One of the best Lexus dealerships in and around NY & NJ. I worked with Adrian and his manager Dave. Adrian is friendly, to the point and helped me in seamless buying experience. Initial quote included some unnecessary extras from the dealer but they were taken off without hassle. Adrian helped me with pickup and drop off from the Middletown train station. Received my number plates on time just after temporary number plate is expired.

Terrible, they promises my girlfriend a car we were interested in. We went in and checked out the car, and we asked if we can put a deposit down and he said no it will be here still. The next day it was sold. I think one of the salesman name was Danny. Not sure. Terrible. Not to mention. We stood around waiting 20 minutes for someone to even help us

We loved our 2015 RX350 and the new RX is simply gorgeous with many new tech options unfamiliar to us. I truly wanted to buy my car locally. I visited this location on two separate occasions with the intention of leaving with a car purchase, but it just wasnt to be. This dealerships selling practices (The Customer Set Up Sales Pitch) is the reason people are buying on line. Old school, sleazy sales tactics made me feel like I needed to take a shower after I left their dealership. They asked 5 separate times on the last visit if I was trading in my 2018 Silverado. The GM of the store even came out and asked. When they finally excepted the fact that I wasnt trading anything in, they lost interest in selling me a car. Why? Because they cant manipulate the profit margins as well if you dont trade something in. Add in the shortage of new vehicles, they are very choosy wholl theyll sell a car to. Its all about THEM, not you, the buyer. Ill take my chances with CarMax or Carvana.

Not impressed. Wheel and deal, sit in your glass office and chat which we watch before coming to further talk to customer-no value for others time. They have all your information if you request info on a car or trade-in, but run your license and ask questions they already know. DONT show people a car with a recall and tell them theyll have to take it to the dealer to have it taken care of-send your staff to do it..its called customer service for a reason.Ill pass thank you.

We bought a used Honda CR-V from this dealership a few days ago. The price was competitive so we took a trip up. The salesman who suggested we come up told us that we would be charged only $75 for dealership fees when in NJ they charge upwards of $700. As it turned out we were charged the $75 but also an additional $499 for other fees. This seemed a bit deceptive in retrospect. I understand there are fees to be paid, but we shouldnt have been told there was only a 75 charge plus tax and cost of the car. That was incentive enough to see the car.We liked what we saw and decided to buy it. There was a chip in the windshield and a bent wiper so we asked if they could negotiate at least a little. Initially the manager said no, but then they did take $100 off. Once the car was paid for, we were only given one key and when we looked at the car one last time, noticed there were no floor mats. By this time we had already paid. They said not all cars have two keys, but perhaps there was a key that they didnt know about and would call me the next day to let me know if it was found. The salesman acted like he had no idea there were no mats but again said, mats are not a given in a used car.That was also OK but they shouldnt have made it seem like we were getting such a great deal, because we are now laying out over $500 between a new key and decent floor mats. The car is no longer such a great deal. I got a call the following morning from a woman named Nicole who asked if we had any issues to be addressed. I mentioned the key and mats, but she never got back to me and I had to call twice before hearing back from the salesman. This issue remains unresolved, as he said he would speak to the manager to see if perhaps they could pay for a new key or at least split the difference. It seems once the sale was made, all bets were off for getting any type of decent treatment. This is really upsetting. We laid out a lot of money for this car, and one would hope that the dealership would have been a bit more understanding in our concerns and not so hard nosed about a few hundred dollars to make the customer satisfied. I am still hoping they will call and make this right.THIS IS AN ADDENDUM TO THE ABOVE:I got a call from one of the managers at Lexus after writing this review. He explained about the charges incurred and made it clear that two keys are not always given to a new owner, it the car is used, as was the one we purchased. As far as the mats were concerned, he agreed to cover the cost I laid out for the front and back seat mats. He also offered to have me come back for another detailing if we chose to do so. I was very impressed by his professionalism and as a result changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars.

