The ladies at Paris House of Bridal are awesome! I had to find a dress at the last minute for an event. When I tell you these ladies did everything to make sure my dress was ready for me. The customer service was great and I received great comments on the dress I chose. Thank you ladies for helping me and making my night memorable.

I went here to try on wedding dresses with my mom, aunt and friend. We were told no pictures were allowed whatsoever. My family explained to them that I was in a catastrophic car accident and suffered a brain injury. I have no memory and explained to them that once I try a dress on, I will not remember it at all. So I had no way to compare dresses that I tried on. I was so devastated and didn’t even want to try dresses on but we drove an hour so I did anyways. Got half way through and the employees who worked there kept asking me my thoughts, opinions etc and I again explained that I don’t remember the ones I tried on so I don’t know. It was very very disappointing and felt like a waste of all of our time. The fact that we explained what happened to me, my brain injury and everything else and could not let me take a picture with the dress on was absolutely ridiculous. WE AGREED TO EVEN SIGN PAPERWORK SAYING THAT WE WOULD NOT POST PICTURES OR INFORMATION ONLINE and they didn’t care. I will never be shopping here and I will never recommend this place to anyone at all.

After visiting another bridal shop we called here not expecting them to fit us in... They did and she found her dream dress on the first try! Amazing Staff and amazing selection of wedding, prom, mother of bride and accessories. Thank you all so much!

Store is beautiful and well organized and the ladies are a riot. Emily gave me a tour of the facility and was funny yet professional and everyone made me feel very welcomed. Cant wait to come back for my bridesmaid dress!!!

My experience was great worked with Casey, shes amazing. My only issue was winning a prize at a bridal expo and feeling like I couldn’t have it unless I got my dress from them. But they have beautiful dresses.

My experience here was amazing!! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My stylist Emily took time to get to know me and was great at making sure my dress fit what I wanted, not only my friends and family I brought along. It was a much more personal experience than the other bridal shops I had been to before. I cant wait to get my dress in!

I bought my wedding dress here! It was absolutely stunning and I fell in love with it. The staff was very friendly and incredibly intelligent! They gave me great tips on how to adjust my dress when walking and they showed my bridal party how to perfectly adjust the veil and dress for pictures. They made sure it was altered to fit me perfectly and then cleaned it up before and after the wedding. The dress is the center of such a big day and their selection on dresses is the best in the area. Highly recommend them!

Huge selection of beautiful dresses but our consultant Emily was very unprofessional, dissing other stores and dresses, leaving us in tears. Wanted to love this dress but was too sad to enjoy it.

They do require an appointment before you can try on bridal gowns or even prom dressed. They allow a payment option and almost always seem to be running some kind of sale. The woman who was with me helping was extremely helpful and full of knowledge. While some dress prices arent horrible, the price of accessories is INSANE. $300 for a color sash (belted) costs more than 1/3of the cost of my dress. Same idea with veils, tiaras and shoes. I also recommend going elsewhere for alterations. My dress was $850 and alterations were going to run me $348. I feel like thats insanely high as well. Also, pictures are NOT allowed while trying stuff on. Overall, not horrible. Dresses are nice, staff is very friendly, but pricing is very high for anything other than dresses.

This place is beautiful inside and has the most beautiful wedding dresses. I ended up finding my wedding dress here and could not be more excited for my wedding day now. I had a great experience with my stylist, Casey. She was so sweet and friendly and helped make this experience special!

If I could give Paris House of Bridal 10 stars, I would. I found my dream dress this past weekend and I was absolutely blown away from not only the huge selection of wedding dresses they had to offer, but the beautiful store and my amazing stylist, Casey. She truly went above and beyond in helping me find my wedding dress and making my experience very memorable and special. I would 1000% recommend every one of my friends and family and new brides to be to come to Paris House of Bridal and have Casey as your stylist, you wont be disappointed! Best bridal shop in the area, hands down!

Wonderfull choice for formal wear. Sales people are very helpfull. I have to admit that after my 1st fitting another seamstress took over the 2nd fitting. I complained after her alterations that she made it too tight. She said it would give alittle after awhile of wearing. Consequently I wasnt able to wear it to my grandsons wedding because she would not let it out! Thank God I took a back up dress. Sorry to now have a new gown unworn in my closet.

The entire staff was so pleasant and helpful. If you needs a special dress this is the place. Beautiful dresses, please take the time to check them out!

