So I bought the lifetime wheel alignments and everytime I call and I can come in they can’t get it done. Maybe because they have bigger jobs or someone who has to pay for a service. I called 5 months ago to get a wheel alignment couldn’t get me in so I tried every month for about 3 months. Still nothing. I go to change my brakes and my 300$ run flat tire is shot. Don’t waste your time with this place. Oh and another thing I make a appointment online yesterday everything went smooth then then leave me a voice message saying that time isn’t available. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Friendly staff, great service, MUST have appointment. The first time I visited I had a flat and it was the closest store so I pulled over and asked for assistance, I was told I had to wait 3 hrs due to no appointment, I did see they were busy. I left thinking I’d never return until my usual oil guy said I needed a full service facility and suggested Firestone. Knowing that I had already tried another popular full service facility in the area that begins with an M and was not satisfied with the job, I figured I go back to Firestone, and I never left. Service is great, prices are reasonable, staff is very informative, and making an appointment is easy.

Showed up unexpectedly for an inspection and they got me in and out no problem. Did not feel pressured for extra items and when the time comes for my tires to actually get replaced I feel comfortable coming here to have them do it. I will schedule an appointment for that though 😂

Dont even think to go there, worse place i have ever been visited in my life, they have made me come and turned around few times, and didn’t changed my tires, i ended up going to a different tire shop and job was done within 15 minutes unlikely firestone they have told me it will take 2 hours to change 4 tires, i am lucky that they didn’t do it for me,

Called and asked if needed apt... answer was no. Asked if I could drop off in am and come back- answer yes. Get there at 7:30 am and asked if I had an appointment... Stated no... I called and asked if I could drop off and come back. Long story short - car would not be done until 5 or 6pm for oil change and inspection since didnt have appointment. Man stated I was told that on phone he talked to me...Asked how he knew he talked to me?? He ALWAYS answers the phone. Really? You never take a break, eat, use the bathroom??? Phone just rings without you? OK sure. Went somewhere else and never going back.

Liars and fraudsters, 15 years me and family members have faithfully used this location for our cars. That ended after I spent $2400 on a full brake and calipers replacement, 80,000 mile service and it took 3 times to get the brake job right, a tire rotation that never happened, a fluid flush for transmission, differential that never happened. Store Manager is unprofessional and a smart a** who lies and who impersonated the divisional manager after I brought this to corporate attention.

Do not come here unless you like wasting your time and money.I was somewhat wary about bringing my car here after reading all the negative reviews, but decided to give this place a shot, since I had a coupon for an oil change. I made an appointment for an oil change over the phone several days in advance, and I got there about 15 minutes early. I handed over my car keys at 1:45 pm and was told they would get right on it, and an employee moved my car inside the bay, which was right next to the waiting room window. The same employee then alternated between playing with his cellphone and joking around with several other employees, which were not busy since there was only one other car inside having work done. This went on for an entire hour, and at exactly 2:45 the same technician finally raised my car on the lift to actually change the oil, which took less than 10 minutes. On their website, it says every oil change includes a comprehensive courtesy inspection of the entire vehicle, such air filter, lights and fluids. Well, they did nothing of the sort, and I was looking through the window at the tech the entire time.Finally, after 3 pm when my car was ready, I was handed an estimate for almost $900 to replace all 4 of my brand new tires, that no one even glanced at.This place is a complete rip off, dont come here. Zero stars.

I have brought my family cars here for over 25 years. Always courteous and excellent service. This place is a very high traffic location. Be sure to make lots of time; sometimes hours. I usually drop the cars off and get a ride home until work is finished. They do have comfortable seating for adults and a small area with a few toys for children. They also offer complimentary coffee and a clean rest room.

Arrived this morning for an 8:00am confirmed appointment (via email) for inspection and oil change. Was told that they had no more inspection stickers and could not do the inspection until after the new year!! Decided to get oil change done, and found they did not even have the appointment. What good is using the on-line appointment application if the appointment does not show up? Was told to not use the on-line appointment app, but to call. Would not go here again.

I bring my company van there for routine maintenance as often as possible. I drive it 40,000 miles a year and they do a great job of keeping me running. The office staff is attentive and courteous and the techs neat and professional. I dont like being up sold and my experiences with this store have been positive with none of that happening to me.

Time flying so does the quality of service. 4 years ago I gave this place 5 stars now.... I had an appointment for oil change today 12/15/2019 at Middletown NY location. The appointment was made online 3 hours before appointment time. When I arrived at this location I was told that they have no idea that I had an appointment. I was told that making appointments online does not work ?? and I will have to wait 3.5 to 4 hours for them to do oil change. Wow. I was making appointments online for this place for over 4 years. This is unacceptable. In confirmation email it Is specifically said someone will contact you if appointment is unavailable. I drove 30 minutes from my house for nothing. Waste of my time and gas. It is time to find new oil / tire change place.

