I ordered T-shirts from Wisconsin for my Dad in Wisconsin. Long sleeve t-shirts are needed for winter. With Fathers Day around the corner I should order him some short sleeves. Great service they delivered it to him in the nursing home during covid 19. Also ordered maple fudge. Dads back home!

Horrible. DO NOT order from here. I ordered a gift for a family for Christmas and wasnt delivered. Instead I got an email apologizing for the delay. I called multiple times and no answer. I finally was able to.leave a voice nail 4 weeks later cancelling the order and request they call me. I just received an email stating the order was sent for delivery and charged my account 70.00. Please, do not order from this place. They should not even exist.

I was skeptical because the bad reviews but after placing an order that was not to my satisfaction, I call and they refunded it right away!! So I don’t understand all the negative reviews, give ur local bussines a chance you won’t regret.. I am thanking them for the positive resolution, I will recomend this 100% . Thanks again

This so called company only works when they feel like it. They do not respond customer inquiries. They charge $20 to expedite shipping but then sit on the order for 8 days prior to putting it in a box. If you dont care when your purchase arrives and want to feel blown off when ya try to find out then this is the right place for you! I will NEVER give them another dime! Could care less how good or bad their product is. Only know that their business and customer service absolutely sucks!

I have five points of frustration and disappointment:1) website order did not allow (or make it clear if it was possible to) send(ing) a greeting card or personal note with the basket to the recipient2) I received no response when I put in an electronic request for help getting a card with my gift... And three weeks later Im still waiting3) I did not receive a delivery receipt or acknowledgement for the basket, so there was no way of knowing when or if the delivery was made4) there is no way to see what was actually delivered (if anything was at all) to the recipient5) when I finally reached out directly to the gift recipient, it was not clear to them who the gift basket was from

Pretty sure this place is a scam. Ordered a flower basket, no possibility to add a from note, and delayed response to cancellation.
