Went in for a routine oil change and the team was cognizant of my time, they didn’t try to sell me additional or unnecessary stuff. The folks at Al Packer Service always treat me nicely and they’re very efficient.
I was there for regular service. They identified a problem and gave me options. I chose to have it fixed at the dealership. I trust them and always have. Casey noticed that I had funds in my Ford Pass to cover the costs today. She is always fantastic in every way! The fellows who fix and service my escape are always excellent! Thank you!
Google doesnt allow second reviews. So I will add to this one.. problems still not resolved. They did a recall on fuel delivery flange.. now the car cranks 20 seconds before starting. It been there 4 times Ryan and tech believe there is nothing wrong and this doesnthappen. Well I have 30 other people in in escape and mariner big with the same exact issue. Also found the ford bulletin on this issue usually service tech used the wrong tool for job... I hope Ford sees this . Ive been using quik lane for over 10yrs and David, Tony and randy have been great. I had a sensore replaced for abs recently. The light is broken on. And I feel it should be taken care of . Its the same sensor. But the mechanic that did the repair wasnt available. Sounds like they dont want the new tech to have to do warranty work. Meanwhile I have to go on vacation wit no abs
Quick lane is always great service. Dave the quick lane manager is a really good guy and always does what he can to help. Oh and just a quick tip: they will match any price on tires from an established tire store up to and including Sams and Costco.
I brought my Explorer for an oil change and tire rotation appointment at 11AM. I came 1/2 hour ahead of the appointment time and still my car did not get the service an hour passed 11AM without any consolation from the service advisor. So, why even have appointments!
Post to get to full change top off fluids rotate tires in a car wash they never rotate my tires or give me a car wash but the paper says that they did both I marked my tire before I took it in because I know that they never do what they say they do and the tire is still on the front so I know they didnt rotate and my truck is dirty so I know they didnt wash it
Had a nail in tire . Pepboys said 3 hr wait. I was outta quick lane in about an hour!!

This is the worst place maintain your car.I went there to change the oil for my car and they just took the old oil out without putting any oil.
Called the quick lane at 3 and told them I needed a plug put in my tire or a new tire, I was put on hold for about 4 minutes then told yeah come on in we dont close till 6. So I drive all the way there to be told they were backed up from the morning and couldnt even look at it. Very unprofessional and disappointed and a complete waste of time. Wont be back.

I called to schedule an appt for oil change and told no appt needed. Came in that day and was told that they were not able to take my car, so I made an appt. I come in 10 mins before my alloted time and sit for 1.5hrs but my car was not even taken in for service at that point. The Advisor Theresa was nasty and matter of factly apologized. I had an appt at 7a.m and did not leave until 9:15a.m just for an oil change. When i went to go pay I handed her my card and she tossed it back on the counter. This was the WORST customer service received and I would never go back.
I was told that my vehicle required service at 60000. After I paid for the work. I reviewed the owners manual and discovered that $443. of the work performed was uncessary. I returned to the dealership and demanded a refund which was received. Beware of these tactics, check your owners manual before major work is performed I lost a lot of faith and trust in Al Packer Ford Quick Change.
They did a good job. Took a little longer than Id have liked.

Yvonne was excellent and kept me well informed but it took a little longer than I expected.
Got me done when I needed.
Supposedly you can just come in with no appointment and get the Quick Lane service done in 30 minutes or less. Came in at noon on a Saturday but they said they could not do it. Too busy. So I made an appointment for 10 am on a Wednesday. An hour later they still had not even taken the car into the service lane yet. I asked what was the purpose of scheduling an appointment when they don’t take the car when scheduled? They said they didn’t realize they were going to be that busy with walk ins. Poor scheduling system and poor customer service.

Just horrible!!! Not only I have been turned away last two times because “not accepting walk-ins anymore today”, but last time when they took my truck in, they forgot about it, so after 3 hours wait I decided to ask what takes so long, and was told nothing got done yet, because they just forgot about it.
Customer service was ok. Oil change was completed within an hour......not bad! Didnt get my free car wash though....hmm.
