Great place! Fast and friendly service, had keys made!

Ive used this place twice over a period of 5 years and both times they were very informative and helped resolve my issues. The first time I only needed a spare the 2nd time was for my mother, she lost her keys and did not have a spare. The car had to be towed there (which was not convenient but they said it was necessary). This is the only locksmith company I have ever used so I dont have another to compare too but I can say I didnt know much about the key fobs prior to my 1st visit but knew plenty about them afterwards. Going to the dealership would have cost AT LEAST twice as much so I would def recommend giving this place a chance.

Great to do business with. Caitlyn was extremely professional and was able to dig deep to find a solution to my office lock needs. Other lock company just said it couldnt be done. Very pleased and will return. Impressive showroom with plenty of inventory.

Extremely impressed. The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable. I got several copies of my car, wheel lock, and home keys made, as well as the battery for my fob replaced. Very inexpensive.

My Aunt and Uncle needed a new key and fob for their car. They were told that the dealer was the only place that could do it. After getting a quote from the dealer, I suggested that they call Crest Lock. They said the service was outstanding and it saved them a substantial amount of money.

Have everything you need for home security, locks, keys .... especially after market electronic keys for newer vehicles. Have a subaru...manufacturer key was over $300....Crestlock was less than $80.

First rate key and lock shop.Absolutely true to their radio advertisements.Knowledgeable about their craft and fast service.Dropped in on a late afternoon to get a bunch of keys copied, and they didnt blink an eye. My original key for my 2004 Lexus was falling apart (the plastic for the key fob was breaking away from the key). I tried to get a new key made at a local hardware store, but after 2 attempts the keys would not work. Crest Lock was able to cut a new key for me in a few minutes at a reasonable price and it worked on the first try. This will definitely be my first stop next time.

Went there to get a copy for my car F O B key. My key didnt work my lock but the copy did. That sum how fixed my problem and save me a costly repair bill at the dealership.

The worst customer service ever. Even though no signs posted they expected cash payment despite credit card being offered. This was a direct company related expense for me (key to work truck). They even cut the single key requested before this information was imparted. The manager suggested he could extort me for more money and then he would take my card. He said otherwise hed be cutting the key for free. This jerk not only cut the key for free but took a loss, as I walked out leaving him with no profit or break even point. Buyer beware...if these jerks cant make enough profit on you they will try and figure out how. This is also contrary to the agreement they establish with the credit card companies...but to some businesses I guess lying is second nature. Doesnt eveyone still carry cash around? Didnt think so.

They have a huge inventory of key blanks. Needed some odd keys made...1 was cut on a wrong blank... Went back, they said they had to order different blank... Would be in stock in a few days...Well it took weeks...When I would go back in there ... Would be told same thing about it coming in..Was told I would be called later that day with more specific info...No call. Would highly agree with the other reviews - awful customer service.

Although the process of getting a car re-keyed is stressful Crest Lock was worth the money and time very professional. Free prepared to bring ID and your registrations.

We switched to Crestlock for our gate system and key fabs as well as the software and they are wonderful to work with!

They placed nearly dead batteries in my car remote and tried to pass them off as new. The batteries died within 45 days. When I returned to complain and have them fix the issue, the manager told me that they didnt even carry the batteries that were in my remote. So that means that I was given someone elses OLD batteries instead of the new ones thay had me pay for. It took them over an hour to change the remote batteries and reassemble the remote. The customer service is horrible. The wait is always too long. The attitudes of ever single employee is piss poor. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.

Locked both sets of keys in company truck. Called Britani who took my request, informed me it would be cash or credit card (forget of check was an option) and said they get someone over ASAP. Soon afterward I received an email stating the Taylor was on his way, with picture of the technician. * minutes later received an email stating he had arrived. Showed him to the truck and another 8 minutes later received and email that he was done. All very kind and great fantastic service!
