Delicious FroYo! Plenty to chose from. Favorite was orange. Kids had cookies & cream and also toasted marshmallow. Friendly staff.

I got a smoothie from here & it tasted like plain yougurt. The fruit add ins were minimal & it’s already $6. Also the flavors advertised on their website are not available in store. Which was disappointing because it was the only reason I went there. Stick to the fro yo only

Brought my three kids here and none of them liked the yogurt. Vanilla and strawberry are usually safe, but both were disappointing. Probably won’t be back, just wasn’t a lot of flavor for the price.

The young man at the counter was very friendly and accommodating. The flavor choices were plentiful. I love the new by the cup pricing structure. Its much better than the old per ounce prices and allows you to indulge a little. Ive discovered that the take home cups keep well in my home freezer for several days with good consistency and excellent flavor. Go treat yourself. You wont be disappointed.

Check the hours - the website indicates the Middleton, WI store on Old Sauk Rd is open Mondays from 3pm-7pm. When I arrived, they were closed with a sign that indicates they are closed Monday and Tuesday.

I love Orange leaf so much when I was was much younger and had so many great experiences there. This one is much different because you cant go to the stations yourself and pour you delicious goodness. The employees make it for you. I guess the pandemic just needs to end and we can go back to the normal life.

Yummy froyo! They typically have a good handful of flavors available and all the standard toppings. My only complaints are that the decor is pretty spartan and the seating feels like it was thrown in as an afterthought.

Didnt stay for the yogurt. Looked around the store for instructions or signage about how to order (now that it isnt self service), but could only find advertisements, brochures, flyers, catalogs, business cards, and even a cardboard window display for some travel agency. I saw similar advertising on Google in the updates section for this same restaurant. Not sure they serve yogurt anymore, but if youre interested in contacting a David Beach for vacation interests, his shop is in Middleton - where the Orange Leaf used to be.

All time favorite ice cream/FroYo place. Love the idea of weighing item for the price. I like the selection of flavors and the staff is friendly.

I dont normally like frozen yogurt a whole lot. I enjoyed everything I got from here and I had 5 different flavors in my cup. Pricing is flat per container so you can load it up as heavy as you like. Orange was really good.

Bad service, bad ingredients and ran out of most flavors. It sucks and I dont recommend it at all.

Place was overall very good. The decor was a little...odd. Prices were reasonable and selection was good.

We save our Orange Leaf for every special occasion we celebrate. It makes me feel like a kid again when selecting all those toppings.

Better yogurt than most other places locally, but the toppings are not as good as there is not much in terms of fresh fruit. But maybe that is just because I have only been there at 9pm during the week.The customer service was excellent, thought it is a bit strange that employees are supposed to come from behind the counter and fill sample cups for customers.Overall, I rate this place as good and worth stopping by again

Extremely overpriced and run by cheapskates -they watch you like a hawk the entire time you’re there..if you dare ask for a sample they stand next to you while you eat it and give an irritated mini broom sweep if you *gasp* drop a morsel of topping when putting them on your yogurt. Passive aggressive and snooty penny pinchers. Happens every time- am so done with this place. Glowing reviews are obviously fake.

A fun place with such a delicious variety of frozen yougurt and topping. A great place to treat yourself too. The employee during my latest visit wasnt the most friendly and came across rude and the store felt extremely cold. My other visits were without a complaint.

So delicious and flavorful, I think their “pistachio gelato” rivals real Italian gelato. I don’t like that they don’t do a reusable dish, but the staff has always been kind and patient with me to explain “fro-yo etiquette” (Please don’t bring in reusable dishes, because it’s a potential health hazard).

