The store is clean, the aisles are easy to navigate through, and they have a great selection. You can get items at a great price if you use their coupons. The downside is their coupon policy only allows you to use one a day. Most times checkout is speedy but there have been times where Ive waited quite awhile to checkout so I would suggest going in their off peak hours.

Thanks to our great cashier! She was very helpful as I forgot to give her my rewards card ahead of time. They have a great assortment but not all sales are clearly marked. I am unhappy that you cannot use more than one coupon on a purchase anymore.

I do enjoy visiting the store dot-dot-dot its amazing the inventory that they have to offer to do arts and crafts projects for children and for adults. I especially like going there when they have a sale and even better when they have clearance prices got.. otherwise I find them a little on the expensive side of things. But the stores well-organized the staff is friendly and helpful and its not crazy busy in there most of the time.

Its just a wonderful place to find what youre looking for. I am never disappointed. Wish I could buy everything because they are closing. I won beer why. It will be such a loss.

When I first started crafting they had so much more varieties when it came to stamping. Now they have minimized that section. But I do LOVE their coupons and sales.

Pretty well stocked. I just wish there were more clerks willing to hop on a register to get the lines moving quickly. Thats my only gripe, hence the star deduction.

Great place for craft supplies as well as gift shopping. Spent $70 and got Christmas gifts for 11 kids. Woud definitely go back in the future.

Michaels is much better, they honor AC More coupons no questions asked. Every time I go to AC More they give me a hassle on using coupons, even if it is their own store coupon. I just dont shop there any longer. No need for a hassle when their competitor doesnt give a hassle.

Louise was my cashier. She was very pleasant as was Bridgette who ensured that the 2 miniature bookcases with books was at the register waiting for when I arrived as promised which sped my shopping as I needed them for a graduation cake.

I love AC Moore but the design and the Overflow of stock create a mirage of a filenes basement settings its so much coming at you you just walk around aimlessly it has a hoarders feel to it dont enjoy shopping like I used to they really need to redesign the store better it makes me dizzy

Very well stocked,surprisingly so, with not only craft googies, but,with toys,decorations and interesting items throughout. I might also add, the workers and checkout folks, were all,extremely helpful and very nice.

If youre looking for a craft store this is a place to go. Good selection of seasonal decor, fake flowers and baking supplies. The onky draw back us lines are always long and trying to find help throughout the store is mostly impossible.

Called Middletown NY store to see if they have glow in the dark glue. The answer was “I think we do but I’m not sure. You’d have to come into the store and check yourself.”Clearly if I wanted to blindly make a trip out there I wouldn’t have called. Some people need to just quit their jobs and find another if they’re unhappy with what they are paid to do.Went to michaels instead. Their employee was able to go check and confirm they had some.

Love AC Moore..the staff in all stores I have visited have been friendly..not like ( well if its not on the shelf ..we are all out) The staff almost always walks you to the item you are looking for or makers sure to say something like..it is in aisle 11 half way down on the right..to me this means slot for employees to help you..not just be a filled position in a store..they care about their jobs!! 💖

Charlie from “management” should not be in a customer service position. He’s rude, snotty and obviously doesn’t have the demeanor. Management should exude customer service skills, he does not. Especially given the community of the store.

The lines at this AC Moore are always a mile long. The cashiers are the slowest in town. I regularly stand on line for over 10 minutes, and its not like I shop on a busy weekend! Its ridiculous.
