I just had to write a glowing review! Im guessing that all of the employees at the Paper Store in Middletown are great. I have had the good fortune of having Lyndsay help me twice. One time, was for some presents for a newborn. Tonight, Lyndsay helped me with some baptism presents. She even showed an amazing gift bag to me that is made specially for a baptism. It has a beautiful gold cross on it. Since I will be flying to the baptism, Lyndsay set me up with things that I could put in my luggage! Thank you very much Lyndsay! This is the review that I told you I would write. I love to give praise to nice people!!! 5 stars!!!!!!

This store is larger than most Ive been in. Very nice set-up & displays. Theyre currently having a donation for Dana Farber which is an excellent organization.

Something for everyone! Great selection of cards, gifts, home decor accents and much more.

Bad customer service. They don’t help much when having difficulties and they aren’t aware of their customers.

Essentially a larger Hallmark store, if youve never been to a paper store before. Nicely laid out store that was just taken over and remodeled from when it was Eastern Mountain Sports. Some things may come off as a bit pricey but there are a lot of cool things to look at.

This store has everything you didnt know you needed (great for gift shopping)!

It you cant find what youre looking for here then it doesnt exist. Amazing range.

I had an order from Hallmark sent to this store before Christmas and they do not call or notify you. When there is an issue, they are not at all helpful, asking if I had confused their store and Barnes and Noble. Next time I will pay the postage to have my item sent to my home.

The staff is very friendly and the store is always clean and welcoming, which I enjoy. Ive found that some things are a little on the pricy side, but its a great place to find things that are a bit more unique than some of the other stores in the area.
