Amazing service. Highly recommend them for tires. My first time ordering tires for my Hond pilot and their prices were un beatable... tires made in the US.

I purchased 4 new tires and all the bells and whistles. I had one tire get a bubble and it was replaced but I had to buy all the roadside and rotation and balancing again. Didnt think that was aweful. Then another one of my Goodyear tires got a bubble. I tried to make an appointment at the Middletown NY auto centre. 4 different days calling to finally get someone and they were all booked for the next few days. I asked for a manager and he was rude and quick to get off the phone. I called the Mattamoris location. They were pleasant and got me in a perfect time spot. I came back to get the car with some groceries and they were all rung up and then they added the extra for the tire, but charged me for around half the price if the tire because of tread. This is crazy that I had to pay almost $100 for a tire that was already defective. Never again!!!

Great prices on tires and batteries. Way cheaper than anywhere else!

Awful. Just awful. Pulled up to the bay for an oil change and got yelled at that I couldnt park there. Duh. Went inside to give my keys and was told there were 6 cars ahead. Not a single car was being worked on. Too many other places in the area for this to be acceptable.

Before COVID 19, if you got there before 10am weekdays or 9am Saturday, you had a chance of getting in or out quickly. They are obviously under staffed. Hit and miss with counter staff. One women is particularly nasty. She thew out the receipt on a defective battery and said no receipt, no refund. I just had it! It was on the top of the trash can and I took it out and said, look, here it is! She was not happy. Watch her, she will burn you whenever she gets a chance.

Twice in a year with 2 different cars I ordered tires online and when my daughter came to the store to put them on they could not get the lug nuts off. One car ok but two different cars really?? Took the cars somewhere else and they had no problem with getting them off. And you are a tire garage?? And the the manager hang up on me when I called and asked what was going on. I even offered to come and take the tires off myself.

They needa rid of the black technician. Rude service. Came by and he was just sitting there staring at me until I asked If they were open and he shook his head

The crew is the perfect representation of the level of service you will receive, sloppy and unprofessional. I recommend sticking to local independent shops, not these super chains with a no care attitude.

Bought a set of tires online and brought them here to be mounted and balanced. The guys did a nice job, got it done quickly, and the price was great. Plus you get free rotate and balance at any Walmart tire center for the life of the tires. 👍👍

Buying tires - told it would be 1 1/2 hours. Saw one car in garage getting tires I assumed as there were no tires on the car. So I roamed the store. I got a call on my cell 1 1/2 hours later in the store. They could not put tires on my car because i had an overdue inspection. Yes thats why I am getting tires so I can pass inspection. Sorry Mam, Walmart policy does not allow us to put tires on an over due inspection car. And you just realized this after 1 1/2 hours. Yes. WHAT the ...... Wow. It is the stupidest thing I ever heard!

Needed tires. Pull up at 4:21 to grown men having hissy fits that a car is there. I get stared down and then they start closing the garage doors! I had to go inside where I interrupt them saying shes sitting outside oh... here she is. I said is there no one working? They say we are CLOSED..... I called before I went and was told they close at 7....GREAT! As Im walking out they laugh at me...GREAT! So I drive to the next Walmart over (30min) and before I get there I get a flat with one of the tires needed to be changed...so my 11 yr. Old son and I had to change a tire....HAD THE AUTO CENTER NOT BEEN CLOSED 2 1/2 HOURS EARLY I would have avoided a dangerous situation on the side of hwy 84... and just to end my adventure the other Walmart was out of my size completely. GOOD JOB WALMART. ALWAYS LOW PRICES, ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK ALWAYS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE..

Im done getting an oil change here. Everytime I get a synthetic oil change, a few days later my oil check engine light comes on. They didnt even change the oil. In fact, Im not even sure if they even put oil in there. However, they charged me for the synthetic oil change while they changed my tires. I wouldnt recommend anyone to come here due to the fact that youll get ripped off and possibly damage your engine like mine currently is. Dont come here!

I have come here several times now the service manager takes care of your car like it was his own really great service I got 4 tires mounted and now im getting my oil changes done here great service really recommend them

WOW..... An oil change takes over an hr.... and dont get your tire balanced and rotated thats just along if not longer.... everytime I come here Im here for at least 2 hours...

2 hours for an oil change smh. Random cars who werent signed in showed up in the back and the guys kept leaving to go fix their cars. I got there before they were even opened 🤬🤬🤬. Unless its an emergency dont go.

Horrible customer service didnt even bother giving my business. The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful.

Took over 1hr after car was put on lift to do an oil change, a previous time I was the only car in the lot for service and I still didnt leave for 2hrs ...slow slow slow slow

The guys doing the work are nice enough, but the woman in the back is absolutely miserable.