DO NOT GET YOUR DRESS ALTERED HERE!!! Paid $60 for them to do a half-assed job on my dress. I needed the straps taken in as well as my mid section. The straps were bunched up and bulky looking and the didnt even take the middle in how it was supposed to be done plus they didnt even finish sewing mid section and left it open. My dress was VERY lose on me and had to keep adjusting straps to not fall off my shoulders. When I told seamstress she didnt take these things in she insisted she did. My advice is if you get your dress from here, get it altered somewhere else for a better price and quality.

A must for your wedding!

I went in for a wedding gown. I wish the girl helping me find one worked somewhere else because she was fabulous! I found one I liked, spoke with alterations and a manager to get the full idea of price. They wanted $150 down which seemed reasonable until I found out it had NOTHING to do with the dress! It was to “lock my place in as a bride.” They wrote false numbers and used so much white out on the paper they wanted me to sign. I refused to sign based on the contract and their lack of knowledge on how money works. They quoted so many numbers and wrote different, higher ones. I loved my experience until it came to that. I will not be buying the dress here, and when I called to ask them the details on the dress they refused. Their management is sketchy and overall I had a terrible gut feeling about alterations. While I recommend the experience with the lady who helped me find the dress, I’d never never never buy from here.

I purchased a dress from a store that is connected with this store and my hemming was over $100. I was never told how expensive it would be to get my dress gemmed especially since it was purchased through a store that they travel to for hemmings. I would not have gotten the dress hemmed if I had known how much it would be but they did not tell me the price until everything was all ready to go. I wish I could have known beforehand.

This place is Amazing! Great prices on dresses, with a huge selection. I live about an hour away and with 80/94 always under construction, I was late a few times. Always so nice and understanding. The seamstress Mrs I could not say enough on how much I love her. She is amazing at what she does! Even after all my alterations were done I asked to see if pockets were something that we could do, and she said not a problem we will look and see! I will come back for sure when my daughter needs her dresses for turnabout and prom.

I dont typically write reviews but felt this one needed done. I went to the store on 7/10/2020 as I am looking for a dress for wedding I will be attending. Wedding will be formal with long dresses requested by the bride. I am 53 and love my jeans and t-shirts so dressing up like this is not in my knowledge bank. ha Any way we got to the store put our masks on prior to entering. 1 person was at the counter but on the phone. We made it about 1/4 into the store when another person came out and asked what we wanted. She was as rude as they come. Explained what the occasion was for and I had no idea what I was looking for. She then took us to the farthest corner of the store and said look here, we will order your size and then disappeared. We wandered through but really didnt see anything. We started looking in another section of the store when she came back and asked what did you find. I said I am just not seeing anything jump out at me. She then proceeded to tell me to go to Laporte to some store (never caught the name) or shop online as I dont know what I want. Ummm this is why I went to a professional or so I though store to help me pick out the perfect dress. The customer service here totally and completely turned me off and I would never recommend them. I am ALL about keeping it local and small business but this is not how you keep the business.

Very helpful staff helped my daughter pick out the perfect dress for her prom and ordered the one she loved in another color. I also watched as a staff member helped another girl who couldnt choose. They didnt seem to be annoyed as she tried on more than 15 dresses and was still going when we left. They were very happy to help her get any and all the dresses she wanted.

I just recently got my dress from Paris House of Bridal, and had Casey help the whole time. She was so awesome! So kind, honest, and outgoing! She knew exactly what I wanted and just helped so much! We had a blast also! Prices weren’t bad, and beautiful dresses! Highly recommend!

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from Paris House of Bridal. Ordered them in February and was told they would be in at the end of June. Had to reach out multiple times to get the shipping information. They were here by the end of July. One bridesmaid had to pay extra for “plus size” but had to get fitted in two sizes. One bridesmaid lives out of state and had to have her dress shipped by another bridesmaid. She didn’t take the dress out of the packaging before sending it. The bridesmaid who lives out of state found (what looks like a grease stain) stain on the chest area. Paris was unwilling to accommodate this. Another bridesmaid was fitted elsewhere and her seamstress also found a similar stain. Another bridesmaid had to get multiple things fixed to fit her dress (after they took her measurements) and after having the fitting, it was too tight and they were unable to let it out anymore. I had purchased my prom dresses there but am very disappointed with the bridesmaid dresses.

