We had a great experience today purchasing our wedding bands. Our sales person Crystal was so helpful and we even got the inside engraved with our wedding date. We will definitely be back for future purchases! I highly recommend this jeweler

This has been my favorite Kay Jewelers to visit in the last few years, by far. The employees always acknowledge me the second I walk in the door and are prompt to take care of whatever I am in need of. I usually have my children accompanying me during visits and the employees are more than courteous to them as well. To me this shows the employees have a more than wonderful morale. No matter the issue or whatever I am looking for, I feel this store goes well above and beyond what I expected. I suggest this store to all my friends in need of any help with their jewelry needs.

CrooksOn a Tuesday afternoon we dropped off 3 watches to have links removed. A woman estimated links needing removed and inventoried what we left - said watch tech would be there Thursday. Conversation ended with no pricing discussed and that we would arrive Thursday afternoon so the tech could size the watches appropriately.Thursday afternoon my wife gets a call that the watches are ready for pickup and will be $39+ tax PER watch. The worst part isnt even the absolute ripoff they attempted to charge us, its that we were never given an estimate/ price for the work. The world does not work where you just do the work and make up a gouging price later.The national average for this service is $10. Not sure what quality of service they provide that dictates 4x the market value. Avoid them at all costs.

I brought in a necklace that belonged to my son to see if it could be cleaned and polished. I wasn’t even sure if the necklace was real or if it was worth trying to clean it up. Christy and Megan were so helpful. They said that it is sterling silver and they would be happy to clean it for me. I told them how much sentimental value it has and I wanted to give it to my husband to wear on his birthday. It looked brand new after they polished it and they wrapped it beautifully. They said to bring it by anytime and they would be happy to polish it free of charge. I was overjoyed by how much care they took with jewelry that wasn’t even bought in their store. It meant so much to me that I could preserve something that belonged to my son that I started to cry. Christy came over and gave me a hug and told me they were happy to help. What an amazing experience!

I came in on 6/15 looking to buy an engagement ring and was not greeted or acknowledged despite walking around the store for 20 minutes. I would have understood the wait if the employees were busy but to not even say “hello or “we’ll be with you in a moment” is unacceptable.

The employees are amazing! They really listen to you and help you figure out whats best (& in my case, a better solution to a problem than I had). Ive never been more happy with a jewelry store than I was that day.
