Well,I AM THE FIRST BUT NOT GOING TO BE THE LAST. Don is son of the owner and unfortunately he is runining the business but like any businesses he need customer, he did not give me info about being behind so many weeks and he may pickup the equipment on Friday but you are out of luck if you have plans and cant take delivery in his days, only Monday and Thursday and only on evening, my equipment are fixed and sitting there because he has life and cant do it on friday,life does matter, Ive got one too and a very busy one . DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANY ONE, HE IS OUT OF MY LIST AND IN MY BLACK LIST

Ive had pretty much every piece of equipment I own repaired and maintenance by Chase Lawn Mower. Everything is always fixed properly and care is taken to do the job right. This isnt some huge superstore/mechanical repair shop so you will wait several weeks for the repair to be done in some cases, but you will be happy with the finished product.

Love this place, I’m a fan of family run “mom& pop” type business, so I always use chase whenever I have mower or chainsaw type needs. They are straight forward and always wanting to help, they don’t just ask one simple question and hand you a part and move you on your way, they take the time to talk and be a real person with you!

Bought a hedge trimmer on Friday. I wasnt sure if I wanted a battery operated or AC power trimmer so I asked if I changed my mind, can I return it. The lady said sure. She literally took it off a hook and I paid with a credit card. Put it in the back seat and returned it Monday. Thats when I was told there was a 25% restocking fee! They had to hang it back on the peg hook on the wall. They should have let me know that when I bought it. The guy who owns the place is downright surly. I have never seen him have a courteous conversation with any customer in the store. I will NEVER shop there again. Turns out I got my money back but American Express gave it to me, not the owner. Even after I told him I should have been informed, that way, I wouldnt have bought it, waited until I was sure, then got the one I wanted. What a JERK! Yes, I am positive I have the correct store!

These guys are awesome!!! I own over 100 small engine pieces of equipment and these guys take care of everything we own. I would never trust anyone else like I do these guys! Keep up the good work and thanks for staying reliable and honest!

Bought a new mower there today and very pleased! Put gas and oil in it and showed me a few things so I dont even have to a thing except take it home and cut my grass! Goodbye Sears forever. Chase has a new customer!

I would have gave it one star but they do have decent prices on parts. I had my mower serviced at the very end of the season last fall. I had not used the mower at all until a few days ago. One of the items that was replaced during service was the pull cord to start it. I pulled this new cord 3 times before it broke. I took the part off so i would not have to load the mower on my truck, and they could put a new cord in the spool very easily. I explained to the owner this was the first time I used the mower since he serviced it. I told him I would like to wait for the cord to be installed he took it to the back about 4 minutes later he went back it was finished and he charged me $15. I explained again that I had pulled the cord 3 times and it broke and its the first time Ive used them ever since he serviced it he said that it did not matter they do not have a warranty. And I would have to pay the $15 charge. In my opinion the owner has a very poor attitude and bad customer service skills I will not be returning. I will find somewhere else to do business.

My Brother Joe and I went here yesterday to look at a Bobcat 36 Stand On Mower. Don and his Wife, Lou Ann were very knowledgeable and helpful with Lawnmowers. They both made our purchasing experience a very pleasant one! We look forward to coming back for more Lawn equipment, parts and service!! Highly recommend them for all of your Lawn care needs!!!

Very good people, prices, and service have bought all types of equipment from Chase, they have the cheapest prices around. Service is next to none have never had an issue with anything. I would recommend to anyone.

They had my riding lawn mower for 6 weeks. First time it was returned it stopped running within 10 minutes. They blamed in on bad gas, but I never put gas in it. Even though they tuned it up, it still back fires when I turn it off. Not happy with their service at all. You would think after spending $500 that the lawn mower wouldnt back fire anymore, but sadly it does.

First thing, My husband took a weed eater in to get repaired and they had it for 7 WEEKS .The second thing is a Conjob big time ..When my husband went to pick it up, they acted liked they started OUR weedeater up in the back ..So my husband thought this great they fixed it ! Not, after paying$ 80.00 and tried to weed eat our yard a half hour later to Realize We been Conned out of $80.00..Never Never trust this place Slimshady freaking people !!!! Got us this time people, Never Never again

They overcharge for service and the quality of work is suspect at best. Do more repairs then necessary. You know whats funny, the reviews are either 5 stars (most of them in the past year and a lot of 5 star ratings from people with 5 total reviews or less) or 1 star. Nothing in-between the rating scale. Makes one wonder if friends of Chase Lawnmower are adding 5 star ratings to prop up poor reviews. My issues with Chase are from over 15 years ago but l finally decided to posted my review. I doubt they even remember or have the records.

They picked up our tiller for a $55 charge and charged us $315 to service the engine. They brought the tiller back and started it in front of him and then when my dad tried to start it it almost pulled his arm out of socket. He told the man that it was too difficult to start but the man from Chase was unconcerned and said thats how it is. He also didnt tell us that we had 30 days to bring it back and have it fixed. The tiller was stored from that day til now. We go to start it and it almost tears an arm off. We call to see if there is anything we can do to fix it and the rudest woman in Baltimore has at my dad about you had 30 days what do you want us to do about it now? Answer from them is another $55 and plus parts and labor. Good luck with these geniuses. Horrible customer service and honestly we could have bought a new tiller with what they charged us. Needless to say avoid these rip-off artists.
