Just bought my daughter a CF Moto 800 EX from UC Powersports. I had an opportunity to get to know both owners and a couple of their employees as well. All of them put their heart and soul into this business. They went above and beyond to take care of my concerns and needs. Ive been around motors all of my life. I can tell you first hand that they have a real mechanics shop, and they know what they are doing. Thats what sold me. I didnt take lightly buying a side by side from just any business. I checked out CF Moto dealers in NJ, PA and Middletown NY. This is the place for you to buy your dirt bike quad or side by side. I highly recommend supporting this dealership.

Good customer service, the guys were very attentive. There are very expensive paid $1700 for same item I saw on line for 950. Only reason I decided to get it was I figured if something went wrong there are within travel distance..

I brought my beloved TTR 250 for service to get it back into top shape (sitting for years, much work needed). Got it back, one issue persisted and I told them, they gladly took it back and got it resolved. I felt as though I was being a stickler about it but they were very understanding and I couldnt be happier with their service. The price was very reasonable to top it all off. After reaching out to local ATV mechanics and being told they had no interest working on my kids quad I came across UC powersports. Paul and crew went above and beyond to make sure the quad was safe to ride and fixed right knowing it was for my kids. At my request they held onto the quad a couple extra days and tested it at no extra charge knowing I was traveling over an hour and a half each way. UC POWERSPORTS surpassed any expectations I had.

I just recently purchased a CF Moto 500 and I absolutely love it. The family atmosphere that is present when you walk it it very welcoming. They werent pushy or over the top at all! I also brought my sons 4 wheeler in for repairs, UC Power Sports went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Paying attention to the smallest detail knowing my 8 year old son was going to be riding on the machine. I have all the faith that I picked the right small local business to spend my money at! Thanks again UC Power Sports!

Had a very great experience with all the employees

Purchased a CForce 400 from a different dealer a few months ago because they didnt have any in stock. Called today to schedule a service appointment for squeaking brakes because they are the closest to me and my purchasing dealer is 3 hours away. I was told that they are too busy to do warranty service on my quad. Never even tried to fit me in for any other time. I was going to use them for all my servicing needs but now I have to find somewhere else and they lost my business.

Although we did not buy anything in this place the staff which turn out later to be the owner was very helpful knowledgeable and pointed us in the direction we wanted to go and gave us tips what to look for when buying atvThank you

Horrible service! My grandparents wanted to buy a UTV with a debit card and they tried to make her pay a fee of $260 for using a debit card even though that there is a fee for credit cards it is not fair to charge a fee for a debit card. DO NOT GO THERE!

They are amazing. I brought my 2 golf carts for maint checks and one of them had a problem going up trails and both had timing issues. Chris and Matt were wonderful and they made sure all was in perfect order. During the maint they told me that they had a mixture problem that caused them to be running lean which the fixed. Now both of my carts are running better them ever. You should not go anywhere else but UC Powersports for any type of ATV or Golf Cart repair. Their prices are very fair. Thank You Team.

Highly unprofessional at this store. I was told by the owner that this is not Honda. I was told by the owner that this is not Home Depot and that Iam I one of those liberals...??? . Hmm ?? Again very unprofessional behavior. Instead of resolving my warranty issue owner stated to take him to court. 4 wheelers are no good at this store and he to refuses to help loyal customers. Very defensive and does not listen to customers. All I wanted was for my daughter to enjoy her atv.It doesn’t matter how much you spend for the item it should work properly. The moral of this story is it doesn’t matter who you are or where from, if you buy a product and it has warranty then #1 it should work properly and #2 it should be warranted . Mr Paul it’s the principal here, it’s not the money issue. As a loyal customer you have let the Business community down, and customers. What shame. I even recommended people to your establishment, yet this is how you treat your customers, this horrible please be advised...

I absolutely love this place! I own a 2019 can-am Commander. Instead of going to a Can-Am dealer I buy my parts through Uc powersports. I will be buying a four-wheeler for my kids with UC powersports. Awesome garage that will work on your ATVs and utvs. The owner is awesome! Going in there, hes not trying to sell you anything he just loves talking about riding. I highly recommend you stop in and just talk to him.

Its not everyday that a business is willing to fulfill a request from someone within the local community, especially since it did not involve a direct sale. I purchased two scooters from Amazon, which were both delivered un-assembled. It would have taken a Christmas miracle for me to put them together, so at Pine Bus Equipments recommendation, I contacted Paul from Powersports. For a small fee, Paul was kind enough to have them put together. Paul, you made two 8 year olds very happy this Christmas and I thank you very much. For anyone reading this, I highly recommend this organization, if for nothing more than the kindness shown to a non-mechanically inclined woman.Kudos to Pine Bush Equipment for recommending Powersports to me.
