Apex did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. The new design layout created a more functional workspace. We love our cabinets and had a terrific experience working with Audrey. We highly recommend Apex if you are in need of a new kitchen!

We hired Apex Kitchens and Baths six years ago to help us with a total kitchen remodel. The end result was exceptionally beautiful, yet more functional and we have received many compliments. The new kitchen was completed within our budget and time frame. The staff at Apex did everything they promised. The staff was very professional, always responsive and very helpful. We have recently sold our home and have purchased another home which needs some updating in the kitchen. We had such a wonderful experience with Apex with our first kitchen remodel, we have hired them to help us once again!!

As a design professional myself, I regularly deal with all kinds of vendors and manufacturers, not just locally but all over the world. Like anything else, some are good, some are great, some you put up with because the price is right and some you won’t deal with ever again. Unfortunately, Apex is in that latter category. I contacted them as part of a redesign of my own home, to evaluate how I may want to replace some cabinet doors from their line that had grown a bit worn over the years and/or how I might improve the design of the small kitchen I have. It took two months to get an estimate. Once I got the estimate, it was nothing more than a number on a page; no detail, no itemization, nothing – and the worst part is that they refused to provide anything more. The salesperson responded unprofessionally and rudely when I asked for a re-quote to accommodate a design change and was totally uncooperative and unhelpful in responding to ordinary questions about things like finish availability. If I won’t use them for my own home, I could never recommend them for someone else’s. There are a number of kitchen designers who carry Brookhaven/Wood Mode in the tri-state area; it is worth the drive if this cabinet line is your choice. Some of them also provide installation services, which is handy. Apex does not.
