This Marina is Family owned and operated.Their attention to customer service and experience is outstanding. I am a self proclaimed “ High Maintenance “ person and they have continued to impress me…. We have been to many marinas on the east coast and are now Florida Residents and will say Beacon Light has catered to us the Best !!!

My wife and I frequently rely on this marina from everything from boat supplies, fuel, advice, and their ramp. Now, we can add to this list a purchase of a new boat. Was looking at boat that was for sale. All that was left was for there maintenance department to look it over before they would take me for a test drive. The salesmen Jordan was supposed to call me when it was done. I had to call him back 2 weeks latter to find out they traded it to another boat dealer. He never even let me know what was going on even know I had cash in hand ready to go.

Excellent service! Very friendly & knowledgeable. Mike went above & beyond both before our purchase and when we went to go pick up our new boat. He spent 1.5 hours showing us the ins & outs of our new boat. Highly recommend.

I recently bought my first boat from Beacon Light Marina. As a novice, I knew very little about the process and even less about what I should be looking for in a used boat. Beacon Light Marina--and Mike specifically--was incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and extremely accommodating considering we did the entire process while living through a pandemic.I love the boat that I bought and could not have been happier with my experience. When its time to upgrade to my next boat, I will definitely be returning to Beacon Light Marina.

I purchased two used boats from them at the same time. They claimed to have sold both new, but only serviced one of them. Boat A, they stated that it had only had routine maintenance, oil changes, etc. Boat B, they said they had no service records on it because it was maintained else where. Boats ran well during the test ride so I took them home. After getting home, I realized that BOTH boat A and B had MAJOR motor replacements and work done to them. Boat A had a new head put on for reasons unknown, and it also has a dime sized hole in the case, causing it to overheat after a little use. Boat B had an entire new motor installed in it because the original blew apart. (found pieces of the old case in the bilge). Boat B is the one they said they had no service records on because they did not service it. AFTER confronting the sales rep, they admitted that they actually had done the service on it, and were the ones that did the replacement motor job! So now, I have purchased 2 boats from them in one transaction, both of which ARE majorly broken. One with a hole in the case, and one with a new motor that throws check engine lights EVERY time its turned on. I spoke to the owner directly about the records prior to the sale, and it was her that lied to me about the records and reassured me that Boat A had routine maintenance and boat B had no records. Both are lies. Usually buying a brokered boat from a dealer means being able to trust the transaction is done in good faith. NOT in this case, especially from the owner themselves. I called multiple times to get service records on both boats, but they refuse to call me back or send me the records. Obviously because itll show that they misrepresented their listings. Absolutely absurd.

Best Yamaha dealer/service you can get in the state. Reliable service, repairs and the whole nine yards. All repairs I have done here give me much peace of mind and satisfaction knowing that the expert mechanics from beacon light are keeping my motor like new. Chris oversees and manages all repairs and gives the highest level of quality, knowledge and customer service. Would recommend him and beacon light to anyone in Maryland and they would be happy here.

My brother happened to find this amazing store besides living over hour away, but the drive was worth it. We were treated like their family including getting some extra goodies during the buying. We definitely recommend this store for all your water toys. Very knowledgeable and honest while dealing with you. Remarkable customer service!!!

I actually live in Harford County and this weekend I found myself in a bit of a bind as far a winter storage for the 2017/2018 season. I must have called 20 marina’s and trailer dealers from Pasadena to Port Deposit. The owner of this Marina, Sheila, called me late on a Saturday evening after hours and talked to me for almost a half hour. I have never met her, never spent any money here, but this owner went out of her way to make sure I was straight before we got off of the phone. Every now and again, you come across someone like this in life that will just help a person out of the goodness of their hearts, and Sheila was absolutely one of those people. I was in a panic before we spoke. I cant thank this woman enough and am very glad to leave this review for her Marina. If she will go out of her way for a person she has never met over the phone, I bet she is an amazing woman in person. If your in the area please send business her way!! Thanks again Sheila!! My wife and I bought a new boat and needed to get the bottom painted ASAP. Sheila, Chris, and team fit us in when other marinas couldnt, charged a fair and at reasonable price, and did an excellent job. Couldnt have gotten our boat in the water this fall without them. Highly recommended!