We bought a used Toyota Highlander on January 22 from Lexus of Orange County. After driving the vehicle locally for one week, we realize that it is a quart low on oil and needs an oil change, which means that they have not changed the oil prior to delivery. Then, it turns out that the battery terminals are so badly corroded that there is white foam on them. We drive the vehicle an hour and a half back to their service department to clean up the terminals, and upon returning home we realize that after cleaning up the corrosion they never even sprayed down the terminals. The next day we go to leave for vacation and the car has a hard start. Once we reach our destination we bring it to a small shop to test the battery and it turns out it is a bad battery, and we have to replace the battery, and it turns out that the A/C does not work... To make matters worse, we realize that we are driving around in an illegal car for more than thirty days, as we have never received our registration in the mail. We speak to a sales manager, Mike, who laughs at us when we tell him that the car could be impounded. This dealership does not value your hard-earned money, apparently not even if you buy your vehicle outright. We are sharing our familys experience, so that you know what to expect if you buy from here.

They gave me a great deal on a 2020 Lexus es350. Sales person treated me great. I live like 200 miles away so we did the deal over the phone. I signed all the documents online and picked up the car a few days later. Everything went smoothly. They need to do a better job detailing the vehicles before they deliver them. Thats why I gave them four stars other than that everything else was good.

Service was the worst experience I have ever experienced. They are rude, they were going to do things to my car that I know was not right. Treaded my family with so much disrespect. I was told not to buy a car from there but I gave them a chance and the people that told me not to go there was 100 percent correct. Please please don’t not deal with them. I asked to talk to the person in charge of the dealership and all I got was no one is available. That is so sad. I wish I did not have to give a star because that is giving them to much credit.

I got new tires, new brake fluid and windshield wipers. I highly recommend Lexus of Orange County. They do not try to sell you things you do not need. I thought i needed breaks but they said i had plenty of life left and that it was probably just the tires (which i knew needed to be replaced). Another recommendation-only get your Lexus serviced at a Lexus dealer.

Purchased a used vehicle from the dealership in April. The truck was priced fairly so I came from Connecticut to purchase the vehicle. Dealership experience was fairly typical. I was offered an extremely low offer on my trade in but we were able to make a deal after I presented written offers from other dealers for the trade. After coming to an agreement I waited almost 2 hours to sign my finance papers (annoying but not the end of the world). Vehicle was filthy when I took my test drive (food wrappers from previous owner on rear floor, dirty, dusty, etc. Vehicle was supposed to be detailed, when I went to leave it was still dirty including salad dressing to-go containers rolling around under seats. I asked them to clean it again, job was mediocre but I was eager to leave after spending most of my day there. When I got home I found about $4 in loose change under and between the seats along with a serving of old drive thru fries, rocks and old saw blades in the bed of the truck. I took it to my local detailed to have a real cleaning done.I contacted the dealer when my 3 day temp tags where about a week from expiration. They explained the state of NY will not allow them to issue a second set or to extend the current set. After several emails requesting the issue be expedited and resolved the response I received was “ All DMV is behind and you probably wont receive the registration for another 2 or 3 weeks. However as long as you arent doing 100 on the highway you should be good…. if you were to receive a ticket for the registration expired, we would iron that out for you.”I went to the CT DMV website and appointments are available either same day or next day. I also contacted their main office and was told there are currently no delays.I have been contacted via phone by Dave Lewis the GM of the dealership. He stated to me that DMV is backed up everywhere and there is nothing they can do. He claims he’s been operating his own vehicle unregistered for nearly 6 months. I later found out from him that the dealership is using a 3rd party DMV processor. I was finally promised that I would receive a valid registration for my vehicle within 5-7 business days putting the time to complete the process at 61 days since the transaction. I still have not received the registration.I have open complaints with the State of NY, the Better Business Bureau and Lithia Motors who owns the dealership.It is clear to me that selling the vehicle and getting the cash for the transaction is the only thing this dealership is interested in. I brought more than 30% cash to the table and financed the balance. Now that the dealership has the money they have ZERO interest in delivering on any of their promises. They are in breech if the contact and bill of sale.I would not recommend anyone do business with the dealership. I am extremely disappointed and at the point where I most likely will be pursuing legal action against the dealer in order to resolve their gross negligence to deliver what has been promised in their contact. Run, don’t walk away.

Scanning Autotrader for affordable cars and spot a 20 year old Beetlewith low miles and decide to reach out to the Dealer. It was listed at5995.00 (which is over 3 times its value!) to get additional info and possible purchase. I spoke to Melissa and asked all the needed questions and told her I would pay for the car with a debit card. An hour later I received a email stating that there was a typo and the car is now 7995. (5 times its value). Its getting harder and harder to find honest, trustworthyDealers. I guess thats why Vroom and Carvana are growing so fast...

