the Store knows us.so I dont understand why this gentleman treated me in this manner .. especially since I witnessed the previous customer purchase beer with out being ID ...I was id for my cigarettes and am well over 35 was told they couldnt sell Because my id was expired by a couple of days..and when my husband went in with his valid ID they would not even sell to him and argued with him and I about it

Had a extremely bad experience at this place.One of the staff members chased after me while I was walking back to my car to ask my passage what energy drink they wanted since they were out of the cherry flavor one. The employee from acoss the parking lot accused me of putting something in my pocket. After I showed her I had not taking anything from the store. I went back in and got what i came to get and left with no apologie for it. I usually stop here after work but not anymore.

Really went down hill!!! We used to go there all the time but they have hired a bunch of people that are not the greatest. Well every time we go in its a different staff so i think they cant keep people. But they had some staff that were giving friends extra so they started this new ridiculous policy that they weigh every scoop ice cream for cones, milk shakes everything soooo it takes forever to get your ice cream and get out. Youd think that made it more consistent but NO you never know what youll end up with. Ive never had a milkshake that sucked so bad I couldnt drink it till now. so doubt we will go to that one again. The one in springboro is also rather slow but at least they are good and dont have to weigh everything.