I had such a wonderful time at Paris House Of Bridal! They did such a great job taking care of my family and I throughout my entire process! Caroline was amazing and actually picked out the dress I said yes too.They were helpful in every way! The shop is absolutely gorgeous, and the amount of inventory almost makes it impossible to not find the dress of your dreams! Wish I would have known about this shop when I was in high school because their selection on prom dresses as well is great. Beautiful store, even better experience! Highly recommend 😊

Brittany was extremely helpful, patient and really listened to all the things I liked and didn’t like about dresses to help me find the perfect one. Brittany and the entire staff here is second to none and their customer service and care for each and every bride is something you will not find anywhere else. I cannot thank them enough for the amount of time they spent not only with me but with the rest of my family too. Ive been to quite a few bridal salons in the area but Paris is the best in my opinion. They have an incredible selection and the staff was professional, friendly, and fun. I worked with Caroline to find my dress and she was WONDERFUL. She was incredibly supportive and honest & a pleasure to talk to. Im not sure I would have made it through without her!!! As a discerning bride I am quite picky but with Carolines help I was able to make my decision quite easily! A HUGE thank you to Caroline and the rest of the staff!

Went here to buy a bridesmaids dress. Was trying on size 16 dresses that fit perfectly. When they sized me to order my dress they ordered me a dress 4 sizes too large and refused to order me a new dress after they messed up my sizing in the first place. Now I have to pay more to have my dress altered because of their negligence. If I could give zero stars I would.

The staff is absolutely amazing!!! They went above and beyond to help me during a difficult time in my life (rushing my wedding due to my Father being sick). I can not even begin to express my gratitude towards how kind and helpful they were. I said YES to the dress at Paris House of Bridal!!

Paris House has been nothing but an excellent with any purchases I have made along with any alterations. Mrs. P is so sweet and does great work. She listens to what you want adjusted while also giving her personal professional opinion. There prices are very reasonable too. They charge a flat rate to begin with. If you need more adjustments each visit they do not charge more. 5 stars!!

They have nice dresses, and some of their staff is very nice, however, the minute we walked into the store they told us Their rules saying Only one other person is allowed in the dressing room with the bride to be we were fine with that, so we waited for her to try the dresses on for us to view. Every shop we have ever went to, we take photos to look at later and narrow our search down. They quickly told us that we were NOT allowed to take photos. So since we live 1 1/2 hours away, we wont remember if we truly like the dress or not. Then my daughter asked about who designed the dress, knowing that at other salons, she tended to prefer the style and fit of Stella York. They again quickly told us that they refuse to give out any information on who designed the dress until we purchase it. That is totally ridiculous. Would anyone want to spend $1,500 without knowing any information on the dress? What are they hiding? My daughter loved one of the dresses, but said she wouldnt buy it there on principal alone. It is supposed to be the BRIDES day and all about her, not about the rules of the store. Very POOR customer service, I will never go back.

I was told this place was really good well they are not. The lady that helped us was really nice. However the owner is horrible. I liked one of the dresses and when I told them what day my wedding was she made it seem like it was the end of the world. She said i had to place my order soon if not I might not be able to get my dress on time. I went in on a Saturday. Her exact words where I will not be placing the order till Monday because the place is closed today. They never told me once I had put the 1/2 down I was not able to cancel my order. When I called on Monday to cancel it she told me I couldn’t because it had already been placed on Saturday, and there was no way to cancel it anymore. First of all she lied because clearly she had told me on Saturday this place was Closed. My bridesmaids were not able to cancel their order either which i find funny because the two other bridesmaids i have had not placed their order yet. But she refuses to cancel theirs. When I asked if she had lower prices for dresses she said no. Horrible experience. They want money thats all they care about they are not very good with customer service.

The staff was somewhat helpful in store, but the dress buying experience was unbelievable, so terrible. They order the wrong sizes just to charge you again to have it altered there (for about the cost of the dress).If it were possible to give this no stars, I would. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Davids Bridal might have generic looking styles but at least they make an attempt to take care of you. This place was rude to me (a plus size lady) from the beginning, and rude to many of the other women in the bridal party.They force you to make an appointment just to pick up the dress. I drove from way out of town and I was standing in the store being told this. They are rude, unhelpful, and overpriced.They do have a wide selection but be careful. Custom orders are just off the rack from another location. Youre paying for nothing extra.

Even though I did not end up getting my wedding gown here, I have to say that the store itself is beautiful, there is a huge selection, and our consultant was amazing!!! ALL my girls loved her and she made me feel so comfortable and helped me to really envision what each dress would look like when altered for me. I definitely recommend checking them out!!