I don’t know why I keep giving them a chance. Last Sunday I’m in for alignment and balance, told I need new tires. Ordered them Sunday and got an “out the door price”.They had to order the tires and would be able to install Saturday at 7am. I show up and there are no tires. Then the guy says the price will be $400 more than what I was quoted. 25 minute drive each way for nothing.Add this to past experiences when they dislodged the inner wheel well but would not fix it. Lost lug nuts another time. Then never rotated the tires a different time as part of the “lifetime” service becuase I marked them to see if they switched the locations. Nope, same position.Firestone has the worst customer service.

I had an appointment today for an inspection at 2 PM. I gave my keys to the man at the front desk at 1:45.2:15 a man who seemed to be in charge, he did not introduce himself, asked what I needed to have done. I said I was waiting for an inspection to be done on my Tucson. He said he will see if he could speed it up.I waited.4:08 PM I was told that my car needed some nuts and bolts - it was going to cost me an extra $79 and take another 30 to 45 minutes. I told them that I had been there for over 2 hours for an inspection for my car. But yes, go ahead.I had to have that done because they had my car as hostage - I could not get mean about it - they could have done some damage.So, I waited another hour.Finally, 4:45 PM I went to the front desk and said I had not been prepared to be there for 3 hours to have my car inspected. I did have other obligations.The person I talked to said he would go and see, but he got into a conversation with a co worker and then helped an other customer.I finally left just after 5 PM after paying $190 for an inspection that took 3 hours.I will never go back to Firestone to get my cars inspected.

My car broke down (starter issue) in the dentists office parking lot across the street. Anthony and the entire team at Firestone Complete Auto Care were just phenomenal, responding promptly and professionally, and fixing the issue quickly and without trying to pressure me into accepting services that I didnt need. Prices were very fair, and the entire team bent over backwards to make the whole experience as stress-free as possible. I was so impressed and will be back!!!

Had a really nice experience here dealing with a brake problem in the midst of my long trip. I spoke with Mike who was very thorough in his assessment and was very accommodating to fit me in for a checkup at short notice. For an honest and comprehensive service, I definitely recommend this place.

After dealing with Honda Dealer, where I wont even go for free . I gave a shot to Firestone Middle town. Got my tires changed all 4 . Mike #05 was the service advisor .He asked me lot of questions regarding my driving habits and suggested me the tires .While the tires were off they suggested my front brakes need to be replaced and the tech #10 Andre showed me .I got it done too I was very pleased with the results and my car drives like brand new. Recently got my rear shocks replaced and oil changed again by Andre perfect . Love this kid .Very knowledgeable and honest . I will not any body touch my car .Good Job. I would highly recommend tech #10 Andre .Perfect all the way .Thanks U guys .As always will be back again

I went here to get a cv axel replaced . I got it replaced and When I got the car back the abs light came on . I’ve never seen the light on before. When I informed them of this issue. They told me that the car came in like that and it most certainly did not . They treated the car with complete carelessness and didn’t even bother attaching the wheel well on completely. Horrible service. Would not recommend.

Appointment confirmed for 3PM, I arrived at 2:45PM . I didn’t leave until after 5PM, for a scheduled oil change. This is the second time recently this has happened. This was for a company vehicle that gets serviced every month, just had new tires put on 5-6 weeks ago, I also take my personal vehicle there, for service, brakes, tires . Went to take the satisfaction survey which has expired, what is going on

Yesterday my husband and I bought new tires. Mike was very professional he did a great job explaining the complete invoice to us and the value in what we purchased. We feel we got a great deal and recommend purchasing the warranty because it helps you get a credit when replacing the tires and makes the price reasonable. I also recommend the lifetime alignment.

Excellent, fast, car or truck repair. They are not pushy about a repair, the decision is up to the vehicle owner. I like that they can give you a price quote prior to making repairs.

Fair prices for tires and opil changes. But, they always seem to find something wrong with my car. Just stick to the tires and oild changes and you will be OK

I had such an awesome experience here. It started with Anthony who asked me in detail what price range and mileage warranty I was looking for because I needed a tire replacement. I was offered an $100 discount and tires that were in my price range and mileage. I called that morning and they accommodated me the same day a little later because I had another appointment. Then when I went in, Mike was very courteous and genuine and explained what how my car looked when I picked it up. And of course the drive home was wonderful on my nice new tires! Will definitely keep going there. Great first impression!

They do take the time to explain things to me, (Once I had something going on with my tire leaking air.) and they genuinely nice. Usually I am good with the service here I had just bought a new car and needed it inspected. I had the license plates with me and asked them to screw them on (I was using a paper plate in the back window).They charged me $2.50 to screw each screw in!!! For a total of $10 to screw on 2 plates. I would have done it myself had I know they would charge me so much . I presumed it would be free as it couldn’t have taken more than a few seconds to do it.Geez.....

