I am the Uber/Lyft driver.I had an accident and my insurance company sent me to the calliber collision at 9624 Pulaski Hwy,Middle river,I made an appointment to get estimate to fix my car and i went there after one week by an appointment.There was one white man his name was John, He gave me the estimate and said it will fix within two weeks.I was waiting the response from him but nobody informed me until two weeks,so i called there,one lady told me my car was sent to the other location for estimate and fix without noticed me.I told her i wanna talk with John and he said he called me two times and sent emails but i have never got any emails and calls from there.He was lying to me repeatedly.Even the my insurance company also would not know about thsi things.He said they sent my car in another calliber collision location for fix and I called that location,they gave me another two weeks to repair.Just because of that white man (John) i got my car back after one month and i loosed my income for whole month,I was depressed and frustrated with that.They don’t care and give more importance if anyone sent by insurance company.I don’t wanna recommend to anyone to go that location for any service because people/employees from that location are frud and unprofessional.

They finished the job earlier than expected and I was able to get my car back ahead of time. Their body work and paint job was flawless and beautiful. Considering my new car only had about 1950 miles on it when someone did a hit and run on some parking lot when I wasnt in it made it that much more satisfying to have Caliber do such a great job. I recommend them to anyone who wants the best body work and paint job on their vehicle.

Did a great job putting my 2007 CR-V back together and the paint job looks brand new. Had a couple of problems, but taken care of immediately.

I have been to two Caliber Collisions at different times for body and fender work. The service was great at both locations and the car was returned looking as if new. Definitely will use them again if needed

Just want to say that I had a great experience with caliber, seems like a great company with a great group of people working for them. They fixed my sonata and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. The communication between the shop and the customer was phenomenal. Whatever program or app that they are using to text is solid because I knew what was going on with my car pretty much every step of the way. The work was quality and the car was very clean when I picked it up. Overall I was extremely impressed and thankful for the good work you guys put in.

Internal damage was not repaired. Outside of car looked very pretty upon pickup, however, days later, realized window did not roll down. Panel cover flew off on the highway and almost lost control of my car. After opening my door It was a crackling noise still relevant from accident. External damage was repaired and painted but internal was never accessed which caused further damage to body. My door rubs metal on metal when opening and closing. When I took the car back they blamed me for another accident. NOT HONEST PEOPLE!

AMAZING customer service! The quality of their work is unbeatable, and their entire staff was extremely professional and made the experience super easy and smooth. Brooks was phenomenal. He was very compassionate and helpful. I never had to have my car worked on previously and was initially overwhelmed, but Brooks helped make it a smooth process. He worked hard to advocate for me when there were issues with the insurance company, and he provided excellent service. My car looks amazing, pristine condition. If I ever need work done again, I will certainly be back!

We were hit by another driver and Caliber works with that drivers insurance company. We did not *have* to chose them but I am glad that we did. Just to start, they are surprisingly pleasant. Not just courteous. And not that over-the-top, way too much kind of customer service you can run into sometimes. They seem to just actually be pleasant people. Maybe it is a really good work environment. I cannot say for sure but it was nice. They also seem to take sincere pride in what they do. I feel like I am writing a commercial, but it is actually true. So the work aside, just dealing with the people who work there was really nice.They also have free coffees and fresh popcorn. And a clean restroom for customers. It has a very thin door though and it right there in the waiting area. I was just happy it was clean.As for the work, flawless. We had damage to the drivers side of the car and they did a great job. It is like new. No bbn issues at all. No leaks, no problems with the paint. It is not only like the damage never occurred but like that side of my car is brand new (it is a 2014). They also coordinate with a car rental company that is right down the street, so that was super easy for us.I cannot comment on their pricing as it was through insurance, but otherwise I sincerely recommend them.

I came here after a driver hit me completely messed up my front hood and bumper. The repairs only took a week and a half and the staff was very very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that they close at 5:30 so it can be difficult with traffic to get there after work. But the staff is very understanding!!

The parking is free (first come first serve), and collision estimator will be happy to provide you with a free estimate (upon request). Need a rental car? The receptionist will contact Enterprise-Rent-A-Car to have someone pick you up. The waiting area is very small but clean. There are single-serving coffee pods, coffee machine, and small size white disposable drink foam cups to make an incredible first impression. Repairing damaged vehicles come with complimentary services - car wash and vacuum.

Job well done on my vehicle. Friendly faces and offer nice amenities for those who are waiting in the waiting area.
