We used M&M for our canvas and vinyl cushion work. Due to their 35+ years in the boating industry, Mike and Art make a great team. Mike kept me informed and updated on the progress every step of the way. Arts canvas and vinyl work is outstanding and his creative ideas were just what we we were looking for on our Robalo makeover.

Procured a 2009 Formula 270 BR from Mike @ M&M and had an excellent buying experience. Mike was forthright and honest about every aspect of the boat. He worked closely with me from long distance and is very responsive to questions (specifically via text).

Instead of trying to up-sell me on a new one, he offered a solution that solved the problem directly, was cheaper and tailored specifically for how I use the trailer. I’ve been in twice this year to have work done. First was to have 8 isinglass panels replaced and just the past week to get my comming pads recovered.Each time, they explained how they schedule the work, gave me a date and pricing. Each time the work done was great and they were done quicker than promised.Highly recommend them if you need work done that can be taken to their shop.

I took our very large patio awning to M & M for restitching. They restored it so we can get many more years out of it. Price was reasonable and turnaround was very quick. Used a high quality thread which will now outlast the awning. I recommend M&M highly because theyre not afraid to tackle the unusual item and the cost was reasonable. Would be 5 stars but they dont take credit cards.

I just boat a used pontoon, motor and trailer from Mike. He is fair, straight forward and the best price around. I was a little nervous about securing financing for a motor before taking it out on the sea trial however Mike made the entire process simple and worry free. See ya on the water!!!

After hours of surfing the internet I located a 2019 Tidewater Carolina Bay 2200. I called M & M Boat Sales just as they were closing last Thursday. Mike answered and did a walk around of the boat via Face Time. He advised they would not reopen until the following Monday morning. I drove five hours from central Virginia to arrive at his store when they opened. There was no pressure, I was advised to inspect the boat at my leisure and come get him if I had questions. After inspecting the boat Mike took me for a test run. Buy 1 pm, less than four hours after I arrived, once my wire transfer had posted. I was once again driving five hours back to my lake home in central Virginia. The entire process was seamless. No pressure, overall a great experience. I highly recommend M & M. Mike was great to work with. I just wish it had not been 33 degrees when we did the test run. I now own a beautiful, like new boat!!

Came here to get a zipper fixed and a little piece sewn on my Bimini Top for our boat and the service was quick and amazing. We just recently bought the boat used and have been having many obstacles but this one the easiest part to get fixed. The guys there were very friendly and gave quick and great service! M&M made me a sun shade for the back of my 480 sedan bridge. It was mounted with the searay tracking and 2 carbon fiber poles in the rod holders. 40mph or higher winds came thru over night and pulled the poles out of the rod holders and split them apart. The canvas held up and was not damaged by the wind. The quality was very good and the price was very fare. I would recommend them for all your canvas and aupholstery work in the future.

Had a great experience with them. I needed my boat bottom painted(a barrier coat and bottom paint) and called the week prior. Mark gave me a time slot the following week and actually finished before his promised date. He also adjusted my trailer bunks so that the boat rode better on the trailer. Fair price for the services, earlier delivery than promised and very response. I will use them again for service to my boat and for my boating needs.

I purchased a brand new 2019 Tidewater 198 with the 150 hp Yamaha four stroke outboard.I could not be anymore pleased with this boat. I have owned quite a few boats in my lifetime, however this is the first boat I’ve purchased new, as it is the best of all worlds in one package. The motor runs like a dream, with plenty of power for the boat. The carolina flare hull is phenomenal….. It goes right through rough waves, yet also goes into shallow water. In my opinion, it really is the perfect boat!Might I add the buying experience was also great. Mike did a great job representing the boat for what it was. And Tami from Jim’s Marine (Mike’s partner/supplier) could not of been anymore friendly, or timely in completing the required paperwork. She showed pride, and took the time to go over every document.Thank a bunch for my forever boat!!!

Saturday afternoon I contacted M&M Boats asking if I could look at one of the boats they have for sale on Sunday morning. They were polite and accommodating as I was able to meet them at 8:45 the next day.My daughter and I drove and hour and a half to look at the boat, we liked it and I asked if the price was negotiable, they said it was not. I was fine with that and we discussed the deposit (5% down, pick up in 5 days )Then I asked about the trailer, the video clearly said this boat comes with a Trailer...The sales person then said this boat does not come with a trailer but he could sell me one for extra money...We watched the video again, yep... Free trailer.The salesman was on the phone pacing up and down the dock for 5-10 minutes and would not stand up and accept his advertisement ...I figured it was the best to walk away and teach my daughter a lesson in ethical business and how things should be handled.My salesman outright said he doesnt care if we buy it or not because the next guy will!This may not be the case all the time and Im not saying its a bad company, Im simply sharing my experience.This was by in no way a money issue, it was an ethics issue .Ive been in business too long long and I appreciate my customers too much to ever treat a customer like that.The video was taken down within the hour but I have a video of it just for my records.Have a good day and good luck.

