I had recently cracked the screen on my iPhone XR and called this company to see if they could fix my phone. Frank was at my house in about 35 minutes. He fixed my phone in about 20 minutes and it looks amazing! He charged me what I was initially quoted and I got a screen protector put on as well. I would highly recommend going through Cellular Factory 2. Cheaper than Apple and Best Buy and the process was quick and painless! Thank you Frank!

Frank fixed my phone screen back in August. I was informed I had a LIFETIME warranty, and to reach back out to him if anything went wrong with the screen, which I was also told happens sometimes when replacing them. Not even a week later, the phone screen that was replaced, crapped out. It was glitching, disabling my phone for an hour on it’s own, calling random people, and so I reached back out. Frank told me he’d be around the next day to fix it but then never got back to me. I reached out again, and didn’t get a response. When he messaged me back two days later, it was to tell me the phone screens weren’t in stock and that’s why he hasn’t responded. Finally we were able to meet up and get my phone screen replaced for the second time. That same day, I started noticing issues with the screen glitching again but I didn’t want to reach out because I wasn’t getting a response and I felt bad about bothering him. Over the past two months my phone has been getting progressively worse, so on November 10th I reached back out to him explain the situation. No response. I reached out again on December 1st telling him I use my phone for my business and so it was really important to get it fixed. He told me he’d be able to fix it the next day! Something came up and he wasn’t able to fix my phone, and I haven’t heard from him since. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.

I needed a quick and fast replacement after breaking my iPhone 7 plus screen last night and reached out. The screen was broken and the touch response barely worked. He responded within minutes and we set up a time and place to meet; he is mobile so he will drive over to where you want to meet/where it is convenient so that was very nice. He also replaced my phone screen right in front of me and explained to me all the details as he was pulling apart my phone and he was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the phone replacement process. It took less than 15 minutes and I had a great conversation with him while he replaced my screen. He also gave me complementary screen protectors to protect the new screen. Very friendly and easy to talk to and cheap!!! The cheapest iPhone 7 plus screen replacement I could find online. The quickness and reliability of the service was unprecedented for me.

I had gotten estimates to repair my iPhone 6 Plus screen from Apple and Best Buy - both $160. Cellular factory did it for $75 - AND he came to my house AND I got a free screen protector. He told me he will repair screens anywhere in the state. He did a great job and it only took about 20 minutes. I can’t say enough good about his service!!

His price was cheap.About over a year ago I lived in Orlando, I cracked my phone screen one time before as well, and fixing my phone screen at an Orlando place cost me More, so this Middletown guy’s price was actually cheaper than I thought fixing my phone screen would costhe told me he would take approximately 30 to 45 minutes to get to my location from where he was at. He actually texts me sooner to let me know he was close. He showed up pretty fast and was an extremely calm and friendly guy, he began work on my phone while we were talking, he fixed my iPhone screen extremely fast, gave me 2 complimentary tempered glass screen covers as a thank you for my business.He thanked me and asked how I found out about him. I said Google, he encouraged me to leave him a review on google.Since his service was really good I decided “why not” And left this review. 5 starsPs. My phone had a problem catching signals and I could not make calls for weeks. It took him some days, but he DID get it fixed. He contacted so many other technicians he knew to fix my phone, and I believe that is because the issue that my phone had was so unusual. After I got my phone fixed (to which he had to change the whole body of my phone) I found out that my phones volume button had a problem. He visited again to fix the problem. I was going to get a new phone otherwise which might have cost me another hundreds. This guy is so obviously passionate in his field. Highly recommend this guy to everyone in Middletown area.
