Clean - friendly people - safe.

I like this particular location, what I dont like is having to set my store every time I need to check something. Always seems to put me in Tennessee or Georgia. This is Maryland, no where near those states. Very frustrating

Quick and easy, love target and how they treat their customers - drive up makes shopping so much easier, especially when shopping with kids!

Love the convenience of the order online; pickup in store process. The pickup area is in the front of the store. Customer Service reps are friendly and eager to assist.

Had my order ready as I pulled up! Excellent Customer Service! The woman who handled my order was very sweet and polite! Made my day since I just had surgery 2 days ago!

This store is consistently out of everything. Ive never seen a Target struggle with keeping merchandise in stock like this one does.Not to mention, we waited in the tech area for 20+ minutes and despite having a worker page someone numerous times, the entire department was empty and without any workers. Couldnt buy what I wanted.Management obviously is not supervising anything. On a Saturday.

This establishment doesn’t even deserve one star but that is what I’m forced to do. I’ve seen roaches and rats running around playing tag in the dairy isle. I told the manager he then called me a dirty monkey and when i asked him where the sandwich isle is he then gave me a knuckle sandwich. Worse place ever!! I prefer walmart and 2nd Avenue

Placed an order and paid for a PS5 at this target, only to receive an email to inform me they cancelled the order cause they suddenly ran out of stock. This was after I drove 35 miles to get my PS5. I had no idea why my order was cancelled but it feels like Ive been robbed.On a separate note, I saw someone walk in without a mask on and no one said anything to her. Dont come here.

We live in Target basically. We love it and get almost everything from here.

Staffs were courteous and very nice. The reason why I had to give 8 was that the line for the customer service/online pickup/registry was forming right near the entrance of the store, and with 6 ft apart, the line was nearly out the door. Especially with this holiday season with no specific instruction how to stand in line without compromising the social distancing and be on the way of incomers, I felt little awkward standing in line. Also, there were only 2 people at the customer service desk.

This used to be a great place to shop. Staff is horrible. Very unprofessional and rude. When you call to talk to guest services phone just rings and rings no one picks up. I used to prefer this store over Walmart now it may as well be Walmart. Sad to see such a horrible decline in this store.

Since self check out was installed they have 1 maybe 2 cashiers, long lines and over all slow service. Going to go to Walmart since its the same experience but atleast there you know its going to suck.

Easy self check out

I went in looking for a bathing suit and there were mostly tops and bottoms being sold separately, very few one piece suits and the one I bought I had to return the same day because it was missing a strap. There were no cashiers except the one near the self check out and she was only taking credit card payments.

Don’t know which target employee it is but they stole a placed order twice from me, first a Nintendo switch and second a play station 5. This target will steal and Backdoor your placed order. Beyond messed up. Called up corporate and all they can do is file an investigation against the target. Hopefully they fire whoever is responsible!

Spoke to a manager in regard to a sales price difference and she was incredibly rude. Disrespecrful and turned her back and walked away mid conversation. I was kind and polite and did not deserve any hostility. Plus, the stocking is poor and service is slow. Avoid at all costs.

I love the drive up pick up, with the current pandemic and being a mom of small children it is so easy to just pick up my order rather than carrying the kids in hunting for items. Thank you Target for this service and the great execution!

The oculus quest 2 I bought had been opened and used. It was missing stuff and the right controller cord was unrolled. Other controller had a paper tie. No seal on box.

Target is my favorite store to shop in. Always good prices and quality things. And the staff is always helpful and friendly. Plus the store is never dirty.

Absolutely mortified, stated store policy is that masks must be worn. Multiple people walking around without a mask & staff were not enforcing their own corporate policy. I will not be coming back. And Target should be held responsible for anyone getting sick.

I will NEVER shop at this target again. Tonight me and my friend went to this target and upon leaving the young man working “security” approached us to check purchases not bagged, no problem at all. After checking my receipt and seeing everything was there he was like well what about those jackets. I responded one was mine and the other was my friends. He goes hmmmm then looks at my friend and goes “well you have a hoodie on you sure are bundled up” insinuating that we stole them. Neither of the jackets were even purchased or brands that target carries. To top it off he kept calling my male friend “Miss” because he had long hair and is gay after I corrected him and said “HIS jacket” he still continued you call him “Miss”. This is absolutely outrageous and that employee needs to be taken care of.

Not as awful to navigate as the Canton store. Parking is easy too.

Tl;dr - One of the self-checkout machines are likely planted with a skimmer. The staff are not aware. I have attempted to report the issue, but they have hung up the phone without acknowledging the issue.Detail(s): I visited this location around 5:00PM on October 9th, 2020 and used one of the self-checkout machines. I paid with a card and--since then--I have made no other transactions. Today, October 11th, someone used my information to make an unauthorized ATM cash withdrawal. I attempted to call the location to alert the staff and they only answered twice out of the nine-or-so calls. Both times, the individual at guest services told me that they would transfer me to the security just to hang up the call after one ring.Either way, be wary of this location and please be careful using the self-checkout machines. If you have to make a purchase, do NOT use your card at the kiosk. I have attempted to alert them of the breach in their machine. As far as Im aware, only the one individual who answered the call at Guest Services knows about this issue and their security does not.

