I actually work here. My boss is awesome! Hes been working here like 35 years started in 1984. Hes just overall super friendly. Hes got a great heart. The owners got an awesome attitude super friendly. I actually went to school with his son same grade. His son is super bright and super successful. Ive been working here for like 6 years now in April!Im super proud of how the company is doing during the covid-19 crisis! They take awesome precautions! They take our temps before we start work and have us wear gloves while we work. But one of the things I totally realize during this whole covid-19 Theyve stayed very strong and are doing very well.I got temporally leave for a little while but because my boss said I do such an awesome job they kept me.Oh also Jie Xu the va-cues come from a factory in china. They dont actually build them here. They strictly Build Vikings. I hope this can help you feel better about the company.Thats me below

One time, i tried to get chinese food at this fine establishment BUT they did not meet the requirements that i so desired on that fine eveninghowevertheir pool cues are excellentthat being said, when you average the 2, their lack of chinese food is so bad that i must leave 1 star

Friendly and great products for pool players

I just received my VA704 and the stick looks great however when I got it in mail there was a rattling noise like a piece of wood is loose in the stick. I emailed them and no response. I called later that day and they told me the weight bolt is loose and instead of sending me a return label and replace a brand new pool cue that I havent even assembled they told me to go to my local hardware store and buy the tools myself to fix the issue. What is the warranty for? fix it myself warranty? I went and fix the pool cue and it was a piece of wood that got loose when they were putting in the weight that was causing the rattling noise. Extremely dissatisfied with this company and their claim of high quality control will not recommend this to anyone.

Great product and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for pool cues.