I can not say enough about Megan and Lisa at Paris house of bridal. We have been looking for the perfect dress for awhile and these two girls have gone above and beyond coming in on days off staying late. They are so wonderful and terrific each dress is breathtaking!! we have had a hard time narrowing it down to one. Very attentive, friendly, professional staff members have a large area of knowledge pertaining to their products. These ladies dont just sell dresses, they love helping their clients find The Perfect Dress. Also, they have a very vast selection of dresses for a broad range of occasions. Styles and colors galore! If you need a dress, stop by and get ready to impress!

My dress shopping for myself (the bride) went awesome. Our bridal consultant for the day was very professional. The dress shopping for my bridesmaids also went awesome, until it was time to order the dresses and 2 of my bridesmaids dresses were ordered 10, Yes TEN sizes too big, and another was ordered 8 sizes too big. The only one that fit was the bridesmaid who didn’t let them measure, and went in knowing what dress size she needed. The lady doing alterations even joked with my bridesmaid asking “where’s your waist I can’t find it” when doing the actual alterations because her dress was so large. My advice, know what size dress you need before ordering the dress or your going to get trapped and pay an arm and a leg for alterations. It was a very stressful experience for my bridesmaid which is the last thing I wanted, which really led to disappointment.

I went here for my 8th grade dance dress and I had to come back 6 different times because they couldnt get their alters right. I dont recommend if you dont want to waste gas!

My rating is based solely on the way this business operates and not geared towards any specific employee. Actually, the gal that was helping my mom and I was very sweet, talkative, and although she seemed new, she was really helpful.Long story short, I went to the Porter County Bridal Expo and signed up to win (quote) $500 gift card to Paris House of Bridal. Awesome. A few days later, I got a text message saying I was one of the winners. I was so happy. I called to verify that I received the message and set up an appointment.The gal on the phone explained it to me that I was going to get 5- $100 gift cards to be used on Bridesmaid Dresses, my dress, Cleaning & Preservation, and Accessories. I explained to her that I already had my dress but would like to bring my mom and mother in-law in to pick out a dress and asked if the credit could be used towards that, which she confirmed that I could.I went in today with my mom to pick out her dress. She wanted a shorter dress, which they only had maybe a dozen short dresses designated as MOB/MOG dresses. She found ONE that she liked. She tried it on, fell in love. Price tag= $299. Im thinking, okay great. Best case scenario, they will just subtract $299 +tax from my $500 credit. Worst case scenario, they will only let me use 1-$100 gift card on it, and unfortunately, the other 4-$100 gift cards are essentially going right back in their pocket because I had already bought my dress, wasnt going to wear a veil, had my shoes, and my bridesmaids were getting their dresses from Azazie.When we go up to the register to pay, they said the total was $320 and that my credit didnt apply towards MOB/MOG dresses. I got upset and explained that the gal on the phone said it could, and even if I could only use 1, that we would pay the difference. I explained my frustrations that whoever I spoke on the phone to was very misleading about the restrictions of how I can spend the credit. She said that I could apply $20 of my credit towards the dress, making the total we would owe- $300. I pleaded with her that, I was told I could use my credit towards this dress, and if I couldve only used $20, what was even the point? They were not transparent about this at all, and I specifically asked on the phone if the credit was good towards a MOTHER OF THE BRIDE or MOTHER OF THE GROOM DRESS which the employee confirmed that it was. So now that Im face to face with the employees, they are claiming that I can only use $20 of the credit towards this Mother of the bride dress. I asked if there was any way we could do anything better, and we would pay the difference because my mom loved this dress but spending $300 on a dress youre only going to wear once and for 12 hrs isnt really practical. She said she would go ask her manager, and came back shortly after saying her manager said we could apply $25 towards the dress.Needless to say, my mom and I walked out not spending a penny, knowing we will never step foot in there again, nor recommend anyone we know to go there.If youre going to give away stuff & have stipulations attached to it, make sure your employees specify & dont give people false promises because you will lose business. And from the looks of it, Im far from the first person who doesnt have many good things to say about this store.

Megan is awesome! She is awesome and relatable and doesnt try to be fake nice just to sell. We went for bride, bridesmaids, and prom dress shopping and they were helpful each time. I love that Megan didnt put pressure on us to purchase right away, which made us more comfortable in making decisions. I will put another review when all our purchase are final but the two times weve been here have been very pleasant!