They were out of more than a few flavors and cashier was rude to my daughter’s friend telling her the lever to one of the flavors was not a toy, when she was just checking to see if there was any yogurt there when the flavor was out. They shouldn’t have a flavor posted if they are out of it. The place needs a facelift. It’s dirty. Walls are scuffed and worn, cracks and crevices of the room filled with gunk, table undersides marked up and dirty looking. The entire place needs a really good scrub and clean and then a good clean daily to keep in looking that way. I doubt the owners of this franchise notice these things or have ever done any deep cleaning. You have to wonder how clean the yogurt dispensers are and just the thought of that is enough to never want to go back.

Classic same old frozen yogurt. Nothing new here, but the attendant was super helpful and friendly both times Ive been there. Atmosphere is more kidsy and family oriented.

The individual at the counter was very rude. She was not accommodating and treated us like we were not welcome. I wont be returning here for that reason. Also, they only had half of the flavors available. The rest of the freezers were off.

Their orange flavor was amazing, and didnt contain lactose which was a plus for me. Its also great that you can try as many samples as you like. If recommend orange with strawberries raspberries and popping boba. If youre by the mall Menchies is the exact experience but sample cups are self serve where here you need to ask for samples.

Reeses and cookies and cream flavors were really good.

Am employee 2 years ago was very disrespectful and wouldnt honor my gift card, which was the only reason I came into the joint. She tried to make me pay for the $12 of froyo I purchased for my friends and I but we refused to use anything but the gift card. In the end she offered to allow us to pay half price but we opted to throw it in the trash. Awful service by a sassy rude employee who ended up in jail. Oh and by the way she withheld her name and said the manager didnt want to talk to us. Never again.

Fun for kids, but definitely not family friendly. Good froyo, esp. postachio flavor! Sad to see no baby changing station. People of all ages should have access to safe an hygenic areas to manage their business.

The toasted marshmallow is my favorite.

Had a coupon for 50% off so decided to go for the largest option available. Figured it would be $3.50 plus tax. Wrong! Pretty sure the cashier didnt know how to enter the coupon correctly or something. Said something to the cashier about it and she just ignored it. Oh well, throwing the rest of the coupons in the trash and WONT be back!

I love Orange Leaf yogurts and have been to many, but this location was absolutely disgusting!!! The bathrooms were so dirty and when I mentioned it to the manager, she said she had just cleaned them. The tables, chairs and floors were dirty, the goodies did not have proper spoons and half of the yogurt was out. The staff was nowhere to be found and we actually left only seeing them when we paid. I felt horrible for the owner and only wished I could tell them that their staff was running their business into the ground. Never to return to this location. Bummer, I ❤️ Yogurt!!

I havent experienced anything, because they always close early. It says on every website they close at 11PM, but it usually is closed by 9 or 10PM. Dont count on their hours actually holding true.

I order a large and they gave me a small man😡😡 and I reported it and didn’t get a call since then 🤦🏾‍♂️ It’s coo now though

Sticky floors, dirty bathrooms, but worst of all, overpriced froyo. They charge by cup size and not the amount of froyo purchased. I think well stick with Menchies going forward.

We used to love this froyo place, but usually go to a different chain that is closer to our house. Went today because we were in the area.They have changed the pricing to fill your cup instead of by the ounce (though their customer loyalty card is still called the ounce back.) The small cup is $3.25 and holds far less yogurt and toppings than you could previously get for that amount of money. Same for the medium cup at $5.25.Unfortunately we got our froyo to go and after eating the toppings and getting to the yogurt, it was not worth returning to the store to request a refund or exchange when we started finding fatty hunks in the froyo (chocolate). Not sure if it was just mixing wrong or what, but we dont plan to go back anymore. We will stick to Menchies.

One of the worst orange leafs in Madison. The customer service was sub par.The froyo is okay, and toppings are something to be desired. All of their fruit was sitting in water... not very appealing.

A nasty, depressed employee had the nerve to comment on my young, teenage daughter’s selection, cruelly remarking she “always takes too much” frozen yogurt. We really don’t want the dietary commentary of a froyo store employee and what an awful, destructive thing to say to a teenage girl at an establishment solely devoted to dessert. This miserable woman has ruined Orange Leaf for us.