Excellent experience at Lexus of Orange County. The lease on my Mercedes coupe was coming to an end and I decided to try the Lexus brand. My first 2 experiences at Lexus dealerships in Long Island were not good. The facilities were outdated, the selection of cars limited, and the sales people uninterested in making any effort to show their cars. I guess they sell too many cars in Long Island to care? I was losing faith in the Lexus brand as Ive only experienced 5 star customer experience at every Mercedes dealership Ive ever been to - regardless of how busy they were. My experience at Orange County Lexus was totally different. My rep John was professional, available, and went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience. I drove over an hour to get to the dealership and I found that John had the car I was interested in washed and ready for a test drive. Although it was close to closing time, he allowed me ample time to test drive the car and gave me time to explore the various features of the RX I was interested in. There were no pushy sales tactics or rush to close the deal. I really appreciated this and I would argue that the time he gave me with the car allowed me to make a deal with him that same evening. I came to pick up the car 2 days later as I had requested some accessories to be added. They rushed to get the accessories installed and have the car ready for me. Even though I was late again in picking up the car, John and the manager (sorry Im forgetting his name) stayed well over a hour past closing to finish up the sales process and train me on some of the features of my new car. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of leasing my car at Lexus of Orange County and would highly recommend anyone work with them for their next car. Thanks!

Simply Amazing! Called this morning to try and get an appointment to get my car serviced and Cely (not sure if I’m spelling that correctly I’m sorry) from the front desk service department was able to me an appointment the same day. I was immediately greeted by Rich who was polite and efficient. I told him I had to leave by 330 and I was out promptly. My car was serviced, inspection, and car washed in an hour. I called this dealership in the morning to express interest in a vehicle. Asked for the final price quote, advised Ill be coming to purchase from out of state, taking a 3 hour drive. Rented a car and drove to dealership. Sat around waiting for a while as the salesman goes back and forth with finance etc. After waiting an hour and a half, finance guy says he cant accept my pre-approved Auto Draft Bank Check (through my credit union) because its too much of a hassle for the company, too much paperwork to fill out and that it sometimes takes them a couple weeks to get paid, etc. Umm, isnt that a part of doing business?? All he wanted me to do was finance through them directly, but yet couldnt get me the same good rate and loan term that I already received through my bank. They made no effort to save the sale whatsoever, I couldve paid for the entire purchase on my debit card and written the loan check to myself, but was so furious that I just spent money on a rental and drove 3 hours for them to pull this nonsense! Out of moral stubbornness I refused to contribute to this dealership, so I went elsewhere. To a different dealership that had no problem accepting my bank loan. If all you want to accept is financing through YOUR dealership, thats fine, but at least disclose that to people before hand. Dont waste someones valuable time and money (in my case, 8 hours of round trip driving and sitting around). A reputable dealership such a Lexus shouldnt be playing games like this. Ive owned 2 Lexus vehicles previously (not purchased from here obviously) and have always loved the brand. However, this experience really pushed me away and I decided to go with a different luxury brand instead... Id probably still consider Lexus again in the future, but definitely not this location.

Amazing customer service and very friendly workers. I bought a car from them about 6 months ago and the finance manager stephen was a true gentleman. Good experience. Service was easy to schedule for the same day I called. Next day came to replace wipers with no appointment needed. So, far good experience. The only recommendation would be to clean complimentary replacement cars more thoroughly.

Everything about this dealership was first class. I was immediately greeted with a smile and a Hello by Sabrina at the front desk. Melissa, my salesperson, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Matt, the Finance Manager, was extremely professional as well. All of the staff at Prestige Lexus provided an atmosphere where car buying didn’t need to be stressful. I was treated like gold, and I didn’t feel pushed, rushed, or like I was just a number. Very bad experience .they sold me the car without owner,s manual .and broken cup holder.and they said everything is good and nothing was broken. and they said they gonna detail the car .when I saw the car it was very dirty from inside and even they didnt vacuum the car either. I dont recommend anyone to buy the car from this place.

I recently had to bring my car in for service without an appointment. The service writer was welcoming and very helpful. They got my car in and running great within the day. While I was there I spoke with the sales department about the possibly leasing a vehicle in the future. The sales person was very helpful and I would definitely come back when Im ready to lease! Highly recommend them!