I was very disappointed in this place! I won a bridal gift package at a bridal expo so I made an appointment and was so full of excitement but ended up leaving feeling very upset and dissatisfied! I was basically forced into trying on dresses and when I fell in love with one and wanted to send a picture to my bridal party, I was told that was not allowed. I was also told that they rip the tags out of the dresses and will not disclose the designer or any dress information, which I thought was fishy, not to mention I want to know what I am paying for and make sure it is worth it. I was then told that if I didnt purchase today my gift package would be expired. I am very recently engaged and this was my first time trying on dresses or doing anything wedding related and felt like my special moment was ruined.

This place is a flat out JOKE. The first time I went in to find an outfit for my daughters wedding it really wasnt so bad. I told them what I was looking for they had something very similar so I ordered it.......it all goes downhill from there. A month after I ordered it they called to confirm the color. They said oh it doesnt come in that color, but we can make it for you. I ordered something similar to the original outfit. I was told it would be in not later than November. The first week of December comes and I have heard nothing so I called them. I told the girl who answered what I was looking for. She put me on hold and when she came back to the phone she said good news, that came in on Oct. 12. It would have been nice to get a call telling me it was in. I made an appointment to go try it on. They obviously made the jacket themselves because the zipper was not even sewn on yet and there was no tag on the inside with the designers name on it or cleaning instruction, no tag, period. So they made the jacket but still charged me designer price. It was still a nice outfit so I went ahead and paid the remaining balance. A few weeks go by and I noticed the the remaining balance was taken out of my account twice. I call and explain this to the manager. I have paperwork from my bank showing the transaction was deducted twice but this is good enough. I have a picture of the check, I have my statement that shows it deducted twice but since their machine didnt print out a receipt at the end of their business day they said they could not refund me. I set a time to meet with the manager to discuss this, I drive and hour to the store, I have all of the paperwork with me. I go in and ask for this manager and believe it or not she has left for the day. She knew I was coming yet she left to avoid me. After spending an hour at the store insisting that the employees get the manager on the phone, talking to her and whoever their accounting company is they finally agreed to reimburse me. I will never enter that store again and I will make it my mission to let everyone I talk to and to slam social media with how terrible the customer service is at this place.

I love how much the staff is soo helpful. I drive over a hr and I must say I was definitely impressed.

The absolute best! I went in having no idea what I wanted and left with my dress picked and the biggest smile on my face! Casey was amazing and so helpful throughout the entire experience! I definitely recommend Paris House and Casey!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The team here was very rude and ordered the wrong color of our bridesmaids dresses without any intention of trying to order the right color. The swatch that was given to the bride for our dresses was clearly not the same color as the dresses that came in, and they just told us its in the contract that we agreed to the color and there was nothing they could do, although we had bought bridesmaids dresses AND the bride bought her dress from this shop. Another thing, they told us it would take up to four months for our dresses to come in, and it took almost six. No one called to let us know they came in, we had to continuously call them to ask where our dresses were. I would not recommend anyone go here.

Found the perfect dress, and layaway made it possible! The ladies were nice and knowledgeable! Soo many options!

This was, bar none, the worst service I have ever received at any retail establishment, not even just bridal stores. They had about 12 too many appointments scheduled for their staffing. People were flat out running in and out of the dress rooms. If I had a question, I had to ask someone as they were doing several other things and I got several answers that were incorrect. For example, I asked if a dress was made out of the fabric I needed in order to get the color I wanted. I ended up falling in love with a dress that wasnt even available in my color. It took literally 5 minutes for someone to find me a PEN to write my name down so they could call me back with price ranges (which they never did and its been 3 months). The selection is great, but they really need to hire more staff to handle their appointment load, or make fewer appointments. I ended up going to a different store to get the dress I wanted because I didnt trust that they would have the time or focus to do the order properly.

This place needs some serious work! The first thing I noticed when entering the store was the musty/moldy smell. The whole place was dirty and dilapidated. We actually had to turn on all of the lights as we went from room to room because they did not have them turned on yet (it was noon on a Saturday). Im not sure if they had air conditioning either because it was hot in the store. Definitely not the atmosphere that any girl wants to try on dresses in.We ended up pretty much picking out our own bridesmaid dresses because the Consultant really wasnt a help. We told the consultant our price point and what we were looking for. She then proceeded to bring us dresses that were over our price point and were nothing close to what we were looking for.Looking past all of the issues, we did end up finding a dress in the store that all of the girls like and ended up ordering that day. We did not get a simple thank you or the feeling that anyone was happy that we were there.I just went to pick up my dress from the store and again, they were not nice at all. I will never return to this store!

