I can’t say enough about this place. We were in from out of town and on the highway I swerved to miss an obstacle in the road. Unfortunately I was unable to get out of the way of a piece of sharp metal pipe in the highway without swerving to hit another vehicle so I had no choice but to hit the metal. It immediately caused a sidewall slice on my rear driver side tire which immediately went flat. We are not from the area we are from the New York City area and we first went to another place and they told us that they would not be able to accommodate us and that was very disheartening. We drove a little bit down the street and saw that this particular facility was still open so I parked and went inside and explained to the gentleman behind the counter (his nameWas Titus) about my situation and he said that they were getting ready to close soon and they wouldn’t be able to help but then when I explained to him that I was not from the area and told him I couldn’t drive two hours back home he insisted on trying to help. I really really appreciate it because I did not want to drive my truck home back to the city on a donut on a SUV. While we were here they were nice enough to offer us coffee and told us to be seated and I know when I looked at my watch that they literally were just about closing in about a half hour. While another facility turned my business away this place did not. He gave me some options with regard to tires for my Ford and I decided to replace all four of the tires while I was here at the facility on 178 Dolson Ave. I just wanted to commend them for going above and beyond and for keeping me safe in order to get back home. We are moving up to the area so I would highly recommend them, no hesitations, very very professional yet very very friendly. I highly recommend that anybody needing any type of service come to this place. I definitely cannot say enough about them.

I blew out a tire the night before and had no spare. This place was busy, but Ryan at the front desk got me out a new tire in an hour-and-a-half when most other places didnt even have my size in stock. I was in a pretty of bad situation time-wise and it saved the day for me.

We stayed the night at a hotel in the area and woke up to a flat tire. We pulled into Dolson without an appointment. Marty and Miguel went out of their way to help us deal with our tire issue and get us back on our way. I highly recommend their services if you are in the area.

This place is amazing I had a tire alignment twice with them and both times they were so honest the first time they could have told me I needed the rear alignment but they never did they told me I only needed the front alignment I would definitely highly recommend them

Ryan and his team always go above and beyond to help get your car what is needed at a fair price as soon as possible. I have purchased many sets of tires over the years as well as regular oil changes and tire rotations, brake work and wheel bearing work. They take good care of customers and offer frequent valuable coupons on top of their very fair prices plus AAA discount. Just had oil change, rotation, and state inspection done- was told it would likely be a few hours but they ended up getting me right in and was out in just under an hour from arrival. Best experience there!

Ive had good and bad. Ive been coming here for a while and its not my first choice. Go for really basic things cause I cant say I trust the help with much more than an oil change or tire rotation.

This review is long overdue! I had tires and other service done by them a few months ago. Every staff member I encountered was so pleasant, helpful, and were not just being sales people like you find at OTHER tire places. I believe it was Stephanie(?) at the front that was able to get me hooked up with a rebate for my tires, too. She did all the work for me. Not only was I exceptionally pleased with the customer service, but also with the service and extras. Everything was great AND they cleaned my car inside and out! I hung out in their comfy waiting room and watched Netflix. The waiting room had coffee and comfy spaced out couches and a nice ambiance as it was xmas time and decorated. I will be going back and I recommend them to everyone! There are other places nearby of course, but this is a 1 stop shop AND very reasonably priced AND you will be in & out AND have some pleasant human interaction, too! If you havent already, I highly suggest you give them a try!

I was there few weeks ago and got new tires for my vehicle and I got a price, they told me to drop my vehicle and they will call me when it was done ok no problem the problem was when they call me to tell me that I need to fix something else on my vehicle they quote me over $2,000 and when I said no they said ok so they call me back with in 5min to tell me that they found cheeper parts and it will be $900.00 and I still said no because I have my own mechanic so when I finally got to pick my vehicle I ask again for their quote to fix the issue and they said around $1,800.00 they dont even now how to quote or what the real price will be they just wanted to charge me for something else this is so wrong on many different levels I will never go back to that place!!!!

Called on a Saturday because my tires were losing air every morning. Was told to drop my car off the same day and it was ready just a few hours later. Prices for tires were more than fair. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They even washed and vacuumned my car before I picked it up. They offered to do the inspection but after noticing my light panel was broken they instead offered to try and find a replacement for a decent price first. Very pleased with my experience and will definitely be returning.

I made an appointment early in the week for an inspection on the weekend. When I got there, you could clearly see that it was going to be a busy day. Spoke with Stephanie who got me in right away and out the door quickly all while managing phone calls and customers walking in. She was honest, not just with me, but to everyone, with how much time it could take to get their requested service done. I came in to get an appraisal to have my wheels mounted and balanced on a set of rims (Not on car with rubber already). After asking how much it would cost and giving all the information about my tire size and rim size, he requested to see the rims and I showed (16 e85 z4 stock rims). He began to think and then hesitated to answer saying 25$ a rim not including tax... EXTREMELY over priced, just down the road I had all 4 tires mounted and balanced at mavis for 56$ the morning after... having just come from that mavis and being turned down due because I was too close to closing time I told him I would go somewhere else but thanked him for his appraisal. He proceeded to lie to my face saying no one else would even touch the tires and rims since the werent with the car. He said that they have the lowest mounting price per tire around. Clearly trying to take advantage of a customer but thankfully I knew better than the measly counter maid. This place will most likely try to scam you out of your money. Mavis down the road gave me perfect service and way better prices 👌.