Target is always clean an well kept. The sales association are very knowledgable and customer service oriented.

The curbside pick up we so cool! You tell them when you’re on your way bf the gps tells target when you have arrived so they are ready when you pull up! So easy!

I like the store

Target and ALDI are about the only companies that has a well established and well working Curb Side Pick up system at least in my area.

The young lady that helped me was extremely professional. There was no wait time at all, and she found my order and I was done in less than 5 minutes!

It was better than having to stand on the lines inside the store.

Target is located in a convenient location and always has what I need at a good price.

I get my drugs there and think they they are the most efficient the store also carries other products that I use.

A greeter was at the door to make sure that we had a cart that had been wiped down, the cashiers were cleaning their stations in between customers, and over all everyone was very helpful and making sure people respected social distancing.

Every time I go to the Middle River location each associate is extremely helpful. Including my last trip. I was looking for a specific toy for my birthday boy, representative did his best to find exactly what my son wanted.

UPDATE 2021: It has been a year the store is incredibly unorganized the lines are all the way past the pharmacy. The shelves are empty and no staff to be found. I stopped coming here a year ago but came to get something which said it was in stock. When I got there the shelves were empty. They lost my business.2020:I live close by in Essex, MD but usually go to The White Marsh Target. The Middle River Target store is usually messy and stuff is not stocked. The staff will walk around on there phones and not even look up, they are not too friendly either. I really want to like this one because it is so close to home I feel as if the store needs a clean up, with the staff and management. I’m coming to this establishment to buy your more expensive items than wal mart, if I wanted to have the same service I’d go to wal mart. Staff have ear pieces in talking on the phone while working; this is unprofessional! Please clean up the act, Target.

The online ordering system was smooth and effortless. The pickup was quick too.

All target are usually the same for me. Meaning comfy place to shop. Not pact and short or empty lines unlike walmart. There are two target near me. This is my second one go to target I go to if I dont feel like doing the drive to white marsh one. I dont have complaints.

What can you say, its a Target. I rather pay the premium in going to target then Walmart. Generally always carry what i am looking for and the quality of the house brand products is pretty good. As for customer service at this location, i cant really complain. Have always have had cheerful people at the registers, and has been fast as well. Will I go back to this Target, well i have no reason not to.

I usually have a good experience while shopping at this location but today was a little different. In the back of the store, I spotted an item that I wanted in the electronic section that required a staff person to retrieve. I searched high and I searched low but where did the store staff go? At the front of the store is where they were found, and where I spoke to a staff person in guest services who then radioed someone to retrieve my item. I was inconvenienced for only 20 minutes.

Great customer service but sometimes you can find items cheaper at other stores.

I love this place allways friendly and nice. Update ever since there renovations at this store target has become the new walmart nobody around to help noone anwsers the phone and this ant bases off one bad experience its a snowball effect now very consistent.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!This store is so unprofessional and they will pick and chose store policies to fit the moment. We came in to return and item and was refused. We had our receipt and they said signs were all over stating no returns on this item. The customer service person Alicia told me there was nothing she could do and no other member of management I could speak with us. After pressing the store manager question she stated there was another manager available named Faith. She sided with Alicia in refusing to return the item. I explained that she was very rude and I had returned similar items in the past. There we no signs posted and the policy I was told was consistent through all Target stores. We were told to call a guest services line and express our concerns. We left and went to the Columbia, MD store and was able to return the item with ease. I called the Target corporate complaint line and was connected with a person who did not take my concerns seriously. Only after threatening to post online he transferred me to the higher level of management. While transferring the Higher Level Manager proceed to yawn not knowing I was already transferred to her. This type of behavior is unacceptable and should by addressed immediately. One horrible in store experience to a online horrible customer experience. Target please get your stores together!

Unprofessional and absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased an item the day before and tried to return it the next day with my receipt. I was told by the manager Faith and another associate Alisha that Target does not accept theses items back. This was a lie! I returned the item to another Target with no problem. Will no longer shop there again. With this type of service given no wonder there is little to no customer traffic in that store. I wouldnt be surprised if it shuts down soon.

The stores are clean and well stocked

If i could give them anything less then one star i would. The lines were 5 people deep and the MOD Kevin told his front end supervisor oh you are good. The cashier Amber acted if I was bothering her. She did not great me tell me my total or even that me. All of the bean bags chairs were on the floor. The store looks like it hasnt been xoned since 1992.

Fast pick up and check out. You can order on line and have at least a week to go pick it up at the store!.