First time Ive ever shopped for a wedding dress at this location and loved it. The only thing they could fix was when my girls and I entered the building it took 10min for someone to come and assist us. The rooms, dresses, and help was outstanding.

Very bad experience. No one greeted us, no one offered to help us. We had to ask to try dresses on. After they gave us a dressing room we were ignored until we walked out and got a mumbled Have a nice day. Wasted 1 1/2 hours driving to get to and from the store. We wont be back and will never suggest this store as an option.

If you dont want your wedding ruined, dont go here. You walk in, theres dresses everywhere, and they dont help you pick dresses out. Youll end up trying on dresses that you cant afford because you have no idea the price. Against my better judgments, I ordered my wedding dress and bridesmaid dress from them. My dress came in late, and the sash didnt even come in. I was told that it had arrived 1 week before the wedding, so I went to pick it up. It was BLATANTLY obvious that they forgot to order it and had sewed something together. The color was wrong, they stole a tag from something else that showed the brand name and sewed it on, and the jewel embellishment still had netting on it. I took it to another store that sold that same brand, and they couldnt believe that this store would do this to me. Also, my bridesmaid dress came in a week before the wedding, and it was the wrong size. Renee (the owner) in incredibly rude and refused to work with me on anything. Looking back, I SO wish I wouldve gone with my gut and gotten everything from another store.

The staff was super helpful and respected my budget. So many gorgeous dresses! Definitely recommend checking them out!

At first there’s so much to look at and it’s amazing. I was so happy about my purchase at first. They talked me into getting a size up when i clearly could’ve fit in the smaller size so that they could try to make money off of me in alterations. The dress didn’t come in until 2 weeks before prom even though we had bought it 2 and a half months ago. They were very rude and terrible at communicating with us. They made us schedule an appointment just to pick up the dress and we drove all the way there just to find out they didn’t even have it yet! 10/10 would not recommend.

Staff was Amazing. Dress elections are endless! Measurements taken at time of purchase. Bridal, cocktail, long/short, basic/bling, shoes, jewelry, etc. Great Experience! Alterations must be paid in cash.

My daughter loves it! Three weeks later, I ended up being charged for alteration that was never processed. 🙁🙁😠😡

I had to drive 45 minutes to get here for my daughters dress. She had sports obligations and could not come to her fitting. The dress was totally paid for including alterations and I was told the seamstress was the only one to release the dress. Absolutely ridiculous when it takes any kind of intelligent person to know my time is as valuable as theres. She is not with me so they could have just handed it to me from the back room! Go somewhere else for alterations!! Front desk rude and not willing to help my situation. Everybody is helpful when you want to purchase a dress its the after the purchase that they make difficult for people who work and have to travel a distance to pick up your dress!

The lady that helped our group was wearing a button up shirt that was too small and pulling open showing herself. The selection of dresses seemed like a collage throughout the decades when it came to the other dresses... Lots of laughs.

With what me and my mother went through I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The owner is rude and they were supposed to replace my gems on my dress I bought from them and didnt even have the common courtesy to put the correct ones on. Now I have mix matched gems and will have to fix it my self. Horrible place of business

I found my dress within the first 20 minutes of being there! I found the staff to be very helpful and the dresses were reasonably priced. They are doing some construction right now but it was still very clean and organized.

The staff is super knowledgeable about all things bridal, especially Casey, just ask for her! She has Standout customer service, and they can help you better with one-on-one appointments!

This place is THE WORST EVER!!!!They blame all your issues and there screw ups on the manufacturers!!! Convinced bridesmaids to order a size up. They want the extra $$ out of you to alter them. Theres two girls in the entire place that a genuine and care. The snobby girl that works the front counter is full of herself. Do not deal with her!!! After spending thousands of dollars and many return trips through out the bride and bridesmaids dress purchas and process they have no clue who you are!!! This place is the BIGGEST REGRET of the entire wedding planning process!!!