I bought 4 tires. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was very competitive given the fact there is a Mavis discount 2 minutes away. The price included lifetime tire rotation as well as flat tire repair. But the biggest reason im even writing this review is because I checked the tire pressure when I got home after they were cold and all 4 tires had the CORRECT vehicle tire pressure!!!!. That is something that hasnt happened in 5 years of me bringing my car to Mavis as well as other tire places. That hasnt happened even in the brand new vehicle I just bought which had tires over inflated by 20 pounds each right out of the dealer!!!!! Needless to say I will be using Dolsons going forward

It appears that every job Ive had done was double the cost of some reputable businesses Ive been to. This last one I called to inquire about being tape welding for a cracked rim was $300 but in some other well k own and reputable places, it costs $140. Are they welding with 10k gold or something?

Called in for an emergency tire repair and Ryan was more that happy to fit me in. Even after a failed patch attempt due to several other punctures being found, the work was done within minutes. I must say, this was the greatest tire buying experience I have ever had! Thanks Tim- awesome customer service.I live in NJ and had to get my Dads car new tires in order to pass state inspection- I called Dolson tire 15 minutes before they closed- told them I was from another state and needed to get these replaced that night. Tim at Dolson stayed late with a couple techs and they had my Dads car back to me in 30 minutes with 4 brand new tires.That kind of old fashioned customer service is very rare now a days. I am blown away with how nice the car rides now also.Next set of tires I buy for my truck will be at Dolson tire!

So this place has always been unfriendly. Every time you call it’s very monotone and they are without enthusiastic or excitement. It’s as if you are interrupting them when you call. On top of that when you get there their prices are much higher then Midas, valvoline and other company’s who are also big names but much more friendly. Why pay more for unfriendly service? My fav thing is when they say leave your car there for 3 or 4 hours for a oil change ????? Then I say I only drive the one car and their reply is well idk what to tell you bye. Lol don’t come here trust me on this.

Ive had my car serviced at Dolson Tire since moving to Middletown 5 years ago. The service and repairs have always been prompt and reasonably priced. Ive shopped around for the best price on tires, and Ryan has always been able to beat the price. He is professional and courteous at all times. The free car wash with any service work is a nice added perk.

My car broke down and AAA had my car towed to Dolson’s. By the time I got there the shop was closed, but Stephanie happened to be there late. She stayed even later to get my car checked in and then was kind enough to give me a ride to the hotel down the road. I can not express how thankful I was for this amazing customer service after everything I had been through. The next day Ryan looked at my car and did everything he could to try to resolve my issue. I ended up having to get towed back to the dealership for warranty services, but if I’m ever back in the area and need work done I would definitely come back to Dolson’s.

I went in for an alignment that was advertised for $55, but quickly came to light that is was only a COME ON OFFER after paying $170 because of a special adjustment to the struts to get the camber correct. It required 5 extra minutes to drill the factory rivets and lossen some nuts, as if that wouldn’t have fallen into an alignment adjustment requirement! Oh and I really love when they start out telling you you’re required to pay no matter if the job is done or not. So knowing I had to pay the $55 already when I was told It was going to be $170 I figured well it’s only another $115 on top of the $55 which was insane to think an alignment cost that much just because of some minor “additional adjustment“. After all was said and done the car still didn’t drive straight, they didn’t get it right and the extra work I had to pay for did nothing. When the mechanic and I went on a test drive to find car was still pulling to the left he started giving me some cockamamie story about maybe the tires are not good even though they were brand new and that diagnosing the problem would be an additional fee! I would pay more, but I chose to suck up what I already paid $170 and drive away lopsided. NEVER TO RETURN!!One of the worst experiences ever!! I was so mad and will never forget the lousy service I received. I will tell everyone too!!I would have posted this review last year after feeling like a had been screwed over by money hungry crooks with attitude, but did t realize there was a review option.Probably going to say I don’t show up as a customer, but this is the place next to Wendy’s, so it’s the correct review!!

I bought 4 new tires and had a tie rod replaced at this establishment in December 2017. They did alignment as well. All went very well! I went back there today because I had an issue with the tie rod and they honored their work completely. They did the right thing! Its important that businesses do the right thing today! The manager, Ryan, was extremely professional and handled my job very well. Im very pleased with how he worked with me. Will recommend this place to others.

I have been to many different garages in my time. I’ve had good experiences and bad experiences. Some that were just ok. When I walk into a busy place like this during the weekend with a blown tire and without an appointment and the guy behind the counter is willing to fit me into their schedule and install tires on my car in half the estimated wait time, I know my business is valued and I’m valued as a new customer. I was expecting to be a late arrival to an important family event, but instead I ended up being early! Thank you Ryan for turning what was becoming a disastrous day into a much better day for me.

I went in for tires without a clue as to which brand I wanted, The gentlemen Michael was very informative and helped me choose the best tires that will get me threw the winter.The wait time was not long and the price was exactly what he had quoted me at. Unlike many shops Michael was not forcefully trying to get me to buy expensive tires or other services that I did not need.This was my first time coming in and I will deffinatly be coming back.Besides the amazing service and sales team the shop was neatly kept and presentable.

Ryan Ryan Ryan I guess you are the man here theyre not even done with my car and Im leaving this review but immediately over the phone gave me turn by turn direction patient on the standing knowledgeable and he just confirmed what a mechanic that I sort of didnt trust about my outer and inner tie rod to be changed. unfortunately I did not have the finances to do so today but very appreciate his honesty and just by his body language and him talking you can tell this guy knows his stuff in his not out to get you. The man at the front was very patient and even came outside in the cold weather a few separate times to help me figure out what was wrong with my car.
