I always do well at this big lots. I Live very close to the Dundalk store. This one is always better stocked and have never ran into a rude employee there.

I dont normally go to big lots because there not around my area. But today I stopped in this one by White Marsh. It was very nice and clean the employees were nice and helpful. The other ones Ive been in are mostly dirty and the employees not so helpful. They are doing a great job there.

I always forget about Big Lot! But when I do they always have a sale! Picked up some nice stuff this trip! Plus I always go to the Dollar Tree right next door, so why cant I remember to stop in there! Will try to make it a routine from now!

It appears that they are remodeling the store. This store is low on inventory. However, I was able to find some great little items. Moreover, the line is not social distance friendly since the remodel. If you are a little timid of being close to people, then maybe this is not the Big Lots for you.

Quick stop... you get cheap things at cheap prices... bought a home phone... didnt need anything fancy...just something that works

I enjoy going to Big Lots and most of the time the associates are friendly and helpful. Except the manager of the furniture dept. We wanted to purchase a living room set and every question we asked was answered dismissively with a YUP or NOPE. Felt like we were bothering her. I walked out with thoughts of never going back-a shame because I really like it there.

I hadnt been in a Big Lots store for many years and I was pleasantly surprised at the amount and quality of furniture that was available. Well done, Big Lots.

Alway has good prices on items. Items do tend to differ from time to time cause they dont alway carry the same stuff . I love browsing through the store to see what they have for that day . 😊

Big Lots is one of my favorite places to shop. The current selection of Christmas decor right now is some of their best so get it it now before its gone. This location has a decent selection of fireplaces and furniture as well. While youre there stop by the Dollar Tree next door. They have a great selection too.

Very disappointed in my Broyhill patio set. Tried to resolve my several issues with Customer Service...what a joke! The woman with a very thick accent said she would create a case for me, would this be satisfactory?? I said, then what?? Are they calling me back?? The manager at Middle River tried very hard to fix my problem, kudos to him !!👍❤️ The 800 # Customer service...not so much.

Dre and the young lady from the furniture section were amazing. We bought a dresser and they both helped us get it into the car. Excellent customer service, will definitely be back!

MY WIFE AND I DROVE THERE FROM OWINGS, MILLS, MD. WE ARRIVED (5) FIVE MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING. THERE WAS (5) WOMEN STANDING BYE THE ENTRANCE, EXITS, & REGISTER ASKING HOW CAN WE HELP YOU NO ATTITUDE LIKE MOST STORES AROUND CLOSING. THEY WALKED AROUND STORE AND SHIPPING & RECEIVING LOOK FOR A PLASTIC PARK BENCH. If you see something there you are looking for, buy all they have. They never seen to have some items Im looking for, but yet I purchased them not long ago. Nothing is consistent. Some things are high in price. Like, what knots, knick knacks, decorations. There is always a wait to be rung up! It takes a while. They need a better check out system. Furniture seems reasonably priced, and stylish. I dont know how well it will hold up though. Buy, I know 2 diff. Families that got furniture there and i havent heard any complaints.

One of the cleanest and most organized Big Lots i have ever been. The crew was very friendly and waited for me to finish my last minute 9 pm shopping.

Store was kept neat but the bathroom was horrendous.

You can a lot of things decently priced. Most things are seasonal or overstock. Ive also been to many locations in multiple states and all of them have terrible Motorola price scanners that never work right and it takes checking out insanely long.

It was difficult to find things and I was disappointed to not find large trash cans. The staff was pleasant enough and parking seemed ample when I was there.