Caroline was an amazing help with picking out my wedding dress. She was very patience and understanding about what I wanted and didnt want.I ended up buy a dress that was on sale as is. There was a couple stains on the dress that I asked about before buying the dress. I was told the dress would be cleaned and the stains would be removed. There is quite a bit of beading on the dress on the top. I understand that the top of the dress might not of been cleaned due to the beading. Besides some of the beading was falling off and I had to fix. Alot more of the beading was missing from the dress than the couple spots noted when I bought the dress. The staining on the bottom was not touched correctly. Even worse the bottom of the dress looked like a second layer of cloth was added to hide the staining while its on the hanger, but shows through when in lighting. The staining looked to be black nail polish. With a brown/yellow staining around it. Possibly cleaner that didnt work when trying to just remove the stains making the stains even worse. I than was told I would have to pay extra to have the dress cleaned again, because it was cleaned. Which I do not believe it was.The alternations were overall done just okay. Besides having to wait a minimun of 15 minutes after my appointment time for all alterations. The length came out perfect, but the waist and chest parts not so much. The seams on the ribbon around my dress dont match up on the sides and you can clearly tell that alterations were done.Also, while working on the beading and staining myself I found several pins left in the dress that were not removed. Along with some Burrs. Yes, Burrs from outside. Like it was dragged on the ground. If the dress was cleaned correctly shouldnt those of been caught? ( The dress was in a pink full bag when I left with it- meaning the Burrs were already on the dress before I left with it)Being a bride that had to remove stains, pins, burrs and re-due beading on her dress with her wedding in less than 2 weeks. IM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. 😠😠😠😠😠😠Will not recommend or ever go back.

The selection for wedding dresses is so much smaller than they make it seem. When you call they say they carry pretty much ever major designer and wont give you a list of any kind to let you look them up and find dresses you want to make sure to try on. When you get there youll very quickly realized that thereare wayyyy more prom dresses and they DO NOT come close to carrying the major designers. They have maybe 4-5 in the store.You are not allowed to take pictures of any of the dresses to look at later or compare them to others you tried on elsewhere. On top of that, if you are a winner of one of their bridal expo prizes, theyll make you put a $150 deposit down at your first appointment just to secure your prize even if you didnt find a dress yet. I found a dress that I liked a lot, but needless to say, I have found another salon that carries it and will purchase it from them.

My girlfriend told me about this shop and I end up bringing another friend of mine...This place is amazing!! The selection and service are unbelievable. I couldnt believe the price I end up spending as well. You gotta try this place.

Terrible experience! I bought a chiffon gown for my niece who had flown in to attend my sons wedding in IN. The dress came in from the warehouse, was fitted and altered, and we took it home just a couple of days before the event. Having unpacked it we discovered, to our horror, that the backside of the skirt and the hem of the short train had bleached spots and blots, some an inch in diameter. I called Lisa, the sales clerk, who could not offer any explanation, so I asked the owner to call me, which she did not. I managed to reach her on the phone, and she squarely placed the blame on me suggesting that I must have rubbed the fabric or sprinkled detergent thereby causing the spots. Clearly, this dress was defective leaving the store, but she made no attempt to own up to the damage and went as far as to suggest that since I had signed the waiver, I had accepted the faulty product and there was nothing she could do. My poor niece was distraught and in tears, since there was no time to find a replacement. The store owners behavior was very unprofessional and rogue and her dishonesty most blatant. On my insistence, she finally offered store credit, her only remedy she said, if I sent pictures of the damaged fabric, which I did. Needless to say, I have yet to hear from the owner or anyone else in the store.

Horrible! I only went there because they were the only place in the region that carried my specific dress. When I ordered my dress they offered me an up to 20% discount on bridesmaids dresses then when we got the bridesmaids dresses they said the 20% was only for specific dresses. They were willing to work with us and give us a discount since everybody paid in full up front but they only take debit cards with a pin or cash. Took 5 months to get bridesmaids dresses in and when we called they said it depended on if the dresses were coming from China or the US when they would arrive. I did not get alterations done here and none of my bridesmaids did either and when we said we were not doing alterations with them they stopped helping us (didnt even lace up my dress on me to try it on or take it off). They stress that you need an appointment but then even when we made them they didnt help us and just left us alone in the store, didnt help pull dresses or get girls into them and we had to go find somebody if we needed help. The store itself is huge but its dirty and has terrible lighting so you can hardly see anything. Will never go back and would NOT recommend!

Just went back for the 2nd time and got dresses again, this time as a bridesmaid and Ive never had better service at anyshop and their remodel looks amazing. All I can say is good things about them.