Called for an inspection and made an appointment. I came in with an appointment and was told it would take a hour. Hour for an inspection!!! Really! Okay fine. Went to the store came back 2 hour later and they were just bringing my car in. Sat in my friends car and watched as the tech talked to his friends. Going on almost 20 minutes, I complained about it taking too long and how I witnessed him dancing and singing. He claims it was the computer he was waiting for. I cant believe a 30 minutes inspection took three hours!! Never again. If you want professionalism and promptness please dont go here.

In a pinch, needed snow tires, but, not just any snow tires...Those bad ass Firestone Winter Force tires .... And they had my tire size in stock ....they were friendly, and fast service as promised... Cant beat that at 4pm on a Friday night !!!I highly recommend their service😁

Let me tell you something if you want your car back with new tires that are unbalanced and new breaks that feel like theyve been on there for years this is the place for you. Not only that you can be promise your car back within 3 hours and not get it back until the next night

The rotation of my tires was done and no balaced messed my 550$ tires up in a weeks time and timing was horrible

Pros: Very thorough, and very likeable. I am not doubting their level of competence at all.Cons: Complete rip off. Was charged $62 for my oil change. Thats 3x what I usually pay. I accept some responsibility for just accepting someone else on word of mouth and not actually doing my own leg work but I really should have.

Every time I come here and SCHEDULE an appointment to get an oil change they take over an hour to even start looking at my car. Firestone in Middletown, NY is trash.

I had an excellent experience with Firestone in Middletown on Saturday July 28, 2018. My wife and I was at planet fitness and when we came out to leave the battery was dead in our truck (we figured we left something on), so not really sure what we were going to do I walked down to Firestone. I noticed a gentleman (Pat) by the bay doors so I asked him if he had a jump box that I could use, he said that he did and that he would walk back to the truck with me to get it started, after he did my wife and I rode around for about an hour and a half hoping to put a good charge back into the battery, then we went home and a short time later we went to leave again the same thing dead battery. After getting a jump from my neighbor we headed back over to Firestone by this time it was around 1 pm and very busy, in no time at all they wrote up the order and had Pat check out the electrical system, he did and found the battery to be bad, turned out that the battery was still under 100 percent warranty, changed it out and we were on our way, all in about an hour on a busy Saturday afternoon. Thats what I call excellent customer service, taking care of a customers need in a time of need. I will definitely start using Firestone on the regular basis from now on, and will highly recommend. Thanks again guys.

Went in for a simple inspection, the older gentleman with the beard was trying to nickle and dime me over bulbs. I had replacements in the car but he was trying to bully in into buying bulbs from them and threatened to fail me if i didnt. I dislike that practice when i have been a customer for years. Dont know if Id go back because they might try that for other repairs.

I have been bringing my car to Firestone in Middletown for years. I had one of my worst experiences this past weekend with the new Service Manager and I am not sure if I will be returning. Without going into details, the bottom line is this (and I hope corporate reiterates this) NEVER, EVER, LIE TO A CUSTOMER. If you wont be able to finish a job in the time frame you stated tell them!! The customer can then make their own choice. DONT continue to lie and promise something you cant deliver on. It makes a customer feel disrespected and angry especially since they made arrangements to leave the car there and had to arrange alternate transportation. AND trust me he later admitted he knew early on they couldnt get it done...so it was purposeful, but so i wouldnt take it elsewhere. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because there are others at the shop that are wonderful to work with. I hope this bad apple doesnt spoil the bunch!

Im a regular there because of the credit, so lets just put that out there first. They certainly can take care of my car, but sometimes I get referred to my dealer for something incredibly simple, even when I tell them what is exactly needed done. They dont claim they cant do it, just claim it doesnt work (though it works at the dealers miraculously). I work with tech on a regular basis and that is infuriating. For most everything else, its alright. The wait time is always at minimum an hour, even if you have an appointment. I think my average time waiting on my car is three to four hours. No joke.

Been going there since I move to Middletown ten years ago. Their customer service is excellent. They have always taken great care of my cars.

Been doing my oil changes since I bought my car

They are pretty quick on the service, but they always give me the wrong receipt for my car. Last time it was for the wrong vehicle year, VIN, license plate number, and miles on the odometer. Very frustrating, but, Firestone is still my choice, they just need to fix this.

I posted a review just the other day and would like to clarify that it was of no fault by the staff working at Gibbs court firestone that my tire rotation was not performed it was due to a computer glitch which did not inform the firestone team of the additional service required.On that I would always recommend them for a great service and look forward to my next professional auto service with the crew there.Keep up the good work.

Too busy to get a repair done. went there for just a simple tire rotation. first time in afternoon... there are lots of car ahead of you. went there at evening.. still lots of car ahead of you... they are too busy for a 5 min tire rotation. i regret of buying tire from firestone. unlike mavis they have only few location and crowded all the time.

They tried to scam me and told me my motor was seized up and that I would need a new engine. Its clearly not seized up if the engine still turns over with the turn of the key. Stay away from these crooks.
