Good people my son got a nice car good price

The experience was great for buying the car...usually is. But the car ended up being a lemon! I paid $4500 plus taxes for my 2008 Saturn outlook last year and have put $4000 into it in the past year. It frustrating. Its currently at my mechanics as were waiting to get the engine replaced....

Pretty good dealer. Would have purchased a vehicle but circumstances prevented otherwise. No pressure or stress and he knew the vehicles pretty well. Was willing to negotiate and that was fairly easy to work with too. Decent selection and prices too. No time limit for test drives and no odd hoops to jump through.

This man is so dishonest. He sold my mother a car on cash. Told her there was a warranty. Shes had it in the shop twice already and only got it 3 weeks ago. She only drove it twice. Just paid 700 for a complete front end rebuild.

Daughter bought a car here. Was worried when it started smoking. Had to have it towed in. They fixed it quick and free (warranty). Glad there are still good, honest people out there. Thanks to everyone at Hensleys!!

A lot of whats said and what happens are different. You can have a conversation with someone one day and the next everything changes without notice. Never cared for the attitude I got from Jeff. Id look elsewhere if I were anyone that has the option.

I bought a car from here that ran well. But a month after owning it the control arm rusted off the body. I didnt think much of it, it was low of them to sell a car like that, but luckily I have access to a body shop and am a student. I got under the car to weld in a new wheel housing and noticed the other control arm was already rusted off and HELD ON BY A RATCHET STRAP. Luckily me, my girlfriend, or her son wasnt injured but that isnt okay. And I should be consulting with a lawyer on this one.

What happened to the days of greeting the customer that was checking out your cars. had to go find him at his desk. price for particular car was high. and poorly repainted.
