We have been planning to redo our downstairs floors for years. Couldnt find a solution that we liked. Then we met Paul who was very knowledgeable. You could tell he really knows his stuff, and was not a pushy sales person- he really wanted us to find something that we liked and would work for us. We had met other installers in our searches, but never felt really comfortable with them. He helped us find the perfect flooring for our needs (Mohawk RevWood Select). His installer was a true craftsman, worked very neatly and showed attention to detail. The floors look gorgeous. We have been very happy with our entire experience with Superior Floors. Would recommend them to any one.

Just fantastic!! We worked with Jesus on the sales end, and he was personable, took his time, listened to our concerns, and mocked up several different options to fit our budget. When it came to installation, they came with a huge crew and banged out 2,000+ sq feet of space in two days!! And every guy on the crew was polite, personable, and I felt comfortable with them being in the house with myself and my kids. I HIGHLY recommend getting your carpets from Superior Floors!!!

Paul is a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and honest. The installer was efficient, careful and pleasant. Since we used Superior Floors a few years ago and were pleased, we did not shop around this time. The carpeting looks very nice and feels wonderful to walk on. From start to finish Paul and his employees were great. It took awhile for our flooring to come on, but today it was installed. It took all day and onto the night,but was finally done. We recently had Superior Floors come to our home to update flooring in our office, stairs, landing, loft area and in one of our bedrooms. The owner of the company, Paul Gardiner, came to the house so he could meet with us, take measurements and brought some flooring samples with him. We then had an opportunity to visit his showroom and look at additional samples of carpet and wood flooring. Ultimately, we choose to replace the carpet in our office with beautiful engineered 5 maple in a natural finish and chose new Mohawk carpet for the remainder of the project. Everyone, from Paul to his installers, were knowledgeable, professional, experienced and did a first rate 5 star job. Paul and his team were superior!He returned my call about carpet installation the same day, and met with me the following day with carpet samples. I needed to carpet a condo in a pinch, and Paul worked with my schedule.Paul and his team were in and out of the condo in 1.5 days. Just had my new carpet installed in my new condo and I love it. I am new to the area and walked in and dealt with Jay who was awesome at explaining the differences between carpets and getting the right carpet for your needs not to mention color. Superior Floors is great! I had some carpeting and flooring work done on my condo about a month and a half ago. I priced out several contractors and Superior Floors not only had a great price, but was the quickest business to respond to me. Jay was the main person I dealt with and he was very helpful and knowledgable. The company was able to schedule with me in a timeframe that I needed and were able to also schedule around other contractors which was really appreciated. The work was done in the time they told me it would be and it looks beautiful. I mainly had them put carpeting in the bedrooms, hallways, and staircase, though they also helped me put in a section of appropriate flooring in the area where the washer and dryer would be. I definitely recommend this company for quality and price of work, customer service, and efficiency, and would reach out to them again if I ever needed more flooring or carpeting work done.
