This a one of my favorite goodwills in the area. It is always stocked with interesting items and good clothes. The furniture selection is also always good. The store is clean and organized and the staff is very friendly. The checkout was quick and easy. Overall, a good place to thrift at.

This is in Indiana and Im from upstate NY. These stores are fun so needed to run in. Very clean and no smell. I almost bought a book but husband would shoot me. Too bad theyre not in author order. The busy cashier even hollered Good Day as I left.

I found a really nice pair of Nikes in Orange that fit perfectly and with 50% off the price was even sweeter! I highly recommend Goodwill.

Rude employees. Way overpriced. Why would I want to pay $5 dollars for a used t-shirt when I can get a brand new one, same price at Walmart? Unbelievable!

They were very kind and made everything so easy at the drop off!!! Really great location.

Long wait, and few cashiers. There was about a 30 to 45 minute wait outside not long after the store opened. Thats because of covid-19. Im giving a higher rating just for the fact that they limited the amount of people that were in the store. Otherwise there was a longer than usual wait because there was a shift between the cashiers working that there was only one that spent about 20 minutes on one customer. They have done better in the past and I will probably change my rating later.

Found some great toys for my kids to play with instead of screen time, was happy to get a bin with it that cost more than the toys with it too. Nice place to pick up an extra pair of pants before your significant other finds out you ruined another pair of nice jeans working in them...

Nothing like while your there the cops are called, people yelling and screaming. Must be a rough neighbourhood. Store smelled of regret and lost hope. First and last time here.

I was truly disappointed. I used to love going to Goodwill. It was like that place you can go to find what you need (and more of what you do not 😉) when you could not afford to get it brand new. I have not been in a while but I ran into a few life changing events — have a new job and needed some work clothes so I went after work...needless to say that I might have been better off going to Walmart or the mall even has better prices and you dont have all the hassles that comes with purchasing items from Goodwill. ie; stains, bugs, dirt, holes etc. It is as if they dont bother with checking the items for anything else but the size and name (if it has a “name brand” you can expect to be disappointed about the price and conditions of said items.) Anyway that is how my trip to Goodwill went 🤣 thank you for listening to me vent.!

I search for certain dolls and goodwill has the best prices for what I need. They help the environment by providing gently used or new items. Very organized and neatly sectioned.

I wish theyd go back to giving coupons to those who donate. I donate quite a bit, and dont take a tax receipt for it. It would be nice to have a little compensation for all that I donate. Also, maybe switch up youre 50% off day. Not everyone has off on Saturdays to go.

Goodwill is one of my favorite stores but this Goodwill definitely needs organization and more racks! Very frustrating looking through sm/ medium and see nothing but lg and ex lg..also, if you want the 50% off, you must be a rewards member..

Its a GoodWill. Following all the covid rules and I sincerely love all the items that are half off. This Goodwill is like my Uncle he is always there when I need him but I dont always want to visit him. You know what I mean?

I was there this evening. Prices seemed a bit high on several items. New underclothes had the same price as department stores. Shoes that were worn were a bit pricey. The prices there, from what I saw were set higher on items in higher demand. They also need more racks so you can at least move items over to hiew them. To tightly packed

I thought I had accidentally scooped up my wedding band with some donated items. I contacted the main store to report it. These folks went above and beyond to help me. Kind, caring staff and management.

This experience has been amazing.... Sarah at this location was so helpful with my questions and even though I want able to find what I was looking for I will definitely be going here for future Goodwill needs

Love coming here with my mom. We always find a lot of goodies.

Goodwill always has good clothes and reasonable prices.

I understand that the company needs to make money but there are almost no incentive to buy more because of no specials

The selection is pretty hit and miss here, the shelves are usually really disorganized, and the checkout is always a wait. I try to only go on half off days because otherwise the clothing is more than I would like to spend on resale items. But the books are cheap and its still fun to look around at what they have.

Came in just to see if they had what I needed and ended up leaving with so much more! Great experience!

Went there to buy girls shorts. Racks were stocked so tight, it was hard to move hangers and see items. The shorts were actually located on an entirely different rack, which took me a while to find. Wound up only buying a few things because the majority of them were overpriced. $3.99 for a pair of used little girls shorts? $4.99 shirts just because theyre name brand? Come on Goodwill. Quit being greedy. Items are DONATED to you. Free. Theres no need to charge an arm and a leg for things.

My lord a mighty... Theres so many clothes I could barely part them to get a look at the sizes. Ida had to have a full day cause they are not organized by size. And then it donned on me as to why there were so many: brand new clothes are cheaper at walmart. Just a suggestion: there were 3 able-bodied homeless men inside the door gettin in out the cold. Give them jobs re-pricing and organizing the entire store.

Love looking for old and valuable items

Really kinda dirty- like you feel like you need to scrub your hands when you leave, if you touched anything, but for the part of town-and the town- its in, its ok. Decent merchandise, good to ok prices (not really on clothes, but thats not what I went in for), and pleasant employees.

Much cleaner than other Goodwill stores Ive been too. Have found many good items here.

Aside from the restroom providing that nostalgic elephant house at the zoo smell, good prices and decent selection of clothing and goods. The restroom smell probably isnt their fault, I suspect elephants might be sneaking in there.

Prices are ridiculous. People are generally nice but $6.99 for a used top is insane. I found a flower pot, it had a $4.99 sticke . The original store sticker was still on it as well. Original price? $1.69! I recommend freecycle or giving it away on facebook.

Save a lot

I always see really nice things donated to Goodwill but then when you go shopping at Goodwill you never see those nice things. What’s going on with that? Are they selling on eBay or somewhere else?

My friend recently wanted to give away some furniture, it was in good shape, no pets not filthy,in comfortable shape and they turned it away,i said to the woman some people have to sit on milk crates or the floor and she just smirked, I believe someone would of and could of really used it, its a shame someone is sitting on the floor tonight
