Today I went into Mattress firm for my job. Not only did I get what I needed, I walked out with a few things for myself and my family.Melissa was very helpful, friendly and genuinely a great sales woman! She answered every question I had and didn’t make me feel like it was an inconvenience. Melissa took the time to show me every option that was best for me and did everything she could to help me make the best decision. Labor Day weekend was definitely the best time to go, such great deals ! I will definitely be going back every time I need something. I highly recommend everyone getting a mattress at Mattress Firm. I was impressed by the young man who noticed I had entered the store, acknowledged me and ran to get someone to assist me. So often you are left wandering around until some comes over. I was further impressed with the salesman who was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. He made a deal that was impossible to let go. We left satisfied with our purchase. I visited this store hoping to purchase a mattress. From the moment I stepped in, I realized there were not many sales personnel and the few on the floor were already busy so I just decided to do my own store exploring. I walked through the store for a good while and no one ever bothered to gave me any assistance. Needless to say I left their store and went to Ashleys Furniture where I was assisted immediately after I crossed the door.

Going into the store and ordering the mattress for me was going to be the hardest part but your employee(s) really made it super easy and honestly very enjoyable experience. They were very polite and flexible with income.:)) Overall very satisfied!

I shopped at the Middletown location. Our saleswoman Melissa was great for the sale however it ended up she didnt. Larify and clearly explain that clearance in deed meant pre owned. I would have never purchased the two mattresses. Even worse was her being unprofessional, arguing with me as I walked away from her trying to rectify the situation with her co worker. She kept following me. Her voice worker was calm and professional. Too bad she wasnt my saleswoman from the beginning.

Decided to shop around to see whats on the market planing to purchase in a near future a new mattress set. Had in mind a few locations to go visit my first stop was Mattress firm just because I was very closed by and this location was not in mind and let me tell you that I didnt expect to receive the 5start costumer service that I received. Melissa Ryder came to us after let us walk around the store a few mins. answer all my questions and clear my doubts and concerns. Even though I asked her things that I knew the answer just to put her on my honesty test and dint fail. Very honest sale person professional, friendly and well trained on what she does even if you have medical issues she will recommend the right mattress starting from basic ones moving up. She hooked me up with a very good deal even my dog ended up upgrading the bed. After spent 10k in store went home to do my research online and discovered that no matter where to go I save almost 2k plus time visiting stores. First of all when shopping for anything I always like to find someone who is honest and knowledgeable. With Joan in the Middletown store I was fortunate enough to get both. I told her that I am on my 3rd mattress in 10 years(Im only 165 lbs) she knew that all 3 mattresses were quality ones so she questioned my box spring and base. Then told me to try and put my mattress on the floor and try it for a few nights(I must admit that I was skeptical) but this is where her knowledge came in. It totally worked my back pain was gone. I immediately went to buy the base she recommended. I am grateful that she helped me and she has a customer for life.

Melissa has done it again! When we first moved to Middletown I spoke with her over the phone and she worked out an amazing deal for me. This time with my hectic work schedule I sent my hubby to get us a new mattress. I told him he must go to Melissa specifically. Once again she came through like a champ and I am literally laying on my new mattress that we got on clearance with my new adjustable base that I absolutely love. It’s perfect for my back. I have a spinal cord injury from a car accident that has left me in excruciating pain. This new mattress is firm and supports my back and hips and the adjustable base allows me to sit up to take the pressure off. I know this is a long review but it’s a testament to the fact that she takes time with each customer to explain the benefits of the product, allows you to test what’s best for you and then makes sure she gives you the best price. What else can you ask for in a businesswoman? On top of it all, she genuinely gives a damn about her customers and that matters to me at least. We’ll be back soon to get an adjustable base for our daughter’s bed. Melissa will surely become your go-to for the bedrooms in your home. I’ve been back twice and was not disappointed which is exactly why we’ll be back again and again. God bless.

Horrible customer service. The mattress sales woman kept trying to convince us that she was doing us a favor. When in fact the special deal she was offering to us was the exact same deal posted in the store for anyone to use. She spent the whole time double talking as I pointed out that she was not doing anything special for us. A little honesty goes a long way and I feel that if she is an example of the kind of people working there that that says volumes for Mattress Firm as a company. Also I would like to say I dont appreciate being pressured into writing a positive Google review as I am trying to decide on what I would like to purchase. The employees at this store even asked us multiple times to write our Positive review before we had finished shopping. Please just give me a moment. Ill decide to leave a Google review if I want to after Ive decided to spend my money or not. I really wish I could have left a better review but unfortunately I just cant. So I would like to give Mattress Firm Route 211 East zero stars but I have no other choice but to give them one star to post this review.

What a great experience I had at Mattress Firm in Middletown last night. The showroom was bright and clean. I was greeted as I came in by the salesman, Reggie. I was looking for mattresses on a short notice and Reggie was able to help me find the perfect ones. The prices were very reasonable, in fact both the mattresses I purchased were on sale. What a pleasure it was to be be treated in a professional manner and not be ‘convinced’ I needed something better than my budget could afford. Went there yesterday looking for a platform frame for our new king mattress. Melissa was wonderful to work with and offered the two options they had in stock to take home. Mattress Firm was the only store in the area that had stock available in the store to take home same day. I will definitely look for Melissa again when I shop for any bedding products

COVID Update: No appointment is needed, its walk-in and they are still masked as well as most customers we saw in the store.We actually started here, fell in love with the Hurston Sterns & Foster mattress, changed our minds as we strolled through Raymour and Macys but came back because we knew Mattress Firm had the best deals. Joan offered to order the mattresses we liked at Macys but insisted on getting a slightly softer mattress than we had in mind for more hip support while side-sleeping. It was not only the deals, but the guidance and compassion of both Joan and Melissa that would have me recommend them to anyone.Delivery was quick, they were in and out within a half hour even with the adjustable base we purchased. There is a website they send you prior to your delivery that tells you when it will be delivered precisely, just like a Dominos or food delivery service.If youre wondering if the base is worth it, it is. Youll need a new boxspring anyways, might as well get something durable for the years ahead.

The ladies were helpful and friendly. Definitely would go there again.