He and his guys then spent two full days diagnosing and repairing the issue at my marina (an hours drive for them). Im not going to sell you a boat that isnt running right he said, and he meant it. Just so you all understand, there was no warranty on this boat. First, I live in Dover DE which is about a 182 mile round trip from M&M Boat Sales. I had an exhaustive search looking for a ski pylon for my pontoon when I finally decided to check craigslist late in the day. M&M Boat Sales had one advertised for about HALF of whats it worth, so I emailed Mike who responded within minutes and answered every question (after hours). Mike even offered to take more photos and/or measurements. Did I mention that this was after hours and they were closed? We exchanged a few more emails over about a 1hr period and I committed to meeting Mike the next morning to purchase. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mike and his amazing dog. The entire transaction took less than 5 minutes. Mike also showed me another ski tower and asked if Id be interested or knew anyone who could use one. Well, I have a ski boat too and of course it needs more toys. My only hesitation was fitment so I drove home and measured and to my delight it would fit! Staff is very friendly however the condition of the inventory was not what you would expect from a professional dealer. Seemed more like a consignment yard with apparent limited attention paid to taking care of boats on the lot. This may have been a limited time issue as others I have spoken with in the area have had great experiences.

About 6 years ago, I ordered some custom cushions from M&M Boat for my Boston Whaler. I sent them the measurements and a few photos. About a week later the cushions arrived; I was quite delighted not only with how well they fit but how long they have held up in the Florida sun. It’s now been six years and they still look great! I was interested in a boat they had and was willing to travel 5 hours to see it. I asked about trading in my boat, because their website and videos claim they take trade ins. The guy told me my boat was too old and they wont take it. My boat is a 1989, and I told him Ive seen 1989s on their site for sale before. Actually they are selling a 1989 currently. They have older boats on their YouTube videos as well. I told them that I was still interested in the boat they were selling anyway but never got a response back from them. Basically they are a bunch of liars and need help with customer service. I would stay away!

Mike and staff from M&M boats are honest and fair. Mike provides the best customer service and helps in anyway possible. He knew I was not boat savvy and could have ripped me off big time, but instead talked me through the whys and why nots of certain boats that I was looking at at his place. He took the time to learn what exactly I wanted to do insofar as boating and sold me the appropriate boat. So if you are looking for an honest and fair guy, not to mention good quality boats at low low prices then Mike from M&M boats is your place !

They do a great job advertising the boat so what you see is what you get from their website. If you want to haggle go somewhere else their prices are reasonable and fair. Very nice to the point and will answer questions and show/sea trial their boats well. The only reason I gave 4.5 stars is they really wanted me to pay for and pick up my boat and I have to go back for bottom painting did not really want to return for that but oh well it snowed that week so not all their fault but I should have kept it there another few days to pick up finished product. I suggest first time boat buyers come here so you get a good boat for the money.

Bought a 2003 sea ray a few months back and all was supposed to be working fine when I received the boat. Once boat was delivered batteries were no good, had an exhaust leak, Speedometer did not work, and anchor latch was broken. When I tried to reach out my phone calls were ignored and never got a call back.

We purchased a 2001 Grady-White 208 from M&M in May 2017. Our entire experience has been positive and pleasant. We first considered buying a boat in August 2017, and were all over the place trying to decide on the type and age of boat that we would buy. During that time, we did a lot of research online, but we talked frequently with Mike at the store about our needs.Mike spent time (over many different conversations) explaining the pros and cons of various types of boats, and of new vs used boats. Since we have a 5 year old son, and friends with children the same age, we settled on a 20-22 foot walk-around.Mike also helped us with the decision on new vs used. As a first time boat owner, it seemed best to purchase a used boat with an outboard that had already depreciated in value. Eventually, we found the Grady-White Adventure 208 that we purchased and have used for the summer.The boat itself was in great physical condition. M&M fixed a small electrical problem when they tested the boat themselves, and kept us informed of everything that was fixed before we actually purchased the boat.Since we purchased the Grady, weve had a great experience with it. Its in amazing condition for a 16 year old boat, and the money that we saved by purchasing a used Grady from M&M leaves room in our budget when, like all boats, something eventually goes wrong or needs to be repaired. We will go back to M&M for any future service and for winter shrink wrapping.

Bought my 1999 Grady White 226 Seafarer from Mike at M&M Boats. Pretty much sight unseen, only saw it from a 9 minute detailed YouTube video he posted. I had the boat delivered to New York. We purchased our first Boat through Mike at M&M and couldnt be happier with the ultimate outcome. We purchased a 2004 Rinker and experienced an overheat issue on our first time out after purchase! Mike did an excellent job at taking my calls, handling my frustration and fears, and then having him and the crew come to our Marina to diagnose & replace the water pump as a courtesy under warranty. As a professional mechanic by trade and Automotive Shop Owner for the last 16+ years, I can say that this issue was likely nothing that could have been prevented in their pre-sale inspection unless they had replaced the water pump just for general purposes. Even with that being the case, Mike never once shied away from the issue and his guys handled getting the problem diagnosed and resolved(the correct way) in a timely manor.I have to say that it has been a pleasure going through this entire process and Mike and the team did an excellent job at helping to keep us and our worries handled in a professional manor. As new boat owners it makes us feel a lot better to know that we had M&M still standing behind us and their boat and that we now also have a great repair shop for any upcoming issues that may arise. Purchased a 2001 25 foot Stamas last November. They were great and flexible to deal with. Found me a spot to keep my boat over the winter, as boat didnt come with trailer. Dropped the boat early for me and worked with me on a few Gremlins that came up. M and M boat sales taveled to my boat a few times and corected a few things for free, and spent a good three hours doing so. In all honesty theu could have just told me it was a used boat and i was on my own, but they just wanted to make sure I was happy with thevpurchase. The boat is running great and I could not be happier with my purchase. I think I got a great deal on the boat and I would highly recommend. True professionals to deal with.
