I called Nick at Integrity Automotive, explained my problem with power steering being out. Nick was upfront and said he couldnt get me in for a week. Nick took the time to ask my make and model of my car and looked online and found a notorious problem. Nick told me to call the dealer and what to tell them. I was able to get my car fixed with an update free of charge. I was referred by a friend and will definitely return.

I love the idea that it is family owned and everyone gives it to the customer straight and to the point with no soft soaping of the facts. In addition their prices for various services are fair and they finish the work in a timely manner even though their schedule is beyond full. This place was amazing, the owner Pete was great!!! I was out of options I could not get my key to turn in the ignition and I tried every trick I found in Google. I got it towed because the reviews were so great at Integrity. When I talked to Pete he wanted to try every cheaper option which included finding my spare key. He let me keep my car at the shop for several days until I finally found the key. Once I did I returned and The integrity team started the key right up. Pete saved me probably 300 to 600 dollars in repair bills and didnt even charge me for the help. I would 100% recommend Integrity auto. THANK YOU PETE.

I recently called Integrity Automotive, because my car, a 2001 Nissan Sentra, was having clutch issues. They promptly addressed the issue, without having to put in a new clutch. The car was finished in a timely manner, and the clutch is currently working better than it has the whole time I have owned the car! I called early this morning around 8:30 and I talked to a man named Nick. I told him I needed my wheel bearing fixed that it was real loud. He said they were booked but since it was a job to get done within a hour or a little more to bring it right away and they could do it. I was there in 10 minutes. I took it to a place to get an estimate and they gave me a price and that it was the left. After a man had driven it he said it was so loud that they had to put it up and ran a scoop on both sides. Before I knew it Nick call me in to do a show and tell and proved to me it was the right totally bad. He also said to get the left fixed within 1year. The service was so great and I am truly thankful for Integrity. They were honest and did not rip me off. Only if the other was replaced the left I would still be in danger with more money to go out during this pandemic. I dont need any more stress during this hard time. I love driving my vehicle now. I had a clicking/knock inside my engine and called Pete at Integrity and he made some suggestions as to the possible sources. I had the vehicle delivered to Integrity and they analyzed the situation and thought it might be in the timing chain ... might be $1600+ to repair. When the tech got into it the problem it ended up being an idler pulley bearing disintegrating ... $345. The guys at Integrity are professional and ethical. When I decided to start using Integrity Automotive I did so because they were always busy, fair, and genuinely nice people. So schedule your work early because they are busier than ever.

Weve been so happy with the repairs on my sons cheap car, that when we needed a second opinion on an expensive Honda repair, we came to Integrity. Integrity was able to properly diagnose what the dealer misidentified. Repairs have been better and less expensive than dealer specialists!

My car was making a horrible noise, so I dropped my car off to Integrity. I heard from Pete by early afternoon and the repairs were complete by 5pm. The staff is very efficient and friendly. Their rates are very reasonable and they guarantee their work. My daughter has taken her car in several times and she has also been extremely pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.

Top notch service.I was traveling out of town for a funeral and was experiencing some odd vibrations on the highway. Felt I needed this looked at immediately and used the old Google to find a shop near me, went with this place due to the high rating and the name. Got there 15 min before close briefly explained my concern and the situation. Instead of being turned away as I expected. Nick came from around the counter jumped in my car and drove it around the block. Turned out 3 of the 5 studs holding my tire had came off. Nick explained how blessed I was to have stopped when I did. Gave me a fair estimate and had the car up and running when I needed it. Truly appreciated the service even while they were extremely busy and about to close.Most shops would have taken advantage of my situation and instead I was taken care of by true professionals.

After speaking with them on the phone, they had a good guess of the issue (they were eventually proven right), could look at my car the following day, and had it done within a few hours. It was reasonably priced and treated me fairly. Im sure they are probably not able to always get things done that fast because they seemed very busy, but I know they will try. And lots of customers is usually a sign of a good business. I look forward to using them in the future.

This place is awesome! My serpentine belt broke today and even with their busy schedule they got my car in and fixed it in an hour for an amazing price. When I picked it up I asked them about a future appointment to pop my fender back in place and they said no worries, took a look and fixed that in 30 min. I love this place is came in for an oil change, transmission flush, fuel flush and engine air filter and they quoted me two hours! My car was finished on time and the price came up to $260-265 for the service as a whole best deal I have ever gotten with any automotive service. I popped in the other day with a 2014 Nissan Versa S. The muffler had pulled out or broke the weld around the flange......I know on a 2 yr. old car right SMH. Anyways they got me in and fixed it within a hour.And they were hopping busy. The price was awesome way below what I was quoted at Midas for sure for the same work. I couldnt believe it!!! Had my truck towed in for engine issues.After 2days I got a call saying I needed an engine WITHOUT them being able to show me why. They wouldnt open my engine to pinpoint the problem, But suggested I buy a new engine.🤔I went in and paid the diagnostic cost and was held hostage in conversation with a bunch of mumbo jumbo by father and son, the son asked me to give hime a call after I found out the exact issue so that he can price match the other shop. I immediately had my car towed away.After the other shop took time to open engine and pinpoint the problem I called integrity back and asked what there labor was to install the MOTOR I purchased from FRASER and it was DOUBLE of all the shops! And if I had let the salesman go on on on it would have been more, it seems like ge qas searching for more charges. But ha its there way!Thanks but no thanks!I also noticed that there reviews are all 5star.😆😉Im not saying there bad business Im just stating my high price, non full diagnostic and how I was handle.P.s.. I decided to get new engine although it wasnt needed.
