Always great customer service. They replaced both nose pieces on my daughters glasses and cleaned them as well. They were super helpful and kind.

I went there today to look for something to fix the fit of my glasses. Dave not only made some great recommendations, but he fixed my glasses for me and was funny and friendly! “It doesn’t matter where you got them- you know where to go next time!” he told me. It’s true; I will go there for my glasses next time.

My grandfather had an appt. here and they were very accommodating. We called a head and they were able to move furniture around so that his wheel chair was able to fit into the all the spaces before he arrived, and were able to rush his glasses so he was able to see quicker. The staff was very friendly and made the entire experience great!

No one answers the phone during business hours.

The doctor was on time with the appointment. My contact fitting went well with a large variety to choose from, many in-stock. And the optometrist technician was very friendly and knowledgable. Have been going to Wal-Mart Vision Center for over 5 years now. Their fees are reasonable for exams.

Terrible place. First visited waited 1 hour and forty minutes total. The Dr. is nice but the employees are incompetent. They took an hour to ring up my order on the first trip and she could not fit the lenses in my glasses. They called back to tell me they didnt bill me for the contact lens fitting and they wanted me to pay $45 . Karl. Very slow employee. I get a years supply of contacts with my insurance. They never even figured that out and told me they would order. When I went to pick up, there was only one employee working in the store named Jackie. She chose to keep waiting on some other people she was helping. It was absolutely ridiculous she was the only employee in the store. She finished with those people. She was clearly confused about everything. I tried to add my husbands insurance and she told me she could not do that because the order was already rang up. The phone continued to ring and she kept leaving to answer the phone. I then find out nobody ordered any contacts for me. It took her forever to put the new lenses in the glasses. People were walking in and she said its going to be a while I am the only one here. I sat down at the computer and she wanted me to fill out a form and redo my entire insurance information. She said their new computer system would not allow her to just add that on there. It was so unprofessional. I then told her I owed $45 and I offered to pay with a visa gift card and she said she didnt think the machine would work with my gift card. I told her it was a Visa and she continued to say it would not work. I told her I had other cards and that it didnt matter. It took 45 minutes and she hadnt even started on my order. Another person walked in and she said its going to be a minute and the lady said I just wanted an adjustment and she said Im the only one here. I told her I did not have time to keep waiting and I left. I called 1-800 contacts and they are trying to call there right now for my prescription so I can order through them and they hung up on the customer service rep three times. Real professional. I will never go back. Get your act together Walmart. Id like to rate zero stars. Its time to hire some employees with some brains, common sense and a personality. Dont go here unless you have a simple order, because they cant seem to figure out anything else that requires additional attention to detail. MORONS!
