Doctor was nowhere to be found for my appointment. I asked the receptionist to see if everything is okay. She had no idea where the doctor was. Then the doctor finally arrived 15 min late. But she started unpacking her stuff and asked me to come in with no apology at all. Then she washed her hands and began to read my file (unprofessional pic of my file) on her tablet. I was just sitting there until she was finally “ready” to see me. I’ve never seen anything like this. I understand doctors can have unforeseen situations in life. So they could fail to be on top of things. I don’t mean to have unfair expectations. But it seemed too unprofessional.

Excellent prices. Ordered my husband transition, progressive lens and they were ready a few days later. Very easy to deal with!
